Excellent Customer Service compared to other South County stores. I spoke directly to the Store Manager, Cecilia (well I think the Manager, if not she should be). Cecilia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering my questions right away without hesitation. Even answered the phone right away and despite Google showing that theyre closed at 7:00 theyre actually open as listed on the T-Mobile website.
Claudia was so helpful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Claudia is an asset to your company and deserves Kudos !!!

My boyfriend and I were there for almost two and a half hours. He had broken his phone while we were on a staycation and wanted to get a new one. He was a Sprint customer, and it was more than obvious staff had received no training with the new merger.We were assisted by Cecilia who was supposed to be a manager at the store. The confusing thing was she consistently went to her associate to ask for assistance on practically every step. Her associate helped an ample amount of people during the time we were there, and Iβm sure she would have helped us in a smaller amount of time.Cecilia ended up having to call a Sprint store to aid her in the transaction. The amusing thing is the other associate asked if they had a manager on duty because of the dumbfounded questions she was asking. She replied she was the manager to only hear a grunt from the Sprint associate on the phone.Honestly at this point, it would be expected for her to try to remedy the situation to see if there were any types of discounts that could be applied to my boyfriendβs bill based off of employment or absolutely ANYTHING else. (I work management also.) But she did not try to do anything nor was she apologetic at all. She didnβt apologize once and simply kept stating that they were learning a new process. Yet why did your associate know so much more?It honestly ruined our day because we planned on going to the beach and at least watch the sunset, but we were at this store for hours. A store owner across the way even commented on how long we were there.I am just still baffled that someone that had absolutely no training could be promoted to that position. Lack of customer service and the ability to do something to appease the customer was disturbingly prevalent during this tiring transaction. Iβm a T-Mobile consumer, and it almost made me want to switch. Luckily I have had terrific service elsewhere where I had lost a phone and was in-and-out in 15 minutes.
Today I was at the San Clemente T-Mobile and Cecilia P. was so helpful in replacing and setting up my elderly cousinβs phone. She was helpful, efficient, friendly. Thank you Cecelia!
If youre on a lunch break and need help, forget about this location. 30 mins to pay a bill that took literally 3 mins.

Cant recommend these guys highly enough! After having a terrible time with AT&T customer service while trying to close my account, Claudia and Kevin worked hard and went the extra mile to liaise with AT&T and smooth things out for me. They treated my husband and I as valued customers, remembering us/our situation and following up to make sure we were having a smooth transition to T-Mobile. Very happy with their customer service and confident that if we ever had any further problems they would resolve it quickly and professionally.

Went in to the store not knowing what phone is be walking out with. The service, for me, was beyond what Ive experienced at most stores lately. The employee there helped me narrow down my choices without trying to push anything unnecessary. They were informative, friendly, and safe amidst all the covid stuff. We played rock, paper, scissors to narrow down my choices more (I am very indecisive) and we settled on a phone. They informed me of the insurance a jump program and also the return policy.I spent a day trying out my new phone. I wasnt a fan of the phone in general so I came back the next day and was helped by, whom Im assuming was, the manager. She helped me quickly and efficiently return my phone and get into another one. It was quick and painless unlike all the other stores Ive gone too. Very helpful staff.Special shout out to Cecy! She is a keeper.

I originally had claudia help me to switch my five lines over. she was great, knowledgeable and professional. however she is the only one i have dealt with that had any knowledge or customer service skills. she sold me on insurance . iβve been paying for it and filed a claim last week. i have been given the run around for 8 days now. t-mobile tells me to call the insurance company and they tell me to call t-mobile OVER AND OVER AND OVER. no one will help me. i have been with out my phone which i use for business for 8 days. i have three kids that cannot reach me. i have literallly tried to get help a dozen times. this company is not legit. i will be switching back to att and if they refuse to credit me back for the insurance that they wont let me use i will be seeking an attorney. i have spent over seven hours in store, and on the phone to resolve this and have gotten no where. DO NOT USE TMOBILE. itβs the worst customer service i have ever experienced
Benjamin at the T.Mobile store in San Clemente on El Camino Real assisted me. He was polite, glad to help me, & professional. He located the correct case that went on my new little phone. He answered all my questions in a willing, friendly manner, & took care of changing little things on my new LG Q7+ that I didnt know how to do by myself. Benjamin was great! I look forward to having him assist me in the future.

I cannot say enough about Isabella from T Mobile. For starters her patience with me coming from an android user and wanting to switch to an iPhone she was beyond patient with me. My husband went from an iPhone 6 to a new iPhone 10. This woman spent hours with us setting up these 2 new phones. She went WAY beyond just helping us even hours later still smiling sinked my phone to my car. I went to T-Mobile a couple of weeks ago for a problem with my phone. Cecilia helped me and was able to get my phone restrictions lifted without any cost to our account. Super helpful Cecilia did what I needed done.I had bought a new phone because if the problem with old phone. I was unable to unlock my new phone. Cecilia tried to help with my new phone.Eventually, Claudia entered the picture and she told me about a special on a tablets. I bought one. Claudia then attempted to unlock my new phone. It did not happen But Claudia ellicted the help of someone outside of TMobile to help. My phone (new) was unlocked.These two women worked with this 69 year old not so tech savvy person.I wish to tell TMobile how helpful they were to me.Yeah.

He personally spent an hour and a half over two separate visits ensuring I understood every aspect of my new phone. The manager Ben and his staff are very knowledgeable and they will go above and beyond to help you! Ben helped me out yesterday with and phone issue I had and he fixed it and i also had a question about my bill and he analyzed my bill and managed to get my bill down. I had AT&T before this and Ben is the one that got me out of that mess and even paid off the phones that I still had with them. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

I came to this store looking to switch my buisness from AT&T to T-Mobile because we travel a lot internationally. When I walked into this store, nobody seemed like they wanted to help me. Finally the girl with the red hair acknowledged me and started asking me questions to see what plan fit me best. Dont know her name due to missing name tag. She must be new because she looked like she had no idea on what she was doing. A younger guy Kevin stepped in to help her but even then he looked like he was half asleep. I decided these kids werent the ones I wanted to trust in opening my account so I left. If I had known my experience would rely on an untrained sales rep and a sleepy supervisor, I wouldve gone to another store. AT&T ended up getting me a better deal but if the right offer is made from T-Mobile I might switch, just not at this location. Train your employees!!!!!!!!!

Ex and I went in and she absolutely did not know what she was doing. She is very nice but she seems like shes numb in the head! Its a good thing shes pretty because she definitely doesnt have much else going for her. After messing up she called in her managers to take a look and not even they could figure out what she did. She made us wait for phones for an excess of 20 minutes!! Ugh! Him and his sister left happy but it was an absolute waste of my time for something that seems it couldve taken 10 minutes! Go to the store in mission Viejo instead, they know how to get things done.
This is not the store you want to go to when looking for a new carrier. My family was paying $300 a month when we were with att. the guy here was offering me all this free $h** and tablets and everything and he made it seem like I was going to be paying a little less for a lot more. i told the guy I only wanted phone service and he seemed very upset with me and became rude and seemed like he wanted me rushed out of the store. i took my business to the tmobile in the mall and got a nice girl to help me out and she gave me exactly what I asked for. no BS. sucks this is the only store in San Clemente, because it is closer to my house but I dont mind taking the drive somewhere else to know Im not being scammed. i already told my neighbors not to come here either

The voice service I receive in San Clemente between Pico and Hermosa is terrible. I am constantly receiving complaints that my voice disappears for words and sentences. T-Mobile told me they do not have proper coverage in my area and they do not when it will improve. My question: Why would they sell me service in an area they do not properly cover!

My experience was poor. The woman who helped me had really bad cigarette breath. Later another woman gave me water in a dirty cup which was kind of a bummer, then they had the courage and asked my husband to leave them a Google review. Well heres your review. Im not surprised you guys have more 5 stars than anything, you pressure customers to leave you 5 stars and think its ok. Your CEO should be ashamed of this kind of behavior.
I has the Samsung Galaxy 5 for a few years, I wanted to upgrade and came in here and got the Note 8, I love this phone. Pablo was able to activate my new phone with in minutes and transfer all my photos and videos.I will be returning to this location.

Came here a few days ago and my Upgrade went ok. Nothing special. The girl who helped me Yareli looked high. The people who the guy was helping got a better deal. When I ask the girl how do I get that military plan she told me to call customer service. Parking lot sucks to.

Stopped by earlier to activate my replacement device and the associate Yessenia was beyond helpful! She made it simple for me to understand what is supposed to be done and conepleted the process without any problems. Donβt bother with tech service, stop in to visit any one of these experts for excellent, efficient help!

Dont go to the redhead!! When I first walked in here she was taking selfies! I cant count how many times she had to tag in another agent to help her. She was texting while helping me and I was so annoyed I just took my box and set up my phone at home! I didnt want to ask too many questions because I was afraid shed mess up even more. Luckily Jonathan from customer care assured me everything was ok on my account. Wish I had been helped by someone else or would have gone to another store

Pablo is the best! He helped myself and my fiance join tmobile! From the moment we walked in he approached us in a professional manner and made sure we understood EVERYTHING before he even ran my husbands credit. He transferred our data and even told us about some nice San Clemente hotspots since we recently moved here from Missouri and are new to the area. I was genuinely surprised to find out he wasnt a manager! Coming from ATT I was NEVER used to this kind of customer service but Pablo has singlehandedly changed the name of the game! I will be referring all my coworkers to go see him! Thank you T-Mobile for having people like Pablo working in your stores!!!!

Yesenia helped me with my pre order but there were a few issues on the other end that could not be resolved she told be to come back next day and we could try again (Sunday)2/24 when I came back the guy that assisted me seem to be only training when he was asking his coworker for help who did not seem to be paying attention (was too busy on the phone offering family members great deals, heard entire conversation...) I was only there to pre order and could not be done he also priced me wrong on the deposit double from what everyone had told me and my monthly pymts also double I told them no thank you and left

Kevin is rude. Hed much rather play games with the girl that works here. I asked him many questions and he kept getting upset with me. In el toro they transfer my stuff when I got a new iPhone for my daughter, but Kevin said to do it myself and watch a video on YouTube on how to do it. I normally dont review but this was such a bad experience that even my wife wanted to go back and say something. This store only has kids working here. The only nice one is the girl and the big guy. Everyone else here only cares if you are there to buy something. Not coming back to this location. I will be going to El Toro again instead.
