Cute clothes if 1 is on the sm size!! I love the clothes for small even the lrg size is wrong for me cause im a petiet size lrg.But i bought some sandles i like them.

Their fitting rooms are CLOSED so you buy it take it home try it on and you bring it back but you can’t exchange it because they said it’s final sale ridiculous

This place has really cute clothes but you can not try anything on and everything is final sale so you can’t return anything either. The last 3 times I’ve gone I’ve bought shirts that don’t fit and I can’t return them so unless you know exactly what size you are I wouldn’t shop here. You might end up with a bunch of clothes you can’t wear. Like me 😭

So given this pandemic, alot of stores have not allowed the fitting rooms to be open.Which is understandable.I came here about 3 days ago, so I asked an employee as I was purchasing my 4 items that if these items didnt fit, could I return at any point.She said only certain items you can return, & get your money backI said okay no problem. 2/4 were returnable. Some how 2 shirts I wouldnt be able to return. Okay I was on my way.I came back today.There was 2 older Asian women.One is the owner maybe, & the other is an employee. The employee right away as I came in w my bag, stared at me very rudely, & I mean rudely through her masks & all. So I already knew this was gonna be a pos transaction.So I explained what was told to me, she giggled & then after telling me she worked here for 10 years. Got the owner.She spoke in her native language, made sure I didnt understand her. Which I feel is rude. Im not saying dont speak your language, but in this situation it rubbed me the wrong way.The owner was kinder, but still only store credit or exchange.After the first interaction w the rude lady, I didnt want either. I explained that I would never shop here.The owner just apologized.After I chose store credit,She said you have 15 day to use which wasnt said when I chose it either.I smiled & grabbed my receipt & left.F this place fr fr.I now have store credit for a pos place. With horrible service.Dont shop here. Unless youre 100% youre one of the lucky ones who fits into anything.

I love their clothes and the plus size section is big and nice clothes

Nice store the clerks were polite in greeting as I walked in. I went with my daughter we were taking pictures of dresses and no one didnt say not to. They did ask if we needed any help. They had several dresses to choose from in a good price range.

Prices are a little high for the quality, but cute selections

I would never buy clothes from here again there customer service is horrible they were extremely rude they approach my family very rude saying we have to put a mask on my little brother but he can’t leave the mask on they were rude cussing at us and tell us that everything were we go it the same thing and it’s not we just had came for Macy’s and marshals and dd’s too and employees saw my brother without a mask but they didn’t say nothing if I were you guys I wouldn’t shop here they don’t have any type of manners

I really like it there. I got 3 shirts from there and they where $5 it’s my favorite clothing store so far. The quality is good .i suggest you shop there .

If I could give this place no stars I would. These people here are extremely rude. Not to mention that the quality of the clothing is horrible. I brought my daughter here to purchase something for her Matt Gala and the staff is extremely disrespectful when you ask any questions. I would not come here if I were you..... Also, I was even more aggravated about the experience after going to rainbow and finding a better dress for only ten dollars and having paid thirty at this JP Mode store for something of poor quality. Im WARNING YOU!!!!!!!!! BEWARE do not give your money to people who put a store somewhere, is empty half the time and then be rude to the little customers who do patronize the store. On top of everything they check your money more than usual to check if fake and I just felt disrespected no hello, no how are you, can I help you with anything........ and by the way I work for San Bernardino County Dept. of family services so I know how to work with people quite well. This was an extremely unfortunate experience here and I will never be back. I see this store going out of business soon and it should!!!!!

I bought a few shirts youre not able to try them on and you cant even exchange them so youre stuck with them even if they dont fit not worth it . I rather go somewhere else where you can exchange I was just trying to get a bigger size . Customer service sucks here wont ever come again

They were asking me if i needed help with anything but i suggest putting more graphic t shirts or jackets.

I spend almost $300 because I need it too and the customer services is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
