Jared is the best!! I watched him juggle 4 different clients with ease all while helping an employee do tech support from another store on the phone. He is an insane multi talker! The employee on the phone mentioned how Jared has a cult following of clients. I can see why! He is the hardest working and nicest rep I’ve ever worked with. Thanks Jared for getting my family set up with our new phones!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Garcia the employee on duty at the ATT&T store on Pico in San Clemente. I was with a friend who wanted to know why her phone was not keeping a charge. We are both elderly 80 and 81. Alex took an interest in helping us not only telling us how to solve the problem but actually doing it for us. We had to submit an insurance claim first in order to receive a new battery. Alex had it completed in a matter of minutes. For us to complete forms on line much less use the phone to do it is daunting so his help was just way beyond the call of duty. To make a long story short, I recently switched over to AT&T. I went to a local store in Irvine, and basically got stroked. The guy gave me a bunch of false information. They also failed to port my phone numbers correctly. This lead me to this store in SC. I stopped by on my lunch break to get the issue resolved. Joshua and another gentleman ( I forgot his name) were extremely helpful and impressed me. I had to come to the store a couple other times to get some stuff explained to me about my plan, and Josh helped me again. As usual, he went above an beyond to make sure I was taken care of and answered every questions I had. He even called customer service for me and got some issues resolved. He treated me like I was family. Good customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays, and this was a pleasant surprise. Joshua is an asset to this establishment, and I would send anyone I know to him because I know he will take good care of them. I usually dont ever take the time to do reviews, but I really had to give Josh a shout out because of his outstanding service.
Dealt with Jared the Manager at this location and what a breath of Fresh Air compared to the AT&T store at the Outlets. He got us our new line set up in less than 10 minutes, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Cant say enough good things about dealing with him and AT&T. Other stores should learn a lesson.
The AT&T store in San Clemente is the only one I will visit. They go above and beyond to help you without $ signs in their eyes. Jared is so knowledgeable and polite and really wants to help his clients.
Jared is the man! I needed a certain app to work on my galaxy 7 for a new job and I just couldn’t get it. Got a new phone thinking it was my outdated one. Still didn’t work.. Jared hooked me up with a hotspot to use my iPad for work (cuz the app works on apple products but not android even tho its a google app :/) while he got the ok from his boss to see if I could return the phone for an iPhone without the restocking fee of $55. Once he did that, I got the iPhone and now everything is great. Jared made everything smooth, easy, and painless. He genuinely cared about my situation. Highly recommended. Thanks again Jared!
I’ll try to keep it short. Back in January I upgraded my phone on the next plan and dropped the old one off at this store for trade in. Thought it was funny that they didn’t just give me a return label to just ship myself, but since I’d never done this at an actual at&t store before assumed they knew what they were doing. They gave me a receipt for the device and I went on my merry way. Fast forward about 3 months and we get a $500 non returned device fee. So I call at&t and they say I have to go into the store and the store needs to call them stating that they did in fact ship the phone back. This was about 3 weeks ago. I went into the store after calling them and not receiving a call back to let them know what’s going on. I waited an hour to be helped (only had one worker and three customers!). After talking with the guy he showed me that the tracking number and that it was sent back the 14th of January. So we said we’d both call at&t and try to give them the tracking number. That next day I called at&t and they once again said it was the responsibility of the store to call them! So I called josh at the store and let him know. He said he’d call them and call me back by the end of the day. He did call me back while on the phone with them and needed more info from me. Then said he’d call back by the end of the day. I got no call back and assumed it was handled. Then this Sunday I checked the bill again and it still shows a charge to my account!!! So today I went in and to explain again to some lady there (Josh was there too) what was going on and she proceeds to ask me to go back to target to get my receipt for the upgrade fee I paid because maybe they didn’t know that I was paying that for the upgrade?! Really?? Now I’m on the phone with at&t AGAIN submitting a case against the store. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO A AT&T STORE AGAIN!

I would highly recommend this store location and especially the young man that helped me, Joe! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! If you are in the market for a new phone and have questions about which way to go...please see him because he will find the right phone for YOU rather than try to push something on you that you don’t need. Best AT&T store hands down in South County! The staff is very professional and personable. Ask for Joe he will take care of you! I’ve never had a problem in the store, they always treat me with respect; even if it’s going to be a little bit of a wait they acknowledge me. Joe always spends the time needed with me and I never feel rushed or like I’m annoying him. Thank you so much!

These guys are nice to start, but if you need help with an Apple product you purchased from them good luck. They told me they couldnt help transfer info from one phone to the new phone they sold me. They said call Apple or go to the Apple store, We arent an Apple store was the final insult.

I’ve been a customer with AT&T for over 7 months and I came to this location to add 2 devices to my account and they guy straight up kick me out of the store by saying we do not sell multiple devices to 1 person because there are lot of frauds going on! Really??? He said whoever you are purchasing the devices you gotta bring them here so I can confirm and then I can give you your devices. This is unlivable. This was the first time I have ever heard such a thing. Im the owner of the account and its on my credit! Who the hell are you to confirm what Im going to do with the stuff Im buying with my own money and credit!

Store is actually open 12-6 on Sunday, 10-8 on Monday and Friday, and 10-7 on Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday. We are trying to get the times changed on here so there is no more confusion about when we are open.
