In and out service, very knowledgeable on equipment!

Ive been a customer here for about 5+ years now and have always gotten the exact same items throughout said years. I had Paul order some equipment and was given the wrong items, after bringing this to his attention I was told it was close enough and I could get it to work. Well in here to say NO it didnt work and wont work, it has cost me more time and money than it was worth and could have be avoid with a simple swap that was apparently to much trouble to do. I go in to buy equipment not be be argued with. I will update if the situation changes.
