They are wonderful, so much so that when our house is finished being built we will continue with their services. They notify us of mail, parcels everything. We know where our stuff is and no need to worry about porch pirates. Peace of mind is Priceless. We do not have a box at this location after reading reviews we may just stay with the location we have now.One reason for keeping a box, is where our house is being built, they have those key lock communal boxes and only 3 package boxes so if people are out of town during holidays etc., those boxes may be unavailable for quite sometime. We will keep our box and peace of mind. Thank you UPS.I will say this to any company, please never discount customer service because it is the very back bone of any business it is so important, I cant stress that enough. Customer Service can make or break a business

Horrible service. My package was delivered to my apartment, I was home and no one knocked on my door and the camera shows it also. No knock. Just stuck a sticker on my door. The package was suppose to be sent back to ups 281 store, but CAROLl refused the package and was sent to Main UPS store and was returned to sender. why CAROL refused it,, beyond me.. Bad customer service and if you can avoid this place. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic people and service. I am entirely puzzled by the occasional negative review. I have been treated, on every single visit, with friendly professionalism. Numerous staff have even offered to help me take packages out to my vehicle. They generously lend their handtruck. On a couple occasions, when I thought I might be a package short, they spend time and effort on their own phones trying to resolve the issue. Never has there actually been a lost package. I would conservatively guess that Ive had 1000 packages delivered there. I suspect the complainers are difficult to please in general.

Had a box here for more than ten years. Always got great service during that time. When it was time for me to move I was a sad day when I let my box go.But here I am, more than a year later, picking up a package that was accidentally shipped here. They saw my name and called to let me know that it showed up.Even no longer a box holder, but they are still helpful.I would rent again in a second if I ever moved back to the area.

Ive been going to this store for over 2 years now. I rent a box there and all of my packages are delivered here. Ive seen employees come and go. I truly miss some of them but everyone Ive ever encountered is always professional and very friendly. I love that they know who I am when I walk into the store. All services come with a price attached at every store, to include FedEx and USPS so that shouldnt be a surprise to anyone. UPS stores only charge actual shipping costs. The price has gone up for all carriers. I love UPS because I know where my package is located at all times. The delivery folks always take care of my packages. This store is an extension of the service and my business appreciates them. Keep the great work up!

Unfortunately I cant give less than 1 star. I dont mind paying for service, but the tick tack charges they charge and the unempathetic staff makes this a horrible place to do business. If reading this, its in your best interest to go elsewhere if you value good quality customer service.Thank you for the response. Unfortunately this wasnt my first such undesirable encounter at your store. Merely the first time Ive decided to write a review to make others aware of my encounter. The first several times this happened I wrote it off, as you responded to another review, as your staff having an off moment. Frankly its not so much about the tick tack charges, but more so about how I as a customer felt I was treated in a location where I would think good customer service is important. But, given that youve had multiple bad reviews in several sources, Im sure youre dealing with the issue... or not. Regards

I use this location on weekly basis and have found everyone there, to include the manager, very helpful. A lot of these negative reviews on this UPS location are alarming... The theme is I came in expecting something free, didnt get it, coped an attitude with the clerk or manager, and found the clerk or manager to be rude. Folks, UPS is a global business. They conduct a mass amount of business. Ancillary services cost money! If you dont want to pay for something, DO NOT go into a retail outlet. Stay home and do it yourself... Its really that simple.

If i could give one star I would. Between Chegg and UPS and not sending off the textbooks that i ask them to send Im just about done with the both of them. Every time i send back a textbook i get from chegg it mysteriously gets lost and no one can find it. But you know what they can find? $500 out of my bank account. I never have these problems with FedEx.

We were mailing a package internally and were told it would arrive in 10 to 12 days. However, the package still has not arrived after 15 days. When I contact the store I spoke with the manager and was informed that the package was sent USPS instead of UPS because it was cheaper despite us spending over $100. The UPS manager informed me that we choose to send our package through USPS. However when we paid for the package at UPS we were never informed they were shipping it through USPS. I then asked the manager why the package still had not arrived after 15 days despite the employee saying it would arrive after 10 to 12 days. The manager said that packages usually arrive within 10 to 12 days so that is what they tell everyone. When I asked when the package would arrive the manager said you are going to have to call USPS to find out. If I wanted to send my package through USPS I would have taken it to the USPS and spent less money instead of taking it to UPS. This store is unprofessional in there shipping practices and prices. If you choose to use them to ship packages I would encourage you to ensure you know exactly which company (UPS or USPS) is going to actually be shipping your package and exactly when it is going to arrive.

Any and all dealings that I have had with this company. The people I have dealt with were kind and helpful with all questions. Packages sent and received were in perfect packaged condition. I would highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs.

Rude. I went into the UPS store today to shred a few pounds of receipts. The man weighed the receipts, I paid for the shred service and he took the bag I brought the receipts in. I asked for the bag back after the receipts were put into the bulk container which seem to overwhelm and frustrate him. He actually huffed at me and said it would be a few minutes because he just has so much going on. Ok- nothing about my demeanor indicated I was in a hurry. There were three people in the store including myself. One lady was making copies and another was dropping off a package and just needed a receipt. It took less than a minute for him to empty the bag into their bulk shredder. Really? Calm down. They always seem wound a bit tight in this store, but today was just ridiculous. I will not return to this location.

Too understaffed for how busy they are...resulting in terrible customer service. I came here to print one item, and was 3rd in line. The young man who was helping me left in the middle, not sure why. The other gentleman ignored me to help someone AFTER me. Why?? I was next.Even the other female employee had told the older gentlemen that ”she has been waiting” and he ignored that and said to her “I understand,” and continued to help someone else.Took me over 15 minutes to get my item printed. I will never come back to this location. Employees decide to help random customers, rather than go in order of the line, which is ridiculous to me.EDIT: response to the response I received..... not once did any staff member ever check the computer to see if my email had sent. I was not even acknowledged, even whilst standing at the front counter. I was merely pushed aside. I understand days get busy, but I am in the customer service industry too and that’s RUDE.

I dont usually have any problems with UPS. However, three of the last four packages that were to be delivered and signed for at my home never reached my front door. Instead, the delivery person elected to place a sorry we missed you note in my mailbox. Seeing how I work from home Monday through Friday during normal business hours it would be pretty hard for me to not hear my doorbell ring or miss the sound of someone knocking at my front door with a package that I am expecting. It has become a real inconvenience for me and my business to leave my home and drive 15 minutes to the UPS store and wait in the long line to retrieve my package. I can only speculate how this may be affecting other people, possibly some of those who are in line with me. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor in reference to this issue, however, he was too busy to come and hear of my complaint. Perhaps his workflow would be minimized if these packages were in fact being delivered.

The guy that works there is so rude. Had multiple bad experiences at this store. I do alot of business there with my companys shipping and will not be going back there. All of a sudden they wanted to charge me $2.16 for printing an emailed label and called it a service fee. Will be going out of my way to go to another location moving forward.
