It sucks you cant return or exchange things here my daughter has some pants shes loved but she got a size that was too small but was kind of exchange Im only went back they say because of covid-19. but a lot of department stores return or exchange, I dont understand why this place wouldnt do the same.

Ive been shopping at T-shirt Mart since I was a teen. You will find something for everyone. They have a big plus size selection. Mens hoodies are cheap price wise but good in quality. No they do not only sell t-shirts. They have womens clothing, mens clothing, socks, shoes, accessories and makeup.

I love this place!! Honestly as a bigger girl its hard to find cute affordable clothes. But this place has it. My sister is a smaller girl and we both shop here bc the clothes is so cute and so inexpensive.

The store worker named Manny was very nice and helpful when I made purchases.

Called before I went to purchase clothing and woman who answered the phone was very rude. I was told staff was friendly. Obviously not. Glad I didnt step foot in the store. No customer service skills. I was recommended by Word of Mouth but Im glad I didnt go so thats why Im giving it a one-star and you cant have good customer service on the phone then you will never have good customer service in store.

When we first walked in I spoke. nobody spoke back.they just gave us a stern mean look. No smile or anything as if they didnt want us there. They didnt acknowledge us or try to give customer service to us. We asked questions about items and were ignored. They just followed us all around the store. Made me feel uncomfortable. I was going to buy some shirts and shorts but do not like their attitude. Will not be back.

I always go for my jeans (black jeans usually) because they are comfortable most of the time, I love the stretchy material and I like regular tank tops and stuff like that . Its great
