Wes is awesome, all the staff are. Best Sherwin Williams in this part of town. I don’t live in Stone Oak anymore but I’ll go out of my way to shop here. Very helpful!

Easy job picking colors and fast service to make it and get to painting

The helpful clerk mixed my paint and carried it to the car in record time. The newly painted shed looks beautiful and matches the house beautifully.

I was in a tight jam due to a roof leak. Wes and Reuben were super helpful, kind, understanding, and went out of their way to help. They addressed my concerns and got me out of the store in no time. It was nice to know there are still people out there who care about helping others! They turned a terrible day into a positive one! Keep up the great work! OR

Wes initially was super helpful. I had to go back to the store for another can of paint, was helped by Connor, and was severely disappointed. My info was put into the computer the time with Wes. When I asked Connor to look up the info to figure out the paint I needed, he slammed on the keyboard, said he couldnt find it and that was kind of the end of it. I took the can of paint he made for me, realized it was wrong right after I left and got on the highway, immediately turned around and asked connor to change it. He gave me some attitude and then proceeded to explain to me that duration paint would look the exact same as the emerald paint I initially ordered once it was on the wall. I could tell her was annoyed, took his word for it even though I knew in my heart it was wrong. Welp, you could definitely tell where the paint didnt Match. I admit I didnt go in there with much knowledge of paint but I figured my info would be saved since I gave them my name and number the first time I was in the store. I go back AGAIN to get the right paint and Wes helped me. He was incredibly helpful and understanding. And guess what, my info was saved into the computer the third time Wes looked it up. Im very disappointed in Connors customer service but I will be going back because Wes did such an amazing job at correcting the mistakes made. Thank You Wes.

Over the years I have utilized a few Sherwin Williams stores around San Antonio, but this one is my favorite. I love SW paint and pretty much only buy their products for painting projects. The staff st this location is always above and beyond when it comes to information and helpfulness.

Despite it being only 30 minutes before the store closed and two people ahead of me...the young lady working was extremely attentive and helpful! We had our paint & supplies within 15 minutes...she did a fantastic job!

Love this store! They really know how to match old paint. Just bring in a piece of your old paint whether its from your dry wall or a piece of wood and they will match it!

1 star for the manager, Marcus I believe that was his name. He seemed annoyed the entire time he helped me. 10 stars for Blanca who smiled and helped me out at the end and even was asking me questions about my project. Thank you, Blanca! Great customer service unlike your boss!

Helpful service and product selection. Products here are more expensive than big box stores but the quality is better and painting is one of those things that pays to get better quality.

Went to the location on 410 and was assisted by Ruben to match a color. he said it wouldnt be exact...well he change the color of the owners house by more than a little off. went back to the other store where my wife went on 1604&281 and was told by Ruben the manager that she could bring in paint to have it matched..he told me he never told my wife that and the other store broke policy!?

The staff was not friendly at all. In fact, one particular lady was downright rude on both occasions I was in the store. The manager could not multitask. Play were criticized for the pink that we bought. I would not go to this branch of Sherman Williams ever again. I informed my contractor of this as well.
