Omar with Texas Air Experts has his guys install a mini split system. One of the three mini splits doesn’t cool. I called Omar on numerous occasions and he spoke to me once and never answered my phone call again. It was under warranty during that time, but he never set up a time to fix it. Now, I have to hire another company to fix what should have been fixed to begin with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS LOW QUOTE PRICES.

We had used this company last year to service one of our two HVAC units that had stopped cooling. When we called them several months ago to report the unit had once again stopped cooling, they assured me the unit needed to be replaced. Because of it’s age, and their very competitive price, we decided to go forward. All went well, until a few days after installation, when we discovered water leaking in several locations through the ceiling of our son’s bedroom. They sent a knowledgeable technician out a few days later who admitted the installers had not secured a duct properly, which blocked condensation from draining properly. The duct was repositioned and secured, and I was promised that the company would send someone to repair and repaint the damaged drywall. After many calls and unkept promises, the company simply stopped communicating. I will pay a drywaller to repair the damage to my son’s bedroom, but I can only share my disappointment with this company and urge others to stay away from Tex Air Experts in San Antonio.

Stay away from this business. They installed a new system for my home and one week later the system quit working. Omar stood me up on 5 different occasions to come back to fix it and then finally quit answering his phone. Omar is a crook and ironically two days after the system was installed, my home was broken into and all my tools were stolen. Probably just a big coincidence. Do not be fooled by their low prices, you will regret ever doing any business with Omar.

I had the mistake of working with him and I ended up leaving because the man simply does not pay, then I realized that he has lawsuits against him for putting devices that are not, by this I mean that he promises things that he does not fulfill, Omar Vorpus does not I recommend for nothing.

Fast friendly and inexpensive AC service. Very helpful and offered many money and energy saving tips. If you need your air condition looked at call Omar at Texas Air Experts.

I paid $4000 for a complete a/c system and it worked 1 time and I have left multiple messages and Omar even answered once on accident, since I called from another number, but full of excuses. Its still not fixed 3 weeks later and he wont respond. We are filing a lien on his business as we speak and hopefully put guys like this(crooks) out of business.

They installed a new ac unit and did a good job at it, but took a while to finish. The sad part is that one of the employees stole expensive tools from our garage while they were working in my house. As well, We called them to check our older AC unit afterwards, they came twice, supposedly fixed the issue and then afterwards ignored our calls and the unit keeps freezing.

This company is really great at communication IF you are in the process of buying something from them. Once the item is bought and you are having issues with it you will never hear back from them.
