It was great I had no problem ..but I will never help a person again she never used it and payed a whole mouth that was crazzy !!

Set up online to get a storage a moving truck and movers almost a month ahead of time to ensure we would have everything needed for my sons move to Arlington TX. Forced to pay for 2 days 400.00 bucks for a truck when not necessary all done in one day. Paid 100 an hour for movers forced to pay for 2 hours thst was not used and they were late. Done moving items within an hour and 15min yet they still get 200.00 cuz had to pay ahead of time. Got an offer for free storage for a month took it even cuz really only needed for 2 weeks. Went to move stuff in told free month would not apply because he needed to move stuff same day as reservation which it did not say when we set it up so has to pay a month. Wanted to get truck from same place since storage there and reservation was for this store yet we were sent all the way to castle hills store to get truck and come all the way back here to load after having to check in at this store first. Very inconvenient and expensive experience.

An employee named Toni made dropping off the U-Haul at this location an unpleasant experience. First, she locked herself in there with a customer and i didn’t mind at first. I patiently waited for Toni to attend me. I gave her the keys and there was a misunderstanding about where I should’ve filled the tank. I had to show her the paperwork where they highlighted the desired gas line. She seemed irritated to go back and recheck. She said her boss said it was okay, but she restated that it was still below the line. She wanted to be right, so I just let her have it. (The door also was never locked again.) I put on a scented hand sanitizer on while waiting. She then asked me if i put perfume on and i said it was hand sanitizer. She opened the door to air out the office. Toni started saying she was getting a headache and that it bothered her because she said she has asthma. I told her I have asthma too, so i didn’t understand the need for the situation to be made into a big deal in front of other customers.

Need more guidance for new customers about parking and return policy.

I totally recommend this place!!I want to compliment on Gricelda and Brendas customer service. Today I began shopping around for storage prices and the perfect location for a storage. It was because of the awesome experience with Gricelda I decided to become a customer here today, she took her time to show me different sizes I requested, and made a hassle free process.

I actually didnt rent a truck. I just parked there to eat my Taco Palenque. 😂😂😂

It was great the employee there was very attentive. I was in and out in 10 minutes. One of the fastest transactions ever.

I have been calling and leaving messages with the call center. I replied to their email with my bill. Lets see if a bad review will get their attention.

More help is in need in the front office, and units need to be explained in more detail for others who arent familiar with renting a storage unit.

A few years ago I had all my furniture there n when I went to take my stuff out my whole storage was cleaned out so the ask the guy in the front what happened w my stuff who move it out he looked on the computer n said it was the manager hes the one that gave permission to take the stuff out so we called the cops n when me n the cop were coming in we heard the other employee in the phone saying u need to come down here they already called the cops n the cop got upset n starting asking questions to the front desk guy n the other guy just walked out n the front desk guy kept calling the manager cause the cops told him theres cameras get ur manager down here we need to see them n he kept calling him n he never showed up or answer hes phone so there was nothing they can do. we went back 2 days later n they both had quit the manager n 1 of the employee he told me it was the same that was there .its so sad that u trust this people w ur things n there the same one that steal frm u .

I cant think of any way that my experience with this U-Haul location could have been improved upon. I had some trepidation going in because my spouse usually handles the moving trucks. But I am pleased to say that the whole process went very smoothly. The employee who helped me (I think her name was Lori) was pleasant and knowledgeable, and she took care of my reservation efficiently. I will definitely use this rental location next time!

Security is tight. Nice balance between customer service and care. Mrs. Jackson is consumate professional and treats all customers with dignity and respect. Reason for 5 star: when one obtains a space, he or she must learn security protocols, which is simple yet another link in security chain beyond just locking space.

Our inside climate control has been broken into twice in the past 6 months. Many units were robbed. Their security measures are not very good at all. Once someone gets past the gate (not hard to do, just follow someone else in and out) they have free access to all of the buildings. The thieves just roam the halls and knock off the latches. They have strong locks, but the latches are cheap, flimsey and ineffective. The thieves emptied all of our boxes, crushed the contents and stole anything and everything no matter what the value. After the first break in, they did nothing to enhance security. They told us that they are working on it. I am not taking a chance so I will find a storage facility with real security.The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I fault the owners with failing to enhance their security. Two break ins in 6 months, and theyre working on it!

Really friendly staff, Ive been to other U-Haul locations and they give you very little info and want to overcharge or mess up the bill. Hank did everything perfect and the charges came out correct. We got the vehicle as described, moved all our stuff, and dropped it off after hours without issues! This place is great.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR UHAUL BUT FOR MIGHTY MEN MOVERS IN SAN ANTOMIO.I left a review for this moving helper named Freddie. The review I had left for Freddie had stated that he could not taking the unused moving blankets back to uhaul, and instead took my dining room chairs. I had to drive the blankets back to uhaul on the same day. I drove to California that evening. Also to add, Freddie had called me personally about the review I left for him to tell ME, that wasnt appreciated and that I was wrong to leave a bad review of him. I have absolutely a million nasty words to express myself here. To also top this entire situation off, of the 2 UBoxes I ordered. I discovered that I had so much room left in my first UBOX that I could have actually taken and/or fit in my chairs. I noticed Freddie had continually stated that I could not fit all my things in the boxes. While I had accepted that I would need to leave items out, I now feel that Freddie took advantage of me as a Moving Help customer, in order to come up on any of the items I was forced to leave behind.

Absolutely Horrible! I appeared there this evening to turn in my rented trailer. We needed to drop it off because we were planning to take off for a weekend holiday after serveral hard days of driving and moving.I was stunned to be informed that I could not leave my trailer because we dont have any room. There was clearly enough space behind their gate to leave the trailer. When I pointed this out I was told they were not allowed to park there. There was clearly enough space to leave it outside the gate in their drive. I was told they would not check the trailer in.I was then told my contract said I had to return it to another location - which it did not - I had purposely left the return location open when I rented it. I asked him to find another uhaul location open long enough to allow me to get there (it was 8 pm by now and they were all closed) he could not.I then demanded they extend the rental for 2 more days at their cost which he agreed but then could not figure out how to do it and called the boss on the phone who instructed him to write the general 1-800 phone number on a piece of paper and give it to me and asked me to leave. As I was leaving another highly frustrated customer was behind me.What a lazy good for nothing bunch of worthless people!This is in stark contrast to another uhaul dealer not far away on Vance Jackson (if Im remembering the street name correctly) - where I had turned a trailer in the week before and they bent over backwards to take my rented trailer back in.

They where so nice and gave us a great deal first time renting a Storage n the experience was good. Recommend😊

Shoutout to Brandon white, I went into uhaul to ask some questions and to purchase boxes + tape. Brandon offered to help carry and put the boxes in my car which was extremely helpful since the boxes were heavy and it was raining.

Abosolutely hate the access card method our card is always deactivated somehow so we can never get into our unit after hours really inconvenient !!! Uhaul should really come up with a back up method, Id rather use the pin method like before cut out the cards for Christ sakes!!!!

Its okay, I stood in the lobby with another customer for about 5 minutes before an employee came in.

The morning we were scheduled to use a U-Haul and nobody was there to check out the trucks.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the older lady who helped me. She had a group of us waiting outside for around 34 minutes and when I asked her why she taken so long she told me that I was lying and continued not to help me but the people who were behind me instead. I will never rent from U-Haul again
