If you’re looking for a quick, convenient, friendly shopping experience forget this place ever existed and keep driving. No matter how much further you may have to go… believe me It’s worth it! 👉🏽😉
I wanted to give this CVS location a chance but I have been continually let-down by not only their poor selection of products but also the customer service (or lack thereof). It is apparent that the staff at this location do not want to be there. Save yourself the hassle (and headache!) and opt for the Rite-aid right across the street - youll have a much better experience.
My wife was trying to get an urgent Rx filled, after waiting a full day for them to “call us back as soon as her prescription was ready, we called when they opened and were told the pharmacist was not in and they were the only ones who could help us and to call back in half an hour. When we called back we were told the pharmacist was at lunch and to call back in half an hour. When we called back we were told the pharmacist had just gone to lunch and to please call back in half an hour as no one but the pharmacist could help us. Long story longer, we are now on day three and the pharmacist is still at lunch whenever we try to call. Apparently CVS pharmacists have 8 hour lunch breaks and since no one else who works in the pharmacy knows anything about working in a pharmacy, I don’t see a point in anyone trying to get a Rx filled at this place. Maybe they are trying to increase their aspirin sales by being the largest headache in the business. Save yourself the pain and don’t try to fill your prescriptions here. I know in the future I won’t be.
Terrible place. I feel bad for the employees
I was pretty much over CVS a couple years ago, with every item costing at least 50% more than the market down the street, but it was still convenient to go there for the pharmacy since it was so close to home. However, dealing with the pharmacy has gone from borderline tolerable to downright painful. The pharmacy prices are just as bad as the rest of the store now, and the wait times have gotten so bad it negates any convenience of being close to home. The pharmacy has always been chaotic, slow and understaffed, but the pharmacist/tech, Shibin, has brought a whole new level of aggravation which I can no longer deal with. Aside from the apparent language barrier she lacks even the most basic of competence, etiquette and customer service. She is the final straw for me. Ill be going to Costco from now on.
Have never been here for prescription or pharmacy services so I may have a different experience, I am also from New York and it felt like any other CVS if that makes sense. Staff could be stiff and dismissing but overall had everything I needed.
Phone call to CVS gave no info other than more useless sites to look up, where no contact info was provided! No live person came on when I called the info line that were all recordings, who could not understand me, so I hung up !
Omg the drive through take forever! Don’t go unless one car in front of you! What are they doing?
Perhaps the worst and most inefficient testing center Ive ever seen. Taking my son for his scheduled drive-through appointment at 11:30 am. One car in front of us. Writing this 35 minutes after we arrived and were still waiting. Have personally taken two C19 tests, both which were more extensive and took no more than 10--15 minutes. Dont go here unless you have time to spend 1/2 your day waiting. Absolutely, positively awful.
Was there to pick up medicine for a sick baby, the staff bounce me from one clerk to another, and couldn’t find the patient’s name. Took 2 hours to fill the prescription. I would suggest my company to shop else where this is unacceptable.
Pharmacy is great. Store is understaffed as are all retail stores. People have to learn to be more patient. The staff is super friendly.
One of the workers in the pharmacy named Alex was extremely rude. Went through the drive thru test but apparently before the testing you have to do a pre screening. They called 15 minutes before the appointment while I was driving there. I call back and was on hold for 35 minutes. When I got to the window I told him that I was on hold for 35 minutes, and he tells me sorry can’t do it. So I get frustrated and say why can’t they and he starts yelling at me. So I just drove off. I would’ve never expected that kind of service from any place that’s supposed to be professional as well as being called 15 minutes before my appointment started while driving and then calling back to be put on hold for 35 minutes to do the prescreening. That’s ridiculous.
Called from a doctors office to call in prescriptions and was on hold for over 10 minutes 3 times. The last time I called I spoke with someone who claimed they would directly get me in touch with them then waited another 10 minutes. Thanks for wasting half an hour of a nurses time. Will be sure to suggest patients never use your location.
Horrible snooty workers in the pharmacy
Based my review off of a recent visit for money orders from Money Gram. Erlia or Arlia or so she said her name was, was rude and I will never return to this CVS for any service. On my way back in to the store to report this to the manager because Im so taken back by her actions and response.
A lot of the pharmacy people are really nice poeple, the manager leaves a lot to be desired,
The pharmacy dept. is so unorganized and poorly run. They never have enough staff to take care of the customers. If someone is at the drive up window it takes away a staff member to help the customers in the store waiting. The filing system for the filled prescriptions is atrocious. Look at it from the order desk it looks like a elementary student did the organizing. Wait, they could do better, sorry. I have been a customer for 4 years. I have been, I think very patient. Now finally I have had enough. I am going to Sea View Pharmacy from now on.
I don’t understand how one place can be so incompetent. I will start driving to Savon in Talega which is 15 mins out of the way to avoid this establishment.
Please do NOT bother calling they NEVER answer sat here for 1hr fir flue shot horrible service !!!
The pharmacy is in bad shape... every time Ive been in there the last couple of months its taken 20-45 min just to pick up a prescription. Last week I needed a refill and they told me they had to request it from the doctor and it wouldnt be ready until the following Monday. The guy who helped me didnt seem super confident in this information but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Over a WEEK later I still havent received my prescription and when I called to check, they had no record of the refill request. Pharmacies should be held to a higher standard when you are dealing with peoples lives. I will be switching pharmacies.
These women are amazing at handling the immense volume of patients they deal with! I think its terrible when I watch customers giving them a hard time when theyre obviously busy!! They deal with drop offs pick ups and drive thrus and they handle it! People just need to be patient, most of you arent dying...
Went here to pick up my moms script. The staff was really friendly. I actually felt like they knew what they were talking about.
Pharmacy is a mess. Very unorganized. You have to consistently follow up to get your prescriptions filled. They have no clue...go somewhere else....
Steve the manager and Travis one of the supervisors can be very rude. I get my medications here and every month have issues. Even after repeated complaints to both corporate and my insurance, Im still having problems. I only continue to shop here because they are only pharmacy in are who carry my prescription, otherwise Id go elsewhere. Gita the pharmacy manager and Mora always have to clean up the messs that other pharmacy staff create. I always have to order my Meds at least a week in advance just to insure they have it for me by their due date. Even then its not a for sure thing. Trust me Ive tried other stores and really dont like driving 15 miles out of my way.-GSH
Slowest service of any pharmacy Ive ever visited. Theres no excuse for waiting 40 minutes in a drive through line with only two customers in front of me.
This place has the most amazing toothpaste, diapers and shaving cream. I highly recommend it.
Staff was very nice previously if you could access them. But, it takes much effort to access them. This week, theyre short staffed and difficult to reach which is very time consuming for the customer.
The Pharmacy line is rediculous. It took me an hour to drop off a prescription and the woman was so rude. I was sitting there sweating with a fever and I wanted to die. Dont ever wait in the drive through line. They completely forget your exisitance.
This is by far the worst cvs I have ever been too
The customer service seems to be worse everytime! I dont go often however the pharmacy technician or cashiers are truly the worst people to deal with. Extremely rude!
They seriously need to hire more pharmacy help
Staff is horrifically incompetent
Every worker here is very rude including the manager! Im very upset at the fact that the restroom was in poor sanitation adequacy. I suggest rite aid across the street!!! 0 Stars
This place is great FReal.
If I could I would give it no stars. The cashier was the rudest and slow.
Very efficient staff.
This information on Google Maps is wrong. CVS is located more south on El Camino. It is the building next to Icons of Surf.
Awful customer service. Slow, rude, not at all helpful. Literally one of the worst pharmacies I have ever done business with. Avoid.
The pharmacy couldn’t be any slower.
I left a bad review because of the horrible way I was treated at the pharmacy and they took it down ... and Im place wrote fake good review . This place sucks . Id rather die from missing my insulin then shop at this pharmacy
Very slow service and the customer service is very poor they have locks on the bathrooms and if you really have to use one youre just gonna have to wait. A long time.
Pharmacy is very poorly organized and the service is poor.
Very poor pharmacy. they took 15 minutes to get the prescription and then gave me the wrong one. this happened twice
Closed early :(
Very great, wonderful people
*** The pharmacy doesnt open until 8 A.M ***
First CVS which was very helpful
Terrible service including manager and cashier April. They should hire more friendly people, they make fun of people, always so cutting instead of helping you, they charge you more.It even seems that CVS is theirs. If the same app gives you coupons that you can use and save, that even annoys them!I hope you improve your service !!
Very nice shop and pharmacy!
