The 8:30 am opening time is more of a guideline than absolute. Once the doors do open, then just one person arrived at work. When your turn arrives, you are informed that they do not accept AT&T equipment returns. (Sigh) great way to spend the morning wasting time. Moral: do not return the AT&T equipment here.

Giving a 5 star because of the Manager (Courtney). Had a very important package I needed delivered on a specific date. The driver had issues delivering the package. I coordinated the package to be held at this office and picked up by my parents. Issue was the package was still scheduled for delivery and with one of the drivers. Courtney connected the dots and made sure the package was pulled and left at the site to be picked up. All of this happened in a very short timeframe. Wouldn’t have been possible without her.
Absolutely no communication between corporate customer service and the actual ship centers. This is the second occasion where I was told I could pick up a package from the center, only to find out when I get there the package is unavailable. Customer service even confirmed they spoke to the manager at theShip center to verify I could pick up my package. They have no respect for peoples time or inconvenience.
FedEx is the most unprofessional and worst shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with. They “opened” an investigation on Thursday and where supposed to have called me back in 24 hrs, it’s now Sunday without a phone call. The tracking says it’s in the San Antonio sort facility for over 24 hrs with zero movement or a scheduled delivery. I wish I could give them no stars

Less than a star. Consistently fail to deliver packages to carport as instructed and instead leave them on side of driveway available for thieves. Instructions on file specifically state “do not leave on driveway.” All attempts to contact and report problems get directed to a 1-800 number with robots. If you manage to get to a real human they have no authority and are unable to connect you with supervisor.
Beyond upset. We have an animal shipped, which has live animal/priority labeled on. It was suppose to be delivered first thing this morning. Where’s my package? Still on the FedEx truck. FedEx will not hear the end of it if my animal is harmed or deceased d/t the stress of being on that truck all day in the Texas heat. They need to get their “priorities” straight.
The woman at the front desk discriminated against me. But my intention is not to harm her, I will never return and tell all the people the treatment I had in this location

Ive had 4 experiences here picking up live animals from the hub. I noticed that the lady (Ursula) working always knew exactly where my package was. It is so reassuring to know that they are extra careful.

I wouldn’t give FedEx the satisfaction of one star if I wasn’t force to. I wonder what these delivery drivers are being paid an hour to drive, run, and lie. One attempt with a soft tap on the door and a note to return the following day. The next day sit with the TV off next to the door. Checked outside at 2:04 pm, delivery note still hanging on door from earlier signed to leave package at door and received a text message stating attempted to deliver at 2:08 pm. My daughter and I heard no knocking, no package, and delivery instructions note still on the door. The third day, I decided to sit outside. I stayed outside from 10 am -2pm back and forth. At 2 pm, I decided to stay outside. I greeted every delivery driver, Amazon, UPS, and FedEx Ground with my presence about my package. So, the delivery driver for FedEx ground told me he didn’t have a package for me and I should be looking for FedEx express in a white van. As soon as he left, shortly afterwards, I get a text message stating that FedEx attempted delivery while I’m still waiting outside and delivery note on the door. How is it impossible that a attempt was made. This driver must have delivered in spirit because his presence was not at my door. Now they’re saying that they will attempt again on the 3/23 or it will be returned to shipper. OkAY WHAT MAKE THEM THINK I WILL RECEIVE THE PACKAGE IF I’m present at home and they are not coming in the first place!!! FedEx express is the WORST!!!

Two days of hanging around the house for an important package and the driver hasnt shown up! First day, he claimed no one was home. WRONG!Second day, after the website said it was loaded for re-delivery, no show again and office gives no information.

Staff is always very friendly. Currently only allowing 4 customers inside at a time, but theres usually not a wait. Theres also a rack to drop off packages without a receipt. Some ground packages have been a day late lately, but no fault to local shipment center.

FedEx used to be our go to for deliveries...but our driver retired & now the current driver(s) are random/quietly tap on the door. Today, we had a delivery but the driver did not knock loud enough for our office to hear. Tried to run down the package/driver & nothing was able to be done. Unfortunate...we used to always recommend our suppliers to use them...poor service gets a poor review. Please, please get back to consistent drivers that care about their customers & will make a viable effort to get the packages delivered!
Friendly, but misleading and unecessarily costly.
We had problems getting 2 packages delivered and had to drive to this place to pick them up on Thursday evening. However the problems were not because of FedEx, but because of Apples rules which are in place to help prevent Porch Pirates and other fraudulent activities. The young man who helped us was very friendly and polite to us.
Very professional staff, helpful and knowledgeable. The front store is on the small side and sometimes the line can get long enough to make the people staying in line feel crowded.
I had to fax something and didnt have a clue how to use the fax machine. The employee that day was super friendly and prompt.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I visited to pick up a package I had just missed that day. Wait times werent too long, granted I did go a little later in the day when the missed package form suggested. The employees were able to quick find my package, and I was headed back home in no time!

ZERO STARS.Had questions about a package I should have received one month ago.Could not find my address.I was never contacted.While trying to understand why my package went out for delivery several times and then was sent back, the man on the phone cut me off and told me to talk to the seller.I had more questions and he instantly went into his scripted goodbye speil.Questions still not answered.Will never use Fed Ex again since they cant seem to find an address and just leave packages to rot for a month before sending them God knows where.

I had a priority overnight package sent to me. Delivery driver showed up at my apartment at 8:40am, but he/she never knocked on my door. I was awake and waiting for the delivery, never knocked on door. Instead, delivery driver placed a door notice that stated I could pick up my package after 4:30pm at the FedEx shipping office. What is the point in paying extra money for a service they can not provide? I desperately needed that package by 12:00pm, now that isnt going to happen. FedEx doesnt care about their customers. I hate this company. Their employees are rude, all of them. Talked with customer service, they didnt do anything for me, stated they couldnt contact driver, which is a lie. What kind of company dispatches their trucks for deliveries, yet cant get in contact with their driver? I say BS. I will never choose FedEx again for anything. Stay away from this company. This isnt the first time they have dropped the ball. Another time, they lost my package. Save money and use UPS. They are very dependable, and their website doesnt make you go around in circles, accomplishing absolutely nothing. Warning, stay away from FedEx.
Went to drop of the ATT stuff but was told i cannot drop it off at FedEx Ship Center i have to go a different Fedex Store. How about putting a sign up. Whats the point of the FedEx shipping Center if you cant do what all the others can do and more.

Fantastic staff. If you have something to ship and it must go out today, this is the last stop for the express truck before it goes to the airport. Check their website for times to be sure but I believe the latest pickup time is 9:00pm.

I spent weeks waiting on a new computer since my old one was broken down. I had files ready to be transferred and everything ready. I cleared my whole day to make sure I was here for the package. I give explicit instructions for the driver to ring the doorbell and wait for a voice to come through. Nothing. No doorbell. No knock. Nothing. I only found out that they were here when my grandfather stepped outside ten minutes after the delivery and saw the note. Now I have to wait until Tuesday, three days later, for the next attempted drop-off. Its been 3 weeks since my initial purchase and I havent even seen the box. This will be the last time I ever use FedEx as a delivery service.

Package came in yesterday, but nobody was available to sign. Driver placed the appropriate information on my door, but failed to check the box that stated that he would be returning two more days in a row, so the default was to go pickup package at the facility. The facility is across town from where I live and work, but I took time out of my work day to stand in line with only one check out representative helping customers. Finally after standing in line for 30 minutes, I am told that the driver made the mistake by not checking the box and that they were sorry but they could not do anything for me. The representative just made a copy of my ticket and offered nothing more. I am very disappointed with the service and advise to not to use Fed Ex because clearly there is no compassion for people that take the time out of their day to make this trip or even offer a solution. Now I must take time out of my work day to leave to my residence and wait for a package that I could have received if the appropriate actions were taken. Great way to start the holiday!
Package got here Friday, but won’t be delivered to me until Monday. They wouldn’t let me pick it up from their location and were rude on the phone. They blamed the weather in the North West for the delay.... but the package went from Seattle to San Antonio in Two days.... and will take three days to go from San Antonio, 5 miles to my house...
Its been 3 years since I last used or had to use a delivery service for a package and I figured maybe it got better over time. The last time I had to use FedEx USPS or ups, I never got my packages on time. Was GUARANTEED an overnight delivery by 1030am. Lo and behold no delivery. Despite the package being at the facility as of 5:38 am, I was told by the rep that I couldnt come to pick it up since the office closes at 5pm. It shouldnt take 12 hours for a package to be brought into the system. So now I have to wait several days for it to be delivered, which means additional time taken off because FedEx couldnt keep their guarantee. The shipping industry needs a massive overhaul because the state that its in currently is not customer oriented.

If their drivers dont feel like delivering something, theyll just report that they attempted to and take the package back to the station. Its unbelievable how lazy these people are.
If I could leave no stars or negative Stars I would. I paid for 2 day shipping on Friday August 12 2016 and was told by my Merchant that I would receive this item by August 16th 2016. It is now August 19th 2016 and I still have not received my package. I was told it was because I left my apartment number off of the purchase but the verification when I called the company shows that the apartment number is listed. FedEx is the worst carrier of all the major carriers I always have problems with this. I now have to drive across San Antonio to go pick up this package at their facility.

Terrible service, my package was shipped twice and I tried to go pick it up and wasn’t able to take it home with my id and they told me they were going to try again tomorrow and instead they sent it back to the shipper.

I TRIED MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES AND MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES, THE COMPUTER STATED, NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. I SPOKE WITH TWO AGENTS AND REQUESTED A CHANGE IN ADDRESS. THE FIRST STATED THE ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED WEDNESDAY, 31 AUG; IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE WITH A DIFFERENT AGENT AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE OTHER AGENTS INFORMATION WAS ERRONEOUS AND THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY BY 1030AM TO THE NEW ADDRESS. LAST NIGHT, THEY CALLED AND STATED THAT THE CHANGE WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WAS. MEANWHILE, THEY CONTINUED TO DELIVER THE ITEM TO THE OLD ADDRESS; OF COURSE NO ONE WAS HOME. NO DELIVERY BY 3PM TODAY, SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER (LOL) AGAIN, SPOKE WITH AN AGENT AND WAS GIVEN A LOT OF DOUBLE TALK, INSINCERE APOLOGIES, ETC. FINALLY, I HAVE TO GO TO THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CENTER TO PICK UP THE ITEM. FUTHER, WHEN I CONFRONTED THE AGENT I WAS SPEAKING TO WITH THIS MONUMENTAL FIASCO AND HORRIFYINGLY POOR SERVICE, SHE ACTUALLY STATED, SIR, I DONT ACTUALLY WORK FOR FEDEX, THIS IS A CALL CENTER, AND WE ARE CONTRACTED TO THEM. I ASKED HER FOR THE NAME OF THE COMPANY SHE WORKED FOR AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS PRIVILEGED INFORMATION. CLEARLY, THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH ANY SHIPPING COMPANY. FURTHER, YOU CANT CALL THE SHIPPING CENTER IN SAN ANTONIO DIRECTLY FOR ANY INFORMATION. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I RATE THIS COMPANY AT MINUS 10 STARS.

I requested on Friday to have a package held at the facility. Monday it shows out for delivery and no one will be there to sign. I call back to their so called customer service and they say they dont see any notes for request to hold. I end up asking for a supervisor who calls from the location and asks what time window do I want my package delivered. I reiterated what Ive been saying since Monday to hold the package and not waste time attempting to deliver. Per FedEx and shipper after multiple calls its going to take 1-2 business days to have a package held at a facility. Speaking to FedEx give them an advance notice is just a waste of time.
I brought in a package for USPS return service as FedEx is legally required to take USPS return packages. The lady stonefaces me and says You know this is FedEx, right? ... I say Yes and then she proceeds to process it and print a receipt. Very rude, very unprofessional and unnecessary reaction. This occurred months ago and that woman is still there with the same attitude. I was nothing but friendly so you simply shouldnt be customer facing if youre going to be unbearably rude, especially when our transaction was shorter than the snide comment she made.

I also had the tag and no knock happen to me ... twice and on 2 different days. When contacting the phone number provided, it loops you through the excuse machine when you finally get a person on the phone. At first the reason was they didnt have a gate code but the tag was delivered on my door. Then between the two drivers, one had the code and the other didnt. I normally dont worry or bother with such things but the item Im waiting for is a medical necessity and not some tchotchke to slip on a shelf. I will not rest until they are made to explain reasonably how this can happen twice for the same shipment. I think the drivers deliver a few then go goof off and send the rest back because they can do it tomorrow unless something better comes up.

Tried to pick up a package that Verizon sent to my house. The FedEx drive I swear must tap my door and run. I drove 25min just to be told I could not pick up the package because my drivers license didnt have the same address. I could have shown this guy utility bills, pay stubs anything to prove my address and he said no. Service was terrible.
If I could rate this a zero I would. Horrible customer service from call center and retail store.Take your business else where.
