We are new to the area/Texas. Had to put our trust in the online ratings! Brought our Ford Excursion in to them in desperation of repair so we could travel 2 hours back home!! Mr. Albert and his crew were honest, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The cost was very reasonable! They zoned in on exactly the problem! Parts were ordered, we had our vehicle back with-in days. We gave it time before writing a review in case something happened after we drove it 2 hours back home. That was JULY this is OCTOBER. Our Excursion is still running like a champ! We would definitely use them again when in San Antonio! Thank you guys for taking great car of our BIG RED

Bad communication took my vehicle in for diagnosis on check ingine light. Let car with full tank of gas and 2 weeks later after calling wanting to know what going on with car. Was told by front receptionist that car was to be pick up by another shop in the morning. Ok so let 2 days go by and called asking where my car was cause the shop that was to pick it up said they werent picking it up for two more days told this to go pros and receptionist said she didnt know and that it was just picked up. Called back other shop and the man who picks up vehicles said no he didnt he stopped tows hour before closing. Called go pros back and receptionist then rude and kept saying she didnt know. So I was lied to by them and they were rude because I wanted to know where my vehicle was. Crazy then when my vehicle finally was at other shop I went there and checked out car and Ive never been so mad my car had bad scratches on front end my window wouldnt roll down half a tank of gas gone and my rims had bad crub scratches . And car in worse shape then what it was when I dropped it off.

I randomly came to this establishment in search of cash cars since I’m new in the area .. and having a mechanic as a father .. I know mechanic shops sometimes have cash cars or knowledge of who does .. I am very great full that I ran into Tacho who has been very helpful .. after checking a car out that needed some wrk I returned to see what he’d charge for what we thought the problem maybe .. Tacho had upfront knowledgeable information which helped me determine if the car was worth the purchase after speaking to him about the repairsIt’s good to know there are still good knowledgeable mechanics that will be upfront on what they can and can’t do and don’t mind referring you to someone with the expertise in a certain fieldThank you so much Tacho for being an honest and upstanding man and mechanic!! It is greatly appreciated !! I will be doing business in the future with Go Pro and Tacho, as well will refer them to my friends

Pretty expensive but professional is great.

These guys took the time to show me what they were working on and helped me order parts for installation. They have great pricing and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I thank them for checking up after performing work days after and making my family and I feel welcomed. I found my auto body shop. Also they have family close by that does tint and audio installation. Its like an all lol Thanks for helping me out while I was stationed here.

What a scam this place is. My son who is 19 years old and in the Air Force. Took his car in to get a motor starter replace. Cost him $596. They charged him $324 for a starter that cost only $80 and $215 in labor. This place is a scam!!!!

I came here on a whim due to it being close to Lackland, but Ive brought my car back again and again. They have done my brakes, replaced belts, motor mounts, and fixed a bolt that Firestone left loose. There labor rates are good, and they seem honest. I drive my car 30 minutes just to bring it here. Will be taking my wifes car by today for a coolant leak.

This place is great the told me what was wrong with my 2014 ford explorer and had it fixed the next day the customer service was great and fast and they keep there word all the way from telling me whats wrong to fixing it to having it done the next day albert was a great guy I highly recommend this place if you ever need to fix ur vehicle thanks again guys

They suck unprofessional cant get any kind answers about my vehicle. They buy parts the vehicle doesnt really need. I get better results from alley mechanics, went to see whats going on they had my vehicle for 3 weeks now no kind of communication or courtesy call to tell me the progress of my vehicle. Need my vehicle for work and these so called professional are taking there time and leaving garbage around my vehicle. Never again dont recommend this place to anyone. Better off with alley mechanics then these grease monkeys.☠BEWARE ☠

These guys really deliver, always take care of me and my family constantly and satisfactorily.

One of the few independent places willing/able to do transmission flush for a newer VW (golf/gti specifically). Brought my own kit/parts no questions asked. Under $100 service, materials i brought were about $100. dealer would have been closer to $500 for the flush. Took a bit longer than initially expected but clearly explained and stayed on quoted price.

Very disappointed! The charges are outrageous. I do most of my own mechanic work but my wife is visiting this area and needed something fixed. This is a farly inexpensive part that only takes about 20 minutes to fix but this place charged more than twice the amount of what it should have been. They might do quality work but I dont know about that. But I do know that they are expensive! I dont recommend this place.

I have never been this dissappointed in my life. Horrible service. They have had my truck for over 4 months! Not only have they had my truck for a ridiculous amount of time, they have been lying to us! Every week they give us a sorry excuse then they give us another date. When that date comes guess what.... ANOTHER SORRY excuse. They seriously need to get their act together because Im tired of the crap they give me.

BAD, first he let someone cut in front of me for inspection, then he had me flash my lights and help him do the inspection . Then he said my windshield wipers were dry, wanting to price gouge me for new ones he had for &25.00 . I said no thanks and he got mad and refused to pass me .
