Hands down the best phone experiences my husband and I have ever had. I hate getting new phones because the amount of time it takes. Today we were helped by Ashely, who made the experience enjoyable. First off we were greeted like we were someone special. She walked us through all our questions and found us the best savings options. I was very impressed how she managed the time with us while still running the shop. If you ever get the opportunity to meet this amazing employee you will be treated with the best care.

I have typically dreaded going to the Verizon store in the past. This time was different. Ashley was very upfront about all costs and details. She was concise and eager to help. It’s been a while since I’ve been in a Verizon store because it’s never a good experience and there’s always a mile-wide chasm between the info you get from a rep trying to make a sale and the actual account/device/plan details you encounter when you subsequently review online or by phone. So, when I saw nothing but “Victra”in the area, I thought “who the??”… but it’s a Verizon store in every way but the Google search returns. Maybe only I didn’t know that.Ashley was a true pro, efficient, knowledgeable, fun to shoot the shizz with, and she was super cool to my 6 year old daughter who’d have rather been eating slugs. Got a great deal, great phone, great accessories and was in and out in less time than it’s ever taken other store reps to even speak to me. Far less. Great service. Almost offsets Verizon’s price gouging! 🤣🤘🏽

The guy who helped seemed nice. He told me that all of my videos from an app will transfer from my old phone. I reiterated 4x that these videos were precious. Now, videos of my first born first steps, first time eating spills, rolling over, crawling, talking, etc are all gone. He reassured me that they were all backed up. Well, they werent.... didnt even try to help me retrieve them back. I told him all of this before the transfer.

She was wonderful! Multitasker, personable, knowledgeable and professional. She expedited updating my new phone as I left to get fresh air outside between transferring data. She was cool, informative and kind. My only gripe is that her mask exposed her nose two times that made me feel uncomfortable. Great working woman.... need to provide them with better PPE! Do. Jake did an awesome job helping the 4 people in the store. He was the only employee there on a Sunday afternoon and he made sure every person he helped knew about the wait time for help. He was kind, answered all questions, and gave great service!

The Verizon rep I dealt with was Dean. This young man has incredible knowledge of his product. My phone was really difficult to transfer data etc to my new phone. Dean didn’t give up or get rattled he just kept on trying different approaches til he suceeded.Give him a raise, he’s the best.

I had problems with this store initially and I was given false promises when I signed up for Verison. When I came in the store to confront the staff it was under new management (the current management). These guys were very apologetic and did everything they could to make it right. I highly recomend going to this store to get your problems worked out. I didnt catch the persons names who helped me but thank you. I hope if youve had a problem with past employers/ deals you will give these new guys another shot. I think youll be happy with the result. Ive never made a review before but I felt obligated considering I was treated so well after being taken advantage of.

Just got a new iphone recently and Mark got me all set up. Both times I went to the store he was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I was even able to call from home when I had trouble connecting to iCloud. I’m very happy with my new phone and will definitely be going back to this store in the future.

Dishonest, dishonest, dishonest!I upgraded 3 iPhones at this store, purchased cases, screen covers, and two wireless chargers. After returning home, reading my new agreement on the Verizon Wireless web site and examining my store receipt, I discovered they had added insurance coverage to each phone without my knowledge or consent. This would have added up to about $400 per year If I hadnt caught it. They had also charged a total of $59.97 in Set up and Go fees that had never been mentioned to me. Additionally, they had not given me a promised 50% discount for the second wireless charger.Unfortunately I hadnt read the many negative reviews posted on Yelp and Google before patronizing this store. I naively thought by choosing to do my familys iPhone upgrades at this store rather than through the Apple Store or Costco I was supporting a local mom and pop Verizon dealer. Wrong. This Verizon dealer, Victra, is owned by a company based out of North Carolina with over 1100 stores. After doing some research I discovered there are many similar complaints against a large number of this companys stores. These dishonest and deceptive sales practices appear to be part of their business model. Stay far away from this companys Verizon stores.

Do NOT go to this store. So unprofessional .The manager was so quick to delete / wipe clean my old phone. I lost contacts and pictures because my phone did not fully back up. I asked the manager to double check for me that my back up was made before he did the transfer and he said yes. On top of that, he didn’t install my new phone correctly and I had to go back the next day. The manager was 15 minutes late opening the store and said to me there is no human way possible your text messages and contacts aren’t showing up . Well, they weren’t backed up bc you stopped the back up too soon. Please save yourself any frustration and go to an actual Verizon store - not a franchise store.
Seena at the Seneca many Verizon store knocked it out of the park once again ! I went today because my phone has been acting up and working slow . Not only did Seena figure out and fix the problem, he described how to keep it from happening again! Beware - do not shop at this store at any cost. The store manager, SEENA AFJEI is dishonest, unethical and only interested in lining his greasy pockets. Seena intentional hid the fact that I could have had my broken iphone replaced - instead he convinced buying a new phone was my only option, now I am out $1200! This stinkin fish reeks from the head though, Seena and the parent company VICTRA refused to do anything to make this problem right.
WARNING do not use this store it is only a franchise that cheats customers and is not a Verizon Corporate Store. Tommy the manager is a lying criminal who represented a tablet and other items to my wife as completely Free as part of a goodwill gift with the purchase of a phone cover she made. When the next statement came there were $38.00 in extra charges for the supposedly free items and these charges were for a 2 year contract. When my wife called to complain Tommy said he couldnt cancel the contract but could only cancel the $18.00 in monthly extra insurance charges. Checking the next statement Tommy never canceled the insurance charges either. I called Verizon to complain and they said this store is not a Verizon Corporate Store but is one of their franchise stores. I told Verizon they needed to cancel the franchise for this store because it was a terrible representative for Verizon and based on other customer reviews and a 1.4 Google Star Rating they also lied to and cheated other customers the same way they lied to and cheated my wife. Verizon suggested that we use their Corporate Verizon Store located at 27040 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel if we needed any future services.Note: Response from owner was a joke and did not include a refund.

Horrible. Went in on a Friday to get two phone upgrades and Tommy the manager who we were dealing with said he was going to throw in some FREE phone charges, FREE Headsets, FREE Ellipsis tablets all with the two new phone upgrades. Great right? No.... By end of transaction he charged me $601.97. When I questioned how my taxes were so high he began to say they charge a $220 activation fee per phone. When I asked for a receipt he said when I come back later today to get my phone he will provide me with a receipt. So at 11:30am I leave the store. Come back at 2pm my phone is still not ready.. call at 5pm still not ready. Finally get my phone at 7:30pm. Ask for a receipt and Tommy says he will have to email me it as the printer isnt working. Get home no receipt. Saturday comes no receipt. Finally Sunday morning I go back to the store and request a receipt. Get home look at the receipt and no where does it state a $220 activation fee. Drive back to the store and ask an Tommy and he says that they dont have a sku that rings up as $220 so they need to scan the product to equal out the cost of the activation fee. I come back home call Verizon to ask about the fee and I was told these guys get commission and I was scammed and to take everything back and that they arent an actual Verizon store. Monday morning I take everything back and Tommy who originally helped me never once came over to help me instead had someone else deal with his mess. While at store returning the other guy helping me informs me that the reason for my high receipt is that I bought the bundle package . WHAT???? I said no and begin telling him how Tommy said everything was FREE. Long story short I return all the accessories and get a credit of $374. The tablets however they are now wanting a $70 restocking fee (not to mention Verizon has also charged me a $35 activation fee per tablet on my phone bill -- another charge I was unaware of). Now to hand back the tablets that I never wanted in the first place is going to cost be $140.00. I am already $75 each in the hole for these ($20 tax, 19.99 in-store set up fee, $35 verizon fee). Remember these are suppose to be FREE. I am told again that these tablets which normally cost $10/ month will not show up on my bill and that they have already saved me $30/month on my bill. After being reassured I am NOT paying monthly I decide to keep them since ive basically already paid for them. Next day I decide to call Verizon and get a detailed explanation on my bill as I am just uneasy about this whole transaction. Get talking to a supervisor and she tells me that I am being charged $10 a tablet and there is no possible way to waive this fee. So Yesterday at 2pm I pack the tablets back up-- I am now at the point where I feel like I should not have to pay this $70 restocking fee per tablet when its something I never asked for in the first place. In store the guy says he will need to call his manager see what he can do in order to waive any fee. Nobody above him is answering the phone so after making a few calls I tell him when he gets a call back to call me and I will come back into the store. I only have 14 days to return (Note: in most cases by the time you get your bill your 14 days has passed and then your stuck with product. how convenient!) Here we are on to the next day and I have still not received a call from the store. Going in again at 9am when they open ...I highly recommend avoiding this store. Never felt so scammed in my life. They clearly do not care about their customers once you walk out the door. Even when your in the door dealing with them they are constantly staring at their own phones texting while your talking to them.
Shawn gave great service but a manager was rude and condescending to my wife. My daughter had to follow through for her and Im sure took care of business!
My mother had insurance on her phone but they manipulated her to buy a whole new phone for $800. They took her used iPhone 6 Plus and when she came to her senses and returned the new phone a few minutes later with me...they refused to give her used iPhone 6 Plus back to her! They stole her phone and police and Verizon corporate had to get involved. Worst customer service, dishonest staff. She NEVER signed or was told that they would keep her phone if she cancelled. They said she had 14 days!
