Great place for commercial and RV storage. Security at gated and snap shot if someone tries to break in it will take pictures of the person from the gate thru out. Reasonably prices 1/2 off storage.

The people who run this place keep it well maintained and clean. Know most of their customers and the equipment they have stored with them an actually watch who enters to make sure nothing happens that shouldnt. Weve had spaces there for almost 5 years and have never had a problem other than being locked out of the gate due to a change of bank accounts. But even then was taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend this place if you need storage, both indoor or open parking.

Great location for your comercial equipment and security and price point is awesome. The storage part dunno but this is where I have my comercial trucks. Deal this month is 2month 1/2 priced so cool entry level safety.

The initial consultation of my direct needs for storage and office/work space went very well.I rented (2) large spaces ( 10x20 ), with the first month discounted, although i did not receive free locks as advertised an their 24hr access is an additional fee ($15.00) per unit along with their safety plan that cost an additional $10. Per unit as well.Ok, thats the beginning of this crazy, misinformed, fail to disclose storage facility nightmare. After the first week of moving in an getting all our items situated, the manage Yvette, comes to my unit an tells me it off the blue, Im not allowed to work on my items in my unit. For the next week she steadily drives by lurking inside to see if what were doing. My wife an I had many cardboard boxes get water damaged an we were changing each box to plastic containers. I guess this is illegal in her eyes because she calls me up an threatens to call the police because I have been warned not to work in the unit. I explained to her what the scenario is an she further gives me a time limit to leave my unit before she phones the police. Few days later my wife an I are there an we noticed we had picked up a nail causing it the to go flat. She calls an again tells me its not a place to work on vehicles. I explained to her the situation, thinking she understood the importance of fixing a flat before leaving the premises. After all she did drive by an see the problem. About 45 minutes later, who comes driving towards me as Im under a jacked up truck, yup!! You guessed it(2) SAPD VEHICLES. THEY inform me that the manage YVETTE CALLED in a complaint regarding myself fixing a flat. The officers told me if I had, had any issues with her, I replied, no. They went on to tell me, they told her it was a civil matter an they couldnt do anything because I was s paid up tenant with a contract to be there. So thats all within the first 2 weeks. On one occasion there was a electric plug installed off of the lights in the drive space, so I utilized the plug with my own lights to continue working after dark after all I did pay for 24 hr access. Next day she removed the outlet an told me I couldnt use theyre electricity for lighting in my unit. The beginning of the month after I pay the fee, she tells me that there had been several units broken into an 24hr access was being removed from the facility. But it hasnt, just mine!! Month goes by an I visit my unit to unload items an noticed my latch was not engaged in the lock cylinder. Lock was there but latch was not moved into unopened position. Twice this has happened.I would recommend to anyone considering this storage facility to be ready for anything.1. I was lied to2. Their website clearly States office space3. She does not respect your privacy4. She threatens an calls police on her own tenants5. I cant be positive but Im under the impression shes aware of illegal entrys into units. Ill sign my name to this an say anything iv mentioned here to anyone of the owners because what Im telling you is the truth. In and out. Definitely feels safe and secure. Also, its like driving through a field of broken dreams...broken convertible mustang....broken corvette....broken MGB....broken sail boat....etc......all future perfectly restored assets, in their owners eyes and every one has a story, Im sure.

Gate entrance and good security. Open slots for vehicles and of course closed storage bays.

They are very professional and have provided us with excellent customer service.

Very nice people and the lot is pretty safe.

Very organized and well kept, along with the reassurance of security and surveillance. Few dead bugs around the place, but it does the job.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! This place is shady. They have had multiple break-ins (13 as of this post the manager told us) recently with closed and outside units. They also fail to tell their customers of the break-ins to give them a chance to move their stuff somewhere else.
