I went into Penneys to buy some dress pants but they didnt have my size so the girl at the register helped me order them online and I was able to get them a lot cheaper than if Id bought them there. The girl was very helpful. She deserves 5 stars.

This is actually the EDD workforce center. The girl at the front desk was very nice and very helpful and accommodating to me. It was quiet and clean and the A/C was jammin. Beside myself and the receptionist the only other living person there was the security guard and he was very professional and respectful also. The girl at the front desk seemed to be very knowledgeable about her job and what the EDD workforce center could help with. Im going back to talk to her about vocational training which I dont know the details yet but they will help you with vocational training to learn another trade since this pandemic has affected everyones jobs in one way or another. So yes I would recommend this place

Clean store and found everything I needed and quick check-out

Fitting rooms not open. Store was messy (I was there right after they opened so it was not cleaned last night), very very very limited selection on clothes and shoes. I did not go upstairs so not sure how well they were stocked. The three employees I interacted with were all very nice and friendly.

Its an extremely pleasant atmosphere to shop in. So very clean and pleasant staff. Great prices too!

This stores layout and design is nice. Like that the have Sephora in the store its a great place for makeup. JCPenneys is great for some brands. The customer service was great.

They didnt have new milk sunscreen but she gave me her honest opinion of another brand thats nice. I like going into sephora because I can use my card. Its pretty clear of people

Its very few people that shop here. Limited selection on athletic clothing and especially shoes. No nike products. And the salon service is pathetic. I made an appointment a few days in advance online and a quote for the service that I wanted, I get there and I was told It was just for a consultantation!??.. adviced I need to book at least a week in advance(no where did it say that when I made an appointment)...I asked for at least a hair cut since I was looking forward to it and he said his seats were already full. Needless to say I was very disappointed and never going back.

JCPenny is a nice store to go with friends.

No registers open on 2nd floor and you have to take your items down to 1st floor. I had to carry a toaster/convection oven/air fried down escalator. Dont like this stores staffs attitude; they are rude and act like youre imposing when asking for assistance.

There is a lady by the name of Alyssa thar works in the Jewelry department she has wonderful customer services skills. We explained to her that we are looking to buy our 5 girls a gift she helped us out and gave us some options to choose from.On top of that she forgot to apply our coupon she called us and apologize for this and said that she corrected the situation.Thank you very much Alyssa because of you i will be shopping there more often.

I got an excellent hair cut yesterday by Ann Marie at JCPenney San Bernardino.

It is a beautiful store, there are really nice employees, and there is a variety of items, both regular price and on sale!

Great store with wonderful staff and terrific merchandise! Have always loved the selection of clothing, at least for men. Pennys is the last of the classic department stores! Patronize them and help them stay in business if you can!

Great place to shop for the whole family

Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced in my life and Im not exaggerating. I called the store and was left on hold for 5 minutes only for someone to pick up and then hang up on me. When I went to call back again I was immediately hung up on. I decided to go into the store looking for the mattress that I wanted which said that the store carried it when I looked online the customer service representative told me that a sales representative would meet me upstairs I waited a good 10 to 15 minutes and nobody showed up I decided to just leave and go to Macys. I hope this gets out to the management because this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had

Store is clean and organized. Hand sanitizer available at entrance, the flooring at register is marked for social distancing. Employees are friendly and helpful. Felt safe and appreciated.

I went to JCPenney just to browse around, I felt a pair of boots on sale clearance for $16.01 winter will be here soon. I needed a new pair of boots because the ones I have are wide calves, since I lost 95 lb a year and a half ago. The why legs boots are too large at the top. You know theres nothing like a good deal, and I had to maximize the moment. 🤗

From the outside, you would think the place is closed....but once inside, it looks like another JCPenney. Fully stocked with Sephora and a salon

Employees here are incompetent. Took more than 1/2hour for the cashier to process 2 exchanges. She finally got back up and that one didn’t know the cashier register very well either. This is the 3rd time I have been here and the cashiers don’t know what they’re doing. Shame on management for allowing this.

Nice store but 1 cashier with 10 people in line..

Ordered online to pick up in-store. Online shopping experience was fine; easy, quick & had a great coupon. Picking up your online order, however, always seems to be a long process. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive waited longer in line than I did making my online purchase. Theres usually only one person working that counter and it is slow moving. The clerk was friendly & competent. I just think they may need a back up person to occasionally work the counter when it gets busy.Other than that, I always find good deals on my kiddos graphic tees and this trip was no exception. Made my boy happy with his new Nickelodeon & Disney tees.

Probably the largest JC Penny Ive seen so far. Has an elevator to get to the second floor and a wide variety of goods and brands.

Not to crowded, decent prices, but the dressing rooms and restrooms are closed right now.

Once upon a time, when as a young man I was a JCP associate--selling shoes and working in the mens department--this kind of mess would not be tolerated. This is not a problem with the help; it is a management problem. I expect this in Walmart; not JCP. Dont give me an excuse for why it is this way, MOD; get out of your office, go to the sales floor, own the problem, and fix it; or JCP corporate (hopefully) will find somebody who will fix it. Good clothes

This is a new JCPENNEY store thats complete with everything you need for home furnishings, clothes, shoes, and jewelry. Im very impressed with the high quality of service at this location. Theres plenty of good quality name brand merchandise available and the store brands are also very good. Have a question about jewelry, see Alex in fine jewelry, he provided me great service! Above all, the store is clean, well laid out, and exits are clearly posted. Its also convenient for the parking garage is next to the building.

Had everything we needed plus a few unexpected things we wanted, but didnt know they carried. Unfortunately the store is closing for business soon.

JC penny it is a very nice and clean environment. About 95% of staff is friendly. You do have a few that do not like to work and are lazy. But the store is kept up nicely. And pretty well stocked up.

I was disappointed... I went to multiple fitting rooms only to find them closed... as well as registers. One register open on the floor for purchases. Jewelry and cosmetics only assist if you purchase from them. Clothes were every where and not restocked accordingly. I wasted a lot of time. I gave a two star because there are good deals but you need a lot of time to shop.

This store is awful. We had the hardest time finding anything, I mean for being who they are this store does not reflect it, a Ross is more organized than this place. There are no carts anywhere so I had to carry everything around. I wont be coming here again.
