The restrooms at gas stations should always be available regardless of whether you fill up gas or not.

Service ppl are very rude and don’t allow to use the restroom, you need to buy something to get a receipt and here comes the passcode from the door. Lucky me the man behind me hold the door for me.

At 1:30 in the morning I walk in to buy gas and am told by the only cashier in the building that hes on break and wont sell me anything till his break is over at 1:45. Im in a strange town, out of gas, and felt really uncomfortable just sitting in the parking lot waiting. Worst experience Ive ever had at a gas station.

M actually a little sad that Valeros is gone and has been replaced by Chevron. I kind of label Chevrons as the big 3 (Shell and 76), but I always thought Valero to be a under the radar less expensive equivalent. AnyhowConverting to Chevron actually took quite a bit of time and work. It wasnt simply a rebranding, it was months of construction and building, but man does it look spanking new. Fresh paint, blacktop, pumps, lines, but he crazy slope from the houses is still a bit of a nuisance when you drive a Nissan Waltima like me. I think its just in my head, but you do pay for that premium name of Chevron, Im getting Valero in comparably priced areas for 8 cents cheaper, now Im not sure its worth the supposed upgrade, but I love the location, can get off and on the freeway in minimal effort as opposed to stations north and south of here off exits when going Northbound. Again its not a convenience store so limited everything except drinks, a healthy supply, just not selection.
