Worse possible scenario getting a message from your wife that the AC isn’t working while your not home. AC set to cool but was 83° & rising. Got so hot inside my little guy and wife had to cool down in her car, I definitely panicked as it was almost 5 right before the holiday weekend and I was on the road! Thankfully I gave Above All Air a call after several other services sent me straight to their calling service. The guys got there crazy fast & went straight to work. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they not only identified the problem but fixed it onsite also. I was already looking up my house’s warranty expecting some astronomical price, but the repair and parts were beyond reasonable, saving me a claim. More importantly my little guy was able to come back in within a few minutes and has been enjoying cool air 🧊 ❄️ since!! Big thanks to Chris and John for taking care of my family. I was very apprehensive about having ANOTHER AC company come out since I had really been screwed over by a local company here. Its sad that one ROTTEN COMPANY SPOILS IT FOR OTHERS. Above All Air came out to fix my AC unit, they were the third company I had called. I had already spent $500 on repairs that did not fix my AC unit. John with Above All did a very thorough inspection and told me that based on the age of my unit, they could do a few repairs but they would all be temporary fixes. After I decided to replace the unit they were back the very next day and replaced my entire system for a very reasonable price. They were professional and thorough and clean. I could not be happier with the service I received.

We had another company come service our unit and misdiagnosis the issue, we called in above all air for a second opinion. Their technicians responded quickly and came the next day, he ended up staying late on a Friday night to fix our unit ASAP. Its running great and we are so relieved. The total cost ended up being about half what we had been quoted by the first company!

15 year old TRANE stopped cooling. Sent Connie an email on Sunday that was answered same day. She called me the next day to schedule the appointment. No availability for Monday - middle of July, but a gentleman came out Tuesday and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was afraid I needed a new A/C - nope - he just changed out the two capacitors, cleaned the coils, and checked for refrigerant leaks. House began to cool down immediately. For very little money. Above All Air will keep my business from here on out.

John and his team are honest and very professional. I had them come out for an HVAC inspection on a new home. They gave me a reasonable straightforward quote explaining exactly what needed to get done and what DIDNT need to get replaced which was a relief. When they came back out to do the work, they were in and out in a couple hours. They had everything they needed and required no interaction from me. Ac has been running great ever since. Second, he is extremely knowledgeable and is generous in sharing his knowledge to help educate you to make a wise decision.A rental property we own has an older unit in good working condition, but it wasnt keeping the house cool in this Summer heat! John noticed the attic was lacking in Insulation and recommended that service. He came out and insulated the attic for us and right away the tenant noticed a HUGE difference! John was VERY quick to arrive and was friendly and candid. I received the fastest service from this company. They came out to evaluate my system the day after they were called. The interior unit needed to be replaced, and they came back the very next day to do the installation. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. They also cleaned up after the work was complete, which was a nice surprise. I was also happy to hear that they carry the warranty on the unit for two years, so I wont even have to worry about changing the filter. They will service the system every six months. We had several companies look at our heating & AC system because it worked well in some rooms and not others, and leaked outside. No one was able to fix the problem and we thought we might just have to live with it. Then James, the technician from Above All Air, came over and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. Just moved into a home that was serviced by “above all air” during the repair amendment (which was 5 days prior). They claimed in their paperwork that everything was working probably and parts that needed to be replaced were replaced which restored the unit to “proper working order”. Just last night I turn on the AC, go to bed and in the morning there’s water all over the floor which had already caused damages all through the hallway and into a bedroom. Obviously I contacted them I was told by a kid named John that they only warrenty “parts that are theirs” without even looking at the issue in person. I explained which pipe it was that was leaking so I could connect it back myself and instead he gets mad and begins to yell saying I don’t know and I can’t tell you what that pipe is? Isn’t it their profession? He then stated to me he would come back out to look at the Ac free of charge, why would I want someone who obviously couldn’t get it right the first time come back out? It’s cause of their negligence that my floor had water damage. I called another local company and they stated that Above all air shouldn’t state that everything is working if it isn’t. Also this other combany knew exactly what pipe I was speaking about, they even told me how to reconnect it. Also I noticed he’s crying saying I’m not an Above all air customer in his response, but the sad truth is indirectly I am by purchasing a home that was repaired by them days prior to moving in. Yes is if was up to me I would’ve went to any other AC shop in San Antonio since they’re all obviously the better choice.
