The best customer service! Super helpful even though I was not able to find what I was looking for at that exact location. They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for at another location.

Nice, secure climate controlled storage facility.

We made a registration online and when we came to pick it up we we turned away. Lied to by the representative at the site. She stated there were no vehicles available and that she had no idea what location could be the one from our reservation. I would have been less frustrated if she said hey we don’t rent to people of color. The lies made no sense.

Its been a great experience so far nice and friendly staff complimentary coffee water fountain and and an OUTSIDE ENTRANCE BATHROOM is a major A plus in my book my only complaint is the front entrance is a bit tight right on the access road its a little scary with speeding cars right behind you when trying to navigate with other customers in the driveway as well but all in all a great experience one stop shopping rented my truck and got a free month on a storage unit all in one stop looking forward to taking advantage of there office spaces and possibly there where house spaces as well

The company Im employed with resides their office & storage spaces there. Management is courteous and helpful, but as for some of the other companies are disrespectful, rude, nosey, and constantly complain to management for just about anything.

I had a seamless experience here. I chose this location cuz of good reviews, they were helpful and every inch of everything was smooth. I highly recommend doing business with THIS specific location. Great experience at an otherwise stressful time (moving long distance)

I was able to order and pay for all my moving accessories online and pick up from the store. The young man at the counter was quick to help and provided assistance loading my vehicle up with all the supplies I purchased.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Please if you can go to another Uhaul store. The people who work here are rude and were requiring customers to wear a mask, but the guy asking us to wear one didnt even have one on.

Alanna was a pleasure to deal with, always very accommodating and pleasant. While we are retooling our business and have a different plan of action for our needs moving forward, we would certainly recommend doing business here!

The one staff member I talked to was professional and the 26 foot truck I had reserved was sitting out front waiting for me to drive away with. I returned the truck after hours and was given all the information I needed so I could. The truck was in good working order and the A/C was very cold. All in all a nice place.

Van I rented only had 3,600 miles on it, but it smelled pretty bad. It was as if it had been smoked in for 3,500 of those miles. Might have been something else that caused it, but fact is that it was so bad I drove most of the way with the windows open. With that said, the van was new and clean, it did what I needed it to do, the location of the U-Haul is great, and the customer service is outstanding so I will rent here again!

Friendly staff and efficient. Rented a small van. Upside renting from UHaul over Enterprise, they are open with longer hours and was able to do everything on Sunday. Fifth star withheld because pre-checking in online did not improve or speed up the rental process - was still over 30 minutes to complete paperwork. Would rent from this location again.

The only problem I have is that you cant access your own belongings at any point. 7pm is early to not be able to get in without paying a fee. Also, the entry pads should be accessible from your car.

Excellent customer service

Havent had a bad experience with the staff yet. Only downside is that the gate is kinda awkward getting into, since the driveway is very short.

I rent a lot of trailers for my business, and this location offers the best quality and best service on the Northside
