Super disappointed on Holt Cat Service. I took my 262D to get 500hr service done and some other issues I was having with it. Its been almost 3 weeks and the only thing Ive gotten back its a $1200 quote to diagnose the issue. Once again this is a fairly new machine that still under warrantyaccording to one of the technicians but Im still getting charged for it. Im still a big fan of their equipment but after this experience I would think twice before buying my next piece of equipment from them.As a business owner my clients opinions are very important, hopefully this review helps them improve and correct this issue.

I was there 2 pickup a part 4 a Bus but I had a hard time finding the correct building. I asked 4 some help but the Individuals that were trying to help me gave me the wrong information. It took me 15 minutes longer 2 finely fine the correct building.

One of the Spanish speaking service representatives for machine parts did not want to quote a couple of machine pieces for my dad. He was rude and condescending after we had previously bought some parts from them.

Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes at parts pick up counter to find someone for help. Calling ahead and placing parts in will call doesnt seem to help much either.1/4/19 new year same process waited 1 hour even after order was in will call. Just a drug test is required to work here

My truck part suppierswas shrt a few things and I went to your store in Corpus Christi to obtain them. Your pricing was more than double what I was charged by truck shop. I will no longer go to you company as they always charge double what anyone else dose.

Got in and out pretty quick with the right part

I was initially frustrated with their service taking 2 days to come out and fix our cat motor, I believe they have redeemed themselves with their parts and customer service in the parts department.

When I need specialty work done on my heavy equipment, I go to the Holt Cat San Antonio CEP Machine shop. They are the only dealer in the area with the knowledge to fabricate the thin style blades I needed for my machinery.

We do alot of business with holt and everything is good till you go to parts pick up is pitiful waited over hour if i could get my parts elsewhere i would what a joke
