This store is hella cool! THEY HAVE A LITTLE BIT OX EVERYTHING. The only complaint I have to acknowledge is the fact they were packed full yet they only opened 2 registers.

Everything is priced low . Can’t go wrong at the 99 Cents only store. Gotta love it!

Pros: well stocked freezer farmer John wieners or large hot linnks. Quick and safe. Cons no restrooms or out of order.

Management needs to do a better job at having more registers open and not putting sooo much pressure on 1 cashier with 20 people waiting in line. Ridiculous, prices are so much higher for things that were 99 cents before. Hire more people!!!Otherwise well stocked store, not the best area though.

Would have been better score. But security guard tells me, you cant take the shopping cart out to your car?! I told her I am disabled and my knees are bone on bone. I said if you think Im walking 9 bags out to my car, there was going to be trouble. This includes gallon jugs, 2 liter soda .I said look Ill walk it back. She agreed. Man talk about hassling people with disabilities. Go elsewhere, there are several stores in the area. If they dont want to do cart runs. Close the doors. At least tell you before you come and spend money, then spring it on you that youre going to get a work out and who cares if you can manage 9 bags, try that in a wheel chair or on crutches or a Walker ... poor guest relations.

I love 99 Cents only stores, all the different things you can find. I find something new each time I go.

Don’t shop here your car will get broken into while it’s in the parking lot in less than five minutes they don’t even have a patrol guard to patrol the parking lot this store does not deserve the stars it has good luck this happened yesterday so

I went there tonight and in the corners especially by the food items,, i saw alot of roaches there and I was grossed out by the store so much that i will never shop there again. The stores not sanitary. I brought it up with some of the employees who said they would look into the matter and the manager Vanessa, ( she had light brownish streaked hair & is a little heavy set) but it appeared the manager didnt care about customer care either. I dont recommend this store unless you want roaches in your food.

3/20/21Tanya the cashier, its either does not care how she put of what you buy between soft or hard items (food, veggies/etc.The hard items should be in the bottom to avoid soft items getting damage from being in the bottom or middle of the bag.She needs to be corrected or reminded by the manager or owner because this is part of customer service that customers observed.

I shop here at least once a week sometimes twice a week always an enjoyable experience usually something new to add to my cart

It was ok it was a long wait in line because for whatever reason they usually keep 1 cashier working a long line of people until finally someone gets an epiphany and says oh lets get another cashier on a register. They arent even really .99 cents any more they should rename themselves 1.99 cents stores and up. I had a below average shopping trip here maybe next time it will be better 🤷🏿‍♂️

I always come here for fresh fruit and veggies... they are ripe and ready to eat... and eat you must do before they over-ripen. the staff is ok but wont bag your items if you bring your own bags.. but its not because theyre being rude its because of covid-19

Fairly decent in realm of 99 cent stores, good sized, decent selection of items including food, frozen, fresh. Some items missing from offerings at specific stores (like alcohol) and typical periods where crowded. Still, a good store overall

Enjoy coming to the 99 and finding new merchandise. Some of the cashiers are friendly and listen to separate food from household products. Others give attitude, but customer service is about keeping the customer happy, besides I dont want bleach on my food products. I normally go for the variety of things and for the savings. I love their bamboo products and wish they carried more of them.

Cheap good things of everything

I was able to get the stuff i needed but I am noticing that more and more stuff that they are bringing into the store cost more I think the most Ive seen is $9.99 this is no longer a $0.99 cents only store. There was a lot of people today and only one cash register open. There was a lone of people also waiting outside to go in. Because the lack of cash registers not open and the prices going up i give this store a 3 star.

Found everything I needed and more, and cashiers were helpful.

This store is amazing! They also have nice things for the garden, house and I bought most of my daughters school supplies here. Also the fruit like blueberries and strawberries my kids eat like crazy and Im happy I can buy a lot for a good price. At a regular grocery store you pay so much for veggies that end up going bad and at the 99 you can find a lot for a great price without hurting your wallet. At night there is a lot of homeless around and people walking around but I have never had any issues.

I was skeptical at first just by looking at it from the outside but I guess its true what they say: never judge a book by its cover... they were almost fully stocked with goods. Would come here again.

My favorite 99cent store. Shopping carts are hardly available I guess its not just my favorite. Always full of people. I shop here before I got to the grocery store and get can goods, fruits and veggies. So much cheaper than the stores.

Prices are good. Even though theyre sneaking in items that are $1.99 $2.99 or even $3.99 in the grocery area. Most things arent labeled when theyre around $3.99 so a shopper needs to pay attention. Customer service could be a bit better. Rude cashiers.

Staff is helpful, new merchandise comes in on Wednesday night and on sale racks on Thursday

This store is easy to find and signs are visible while driving. The parking lot is huge, I am sure literally hundreds of cars will fit here.While inside I quickly realized how massive this 99c store is, it is more like an actual supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, while I was there they were unpacking new/incoming merchandise for the customers. Especially the refrigerated area, the sections with sweets, and the book/greeting cards area was well equipped.Only minor nuisance: some of the customers inside were talking loudly on their cellphones and were using derogatory language (swearing/not very nice words - this could be because of the area you are in and is not the stores fault at all).

I like the prices and the various things they have there. Its good for people who r not able to get to regular stores. I love the prices on the generic medicines, the books and other interesting stuff. However it is loaded with beggars and hustlers and is ghetto as hell in the parking lot. The parking lot is filthy with people always coming up to u selling stuff and asking for money.

The store is nice but the staff is rude and there is always a long line because there is only one cashier open everytime I go there

Lines long af like Wal-Mart. But I be surprised every time I go with how much stuff they have and be mad that I bought it somewhere else. FYI always check the 99 before you go to any store. Save a few bucks.PSThe 99s in the suburbs have a lot nicer things. Worth the drive if you live in the ghetto like me.

I come here for my roasted peanuts and gummy bears. They have lots of stuff. Be careful at night though because there are always lots of homeless men around, some are nice but others may not be.

One of my favorite stores, nice and well organized ...They have good selection of products. They sometimes carry higher than 99 cents items but they are still good price and good quality.

I shop here all of the time, but Im over it. They are beyond rude. I had a full basket of Easter stuff, and all of a sudden, I had to use the bathroom. It was an emergency deal. It was only 7:30, but they would not let me use the restroom. Both were supposedly out of order, but the security guard on duty was coming out of one, so I highly doubt that. That is so wrong. They had clearly cleaned their bathrooms too early. So, I had to drive over to Burger King, buy something as only customers can use the bathroom, then drive back over to where they were saving my basket for me. ABSOLUTE BS!Update: 02/08/21- Rude Rude Rude!!!! I am so over the rudeness at this spot. They are actually nice at the other two locations I go to, so I will NEVER shop at this store again.

I love the store, I bought everything that I need there the only thing I dont like is some things are 99-cents and some are 1.99-2.99-3.99 all the way to as far as 6.99 sometimes you will think that its a dollar and it really isnt and end up spending more I think that they need to have a 1 Isle that is above a dollar thats my suggestion but overall I love the 99 cent store it is the best!

I had almost 4 years of being a frequent customer of this store, but it turns out that I had 2 dislikes in less than 2 weeks the first one was with the ones that accomodate the products and esque was looking at a product, it was the only one that was left and released by That I called the attention another product as soon as I did that the person with bad gestures immediately took it, without more .... I am angry with his bad attitude, I left but wanted to return, I thought that because I had to stay with Of the product just because this person has a bad day come back and took it back she was still there so she was very annoying not to where and very close to me in the end the only thing was to make complain about me I had pushed her that I was going to throw the police and I do not know that much and because the manager came very annoying to complain to me, well, I pass again next week the person with whom I had this friction was when I started and when I look fast Said hooo no !! And said a name making me his bad gestures as the last time just kept walking good it turns out that when I get to the box was the manager of that day (NANCY) recognized me I saw him in his face as I grab two cylinders of butane fuel and I know they are asking Identification without problems I gave the mine is expired but wherever I go to buy until cerbeza never had problems in wal-mart in the super in other 99 storage stater bros including in walgreens never I avian denied accept my identification for 1 year And this person does not axepto this identification if not that I reject my husbands when in other places the same thing always the axeptan this person the only thing that wanted to achieve the NANCY is that I did not appear there again because I do not explain that in All the stores where Im going to get my IDs and there I do not yet ask for a number of someone with whom I could complain and I only gave the number of the corporation the truth that actit You so child of this lady I for my part I do not go back and say only a client because not only will I also my neighbors and acquaintance I will tell of these incidents if I see that they do not do anything to improve the actictud of its personnel I say e Worked in customer service in several stores and the first thing they tell us the customer is first to see how we can help them.

I like the 99 Cent Only Stores.I give this one 4 stars because they arent as large as some of the other stores and cant carry the whole variety of products they have to offer.

Customer service at this store is terrible. The stock clerks on the floor are not knowledgeable of the products the store carries or the location of a specific product. The cashiers are usually too busy talking to other co-workers to greet.you as their next customer. There is never enough cashiers working, the lines of people waiting to pay for their items is 15-20 people deep. If I happen to be waiting in a check out line with a cashier who is talking to another co-worker my wait time just increased by 5 minutes.
