Thank you Liz. I was traveling back home today and needed to ship some of my souvenirs back home. Not only was she quick and efficient she was also very friendly and enjoyable. I’ll probably never see her again but I hope she is well valued by her employer and I wish her all the best.

I mailed home some tiles and the staff were extremely helpful. She packed the tiles expertly and they all made it to Michigan. We will definitely use this location again.

The young lady at the front is kind and helpful. However I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you want to be hit with really expensive handling and “convenience “ fee! This location is inside the Hyatt hotel and you already know you will pay like is a corner store, ha !

Shipped artwork back to Minnesota from this location today. Hopefully, it makes it ok in transit. Liz and Lorena were very helpful and did an expert packaging job. They individually wrapped each piece, tried out different box sizes and put in lots of extra bubble wrap and packaging paper. They certainly made every effort they could to help ship my items in a careful manner, smiled and were very kind. Expensive, but a great experience. Highly recommend this location and their great team.Update: Everything made it to my house, safe and sound! Thank you Liz, Lorena and team!

Shipment required a signature. I requested the day off on a Monday because it was an important(and expensive) package. I had a delivery truck come by at 1 pm, the guy made sure my address was correct then spent 10 mins in his truck. He came out to tell me my package wasn’t in his truck for some reason and that sometimes his boss moved packages to other trucks. He told me I should still get my package at the end of the day and said if it “popped up” in his truck later he would be back. At 5:30 I called and the rep told me it was waiting to be put in a truck and would be there by 8 pm. I joined my neighbor outside in the porch until 8 pm and NOTHING. I called and heard that they “attempted” to deliver my package at 6:15. Again, I WAS OUTSIDE. That is utter bs. I called again and the rep told me I would be getting a call from the warehouse within a couple of minutes so I could speak to someone there and get an explanation.45 mins later nothing. Spoke to another rep so now on top of wasting an entire day I will have to go pick up the package at this location because I will be at work during delivery hours and this package needs a signature.

Their policy of charging high storage fees based on #days and weight is unjustified. Even sending it by FedEx to this location will result in a storage fee when you go to pick it up. I paid $50 to pick up two boxes that had sit in a closet somewhere over a holiday weekend! I should have sent it to the UPS Store down the street where the fee would have been about $5.

Very small location inside hotel; staff was friendly and helpful; prices are very high due to convenience.. in house services limited

Why are you charging handling fees of your a FedEx branded store? This is ridiculous!

This is literally a copy machine located inside the Hyatt, 1-floor above the street level entrance. The machine served its purpose, but it cost me $19 for 12 color-copies.

Great service, very helpful staff

This is not a print and ship center... it is a computer and fax machine in the lobby.
