We visited BRIGHTON on Wed afternoon. From the minute I walked in the sales lady followed me the entire time, she was watching every move I made. Now I was dressed casually and Im Hispanic, and she was too! Finally after looking at some items and feeling very uncomfortable, I decided to leave. I have been to the one in San Marcos outlet malls and no one there followed me around. They had much better sale selections and the sales staff was great. I bought several items and felt very comfortable. I was again dressed casually. Dont understand why? Im hoping not to ever go to the one on 281 hey again.

Love this location. I have a store closer to me, but i come here for the customer service. Ask for Inez ;)

My favorite store! Everything they sell is beautiful, & their customer service is 5☆. Plus they always have fresh-baked cookies & pretty bottles of water. ♡

Karen was a great help in finding a last minute Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. I was very happy with her service.

OK but overpriced for second hand clothes, you can get a better deal at Salvation Army or Goodwill.

Sales people are spectacular here!
