Got here at 10:55 expecting them to open at 11:00. It is now 11:50 and still waiting. 2 stars because they have good prices, but dont expect them to open on time. Be nice if another hydro store opened near here.

Pretty cool shop, theyve got everything youd need and the guy there was really helpful.

Read the reviews, this place is for real. Great prices, excellent selections and to my surprise it was no more expensive (not including sales tax) then the internet! Not only that, but the guys there are SUPER SUPER SUPER knowledgeable. They spent 30 minutes going over different things that I didnt understand. GO HERE!!!!

I have been there twice. First time the guy who works there never came out of the back room. I am not sure if he even heard me enter the place so I just left. The second time the guy was a little helpful but didnt even engage. The location is odd as its an old building with a dirt road. Also I am not sure if its still called Texas Hydroponics or Brite Ideas. They have a sign that says Texas Hydroponics but then have a Brite Ideas banner on the fence. I will never go back and if I rather travel to other Brite Ideas locations or buy on Amazon.

You got it people.... Hours... Hours... Hours. Prices are high (pun) but theres barely a market for hydroponics in Texas let alone San Antonio. A quaint and comfortable horticulture supply store BRITE IDEAS is the best in SA. Ive watched Sol Organics and Texas Hydroponics come and go.

These people either dont own a clock cant tell time or something. Wonderful store but it is very hard to even get in to by. They lost an easy 500$ sale today because of their inability to be even somewhat punctual. I prefer brite ideas on crestway

This used to be a place I would go to all the time, but for the last month no has responded to the telephone or been present at the store. Luckily there is a great guy by the name of John who runs Brite Ideas over on the North East side of San Antonio near I-35 and Crestway. They carry all the same products and have better prices in my opinion.

Great store, knowledgeable staff, and answered all my questions. This is the only store I use and recomend.

Drove out of my way 3 times this week well during business hours and no one was there. Yesterday at 6:30 when the store closes at 7 and Today I went at 1:30, store opened at 9. There were 4 other customers waiting and no employees to be found, no note on the door, no answer from the phone. I found another hydroponics store and brought my money else where.
