I have taken my cat in a couple times for quick washings but they were never really “quick” the last time I took my car in, i was sold on a $250/$300 wash, wax, the whole shebang and I did it because I wanted to spoil my car. When I got it back, the inside radio area had dust on it still? And once my car dried, it had a weird smell to it. I also noticed there was a bubble that was full of water. I kind of squeegees it out and thought nothing of it. Until I rolled down my windows and they ALL sounded like the were cracking. Like the tint was coming off. As time went on, one week, two weeks now it’s a little over three, my car has been slowly chipping and peeling. They said they can’t do anything once my car leaves the lot, which I understand, but I’m hopes this helps someone else, I’d choose elsewhere.

I took my brand new car in for its first detailing. Because it was after 2pm they couldnt detail it so I opted for $33 Gold wash. Since the car is a week old I am particularly attentive to it. I watched the attendant vacuum the drivers floor and look into the back seat. He didnt vacuum the floor of the third row or even open the rear hatch before moving it up to be washed. I immediately went out to stop it to have them do what I paid them to do but they insisted that they had vacuumed the car despite me watching them ignore it. When the manager was called up he too said his crew did their job. When I told him that I watched them not do their job he back tracked and thanked me for making him aware of it and that he would talk to them. He then asked if I wanted them to wash the car and I told him that I couldnt trust them to do a good job if they were going to do an incomplete job. Stay away from this place. They are over priced and do horrible work.

I want to love Russell’s but this place is hit or miss at best. Last time I came, my car looked phenomenal. But I went for a Gold Wash this morning and I’m going to have to go vacuum and wipe out my car again, which I shouldn’t have to do after just paying $40. I was the 3rd person in line at 8am, but was the 7th person to get my car out of the wash (my guess is because I bought the bottom tier and they go off of that not time of arrival) so overall it took 45 min and I still have to go to another car wash to get the things that were missed. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Today my car literally took a dump on the road right in front of Russell Fishcer Car Care and let me just say the staff along with one of their regular customers were truly truly a blessing. They helped me not only move my car from the middle of the road but offered such hospitality and care for me and my son. The manager Gerado (sorry if i spell it wrong) was VERY nice and offered assistance from the very beginning to end and maintained running the buisness in a professional way! I just want to say THANK YOU all for being so helpful!

Got a full interior and exterior detail and my car looked brand new. Drove it from Louisiana to San Clemente and it was covered in bugs, rain, bird droppings, you name it. The interior was covered in mud and mildew. These guys took care of it all and even fixed up my A/C controls and reattached my front bumper. The car looks better than when I bought it. Would highly recommend.

3.5 Star for Washes. I have the unlimited Gold preferred membership club. The washes are basic but 60$ a month is easy, and i try to come once a week. Add ons or additional services is all cheaper with membership. They do a decent exterior job, but what Ive noticed is that they only take one wipe through the inner areas. However, going once a week makes it worthwhile value.Next, their oil changes. Ill just leave a picture.Never paid 100+ in my life anywhere for an oil change. I was in a hurry to drive to Arizona so I didnt have a choice and had fork it out.

Absolutely destroyed my car seats, will never return unless it’s free. I brought my car in to get the seats cleaned because of minor stains and they now have massive white streaked from soap that was not removed properly. I will not ever come back and I suggest you don’t as well unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars more the fix the mess they will create

I think in some distant universe I used to work here but I cant remember anything before the Pandemic began. Got an oil change, got car washed once or twice at full price, discounting any alleged employee priced ones. oil change price is incredible. wash prices are and always were questionable. is Sean still there? he is incredibly skilled at persuasive rhetoric. also Connie is wonderful to a fault and needed more recognition.waitnewphonewhodis

I got a completely unsatisfactory result. The vacuuming was cursory at best, and the leather is not only still dusty, but has clear spots on it. The managers only response was a rude and perfunctory, Yeah, thats how we do it for $30.

I just got my car from here and am very satisfied. Majd is great! Everyone made me feel very comfortable and was super amiable. Next time I need a new Russell Fischer Car Care - San Clemente.

First off the staff is very good. They serve very well and also know what they are doing. I got my 2017 C300 washed there quite a few times and they have done well. I wanna say 2-3 times it came back with some spots on the exterior. The gentleman who I talked to very quickly took care of it and had a great attitude. Had to find people like that who care. The reason for a four star and not a five is that anywhere from the 24.99$ to 50.00$ priced car wash not to much different between the washes. And I would never wanna send a high value car through the car wash due to the fact it can scratch the exterior paint. So just be careful.

Save your money. I just paid $29.99 for a car wash worth half the price if not less. No, it was not a SUV or truck either, a 2 door sedan.No justification, just pure greed taking advantage of the circumstances.Everytime I decide to try them again they find a way to mess it up. Im a new customer (three visits) at the Huntington Beach location. On each occasion I was greeted professionally and the car wash was top-flight. The workers were fully attentive to exterior and interior detail. The business was clean and well maintained. The cashier informed me of the text specials and I have made use of them already. Great service with a high quality wash at a fair price.

It is great to have a car wash place conveniently located in San Clemente. But what a shame that they are not capable of cleaning the inside of a car or the spots on the top of the car even after I told them. I paid for diamond level cleaning but all the car mats still had stuff to be vacuumed and under the mats was not even touched, had to do it myself at home. I thought I was paying for a detail cleaning on the inside but all the low areas of the car still had dirt on them, which I had to clean myself. I have cleaned my car here 4 times (2 of them are asking me to give them another chance with a free wash and every time I tell them of the spots on my car top but I still have to do it myself) and it has come a conclusion that they are not capable of “cleaning with detail”. It is really a shame.

Paid $70 for a wash, interior dressing + tires and a wax. they tried to tell me our car was finished after the wash, i asked about the wax and they drove the car to the side and handed the worker a spray bottle to wax the car. once we got in there was no interior dressing. my husband was so frustrated we just left. completely disappointed. we were 2nd in line this morning at 8 am.

I would give -5 stars if it were possible. You can stand at the window inside and watch the employees miss easy to reach spots on your car. Extremely careless. $25 for a basic wash should be a crime. Avoid this place at all costs

My daughter brought her Saab in for a interior detail. The ignition switch is in between the front seats. The car drove in just fine. When they were done it would not start. They closed the doors and went home left her there with a car that wouldnt start. She had it towed home.. the tow truck driver verified that there was water all in the ignition switch its been almost two weeks since. And the manager has the nerve to tell us she spilled coffee in it when she doesnt drink coffee and it drove in to the detail center just fine we have gotten the run around from all management.IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR AND WANT IT DETAILED..MY SUGGESTION IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY DO... My daughters repair bill is OVER $600.

Outstanding service. My vehicle was incredibly clean and the people who work there were actually really nice and talkative. I went while it was really busy but the wait was acceptable especially considering the job they did. Its best to go in the mornings or just after lunch when its slowest. Highly recommended.

What a Terrible car wash I received today. It was a $20 dollar car wash and tip and the entire lower part/sides of my car is Dirty, the front lower bumper Dirty, the hood Dirty.v Thinkingsomeone DOESNT like to bend over to clean or dry. Costco car wash is better and a fraction of the price!I will NEVER go there again. They need to slow down and do a Good Job. I shouldnt have to walk my car to see if they cleaned it correctly!!

Beware of this car wash. If you are coming so San Clemente this summer take your business elsewhere. This is not a trustworthy establishment. Many people I know including myself and my girlfriend have had negative experiences here. Reports of paint damage, theft, and uninterested management have all been reported here and experienced by me personally. If anything happens to your car here, or if any of their untrustworthy staff steals or damages anything at all, you can not expect the management to help you out at all. The management is extremely disinterested in situations like this and has done absolutely nothing to help on top of being rude and disrespectful both in person and over the phone. This is not a place to give your business to and I have recommended everyone i know and my entire family to stay far away from this shady business. There is much better car washes not too far away. Most of their good reviews seem very fake and not from real paying customers. Just check their profiles of their one positive review and nothing else. I think youll understand exactly what i mean after that. Dont be fooled by their positive reviews. I am a San Clemente local and there has been nothing but problems at this establishment.

***WARNING*** under new management! I received the worst car wash ever. To start it off I sent $26 bucks for a basic car wash. Only to get a dirty car. They left brown spots all over my car. When I requested them to wipe them off the guy tried to hustle me out of more money to basically get another wash. And did nothing to remove the spots from my car. And oh yeah also prepare to wait forever to get your car back. In short OVERPRICED and POOR SERVICE!

I have been a gold member for more than a year and last time I turned my car into a wash I was highly recommend the signature wash as it would keep my car clean much longer. After less than one week my car looked extremely dirty as it just collected all dust and much worse than when I have my gold wash at a lower cost.Went back to the car wash and was rest assured from an employee, who take your order that they stood behind the car car wash and would give me a new car wash free of charge. I just went back today and was then told that the employee was fired. I then explained the situation to Manager on site, who apologized the situation.Anyway, to my unpleasant surprise he asked me to pay for a new wash and said there was no way he could help - great and thanks 😡Being a loyal customer for the last 4 years with two cars in our household and then finding out that the manager on site do not stand behind their quality nor their employees promise - then this it is not the place to spent more time and money.You just lost a loyal customer by acting very cheap and not standing behind your product

Took my car here yesterday and I am very disappointed with how my car looks. I paid for the Gold wash and it was a waist of money. The out side had water spots and streaks all over it, they did not do the wax (which I specifically asked for) and there was bird poop on multiple spots on my car still. The inside was not detailed at all, they barely vaccumed and there was no air freshener put in my car. Ive had my vehicles done here before and it looked great but over the years the quality of work has gone down quite a bit which is unfortunate. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.Only reason I give this shop a 2 star and not a zero is because staff is always very friendly.

Had my truck clay bar wax done. And detailed. The chrome running boards are still foggy or grime coated. The finisher stated thats not inluded. The guy who sold the detail to me stated everything outside and seats, dash, Windows and floor mats inside was included.

BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH. ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE . FAKE REVIEWS AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.I called to report something stolen out of my car. I did not leave anything of value in the cabin of my car at all. I handed over my keys to the young employee with the Nevada license plate and the Subaru. He used those keys to open up my trunk and steal a Gucci belt that was even connected to the pants. This person not only went in my trunk ( a place thats not even supposed to be cleaned) but removed a belt from every ring in the pants. When I called the manager, he seemed very uninterested, never called back, and didnt even ask me what I lost, he only asked me my license plate and rushed me off the phone. The absolute disrespect and lack of authority in that establishment is repulsive. My entire family has gone there for years. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent there. None of us will ever be returning and I will recommend everyone I know in San Clemente and the surrounding cities like Dana Point and San Juan to stay far away from this terrible car wash. If you do choose to go there in the future, and get something stolen by their staff full of highschool kids that steal and are from out of state, then dont expect the manager or anyone there to do anything about it. Like I said before, this wasnt a case of me making a silly mistake and leaving something in the place that they were cleaning, this was stolen straight out of my trunk. I handed the keys to the kid, and he used them to steal out of my car. Then when I called the manager he treated the whole situation like a joke and didnt even ask me what was taken. Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible employees. I recently had my car washed (Supreme Spray Wax $39.99) and found that the service was left much to be desired in regards to overall satisfaction. All that I received was the standard wash, as they completely skipped the spray wax section (my car never once was placed where this takes place). Yes my car was cleaned, but they would have accomplished this with the simple wash job. BEWARE: You might not get what you paid for. Some of the workers seem a little shady, especially the ones finishing your car. They are eager to finish and go onto the next car, as they EXPECT tips at the end. What this leads to is them hurrying through the finer details of finishing the carwash e.g. tire dressing, interior dressing, car sent (they did not add any) SPRAY WAX (was not done and it was what I paid for)!!! Seeks elsewhere for any additional services required, otherwise for a simple exterior wash...sure. Ultimately will not go to again. Have had better experiences in the past; however, the current management is not supervising the employees well enough to ensure that everything is being completed!!!

RF has permanently lost a 5 year customer with 4 vehicles. This was the result of the attitude of a newer lead person that refuse to consider a $55 redo. I wanted the job done right on the inside of my vehicle. Even though I explained my previous loyalty and first time complaint, this person was rude and tried to up sell services as his only option. There are many more care centers that would like the business.

Disappointing $50 car wash. I’m giving them a two because they are fast, but interior vacuum and wipe down - bad, still outside dry grass on mats, they missed many places on the wipedown. Windows streaked. They tried to talk me into a complete detail- the rims are dirty - etc.

Every time I come here Ive been slightly disappointed by the service. There are always very obvious hard to miss spots right after the wash. Which could be since I only get the standard wash. However, paying that much for a car wash you would think even the standard wash would be a little better. They do have a nice oil change plus car wash, which is what keeps me coming back.

Not only are they way over priced, they did a shitty job for $25. My passenger door window on my new car has a 2 inch scratch and a ding in the glass..I drive for Uber and honestly they did not do a good enough job for what is expected of me! You know what they say.. if you want it done right do it yourself! They dont employ any english speaking people and of course the guy played stupid about my window...so thanks for messing up my car!

Are you kidding me? I went there yesterday to get my car washed. It’s been a few months since I’d been there, washing it myself .. They charge $24.99 for a basic wash!!! And when my car was “finished”, the front seat floor mats were dirty and the carpet was dirty underneath them so they had to vacuum it (again)!! Not doing that again!

Russell Fischer is an overpriced car wash service center that just isnt worth the money. Its as simple as that. They have a wide variety of car washes that range all the way up to $200. Every time Ive gone here, my car has always had spots left on it or just places that werent cleaned thoroughly. Sure, theyll get a majority of the car cleaned but the amount of spots left around the car almost make you want to get another wash.

This place sucks.I used to go alot before it became RF and I used to get the best car wash. The guys inside the wash would do a great job and the guys outside got all the bugs and water spots off.Now the guys in the wash do about half the car, and the guys outside dont care at all. I have tried them 3 times in the last month and the guy calls me over and says it is done. It had dirt spots all over it, dead bugs on the front. The last time my car sat out in the sun for 10 minutes before anyone worked on it and when the guy said it was ready it had water spots all over the hood.I have complained to the managers everytime, they dont care either.DONT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Very disappointed in service. They charge extra for larger vehicles yet continue to completely neglect the back row of my vehicle. The last 2 times I have been to this car wash, I have specifically asked to make sure they vaccuum the back and been assured they will do so only to find out they have not touched it.

Quite possibly the worst car wash in the world. There was so much soap and spots on my car when I got home that I had to wash the car myself before the soap and water hardened into my paint. New car, new paint...no excuses. Lesson learned.

I waited for over 30 minutes, while sitting and watching water dry on my car. I was very dissatisfied with the service and for 30$ expected I would at least leave with a clean windshield but apparently thats asking too much.

Their wash packages arent cheap and they are constantly upselling, aggressively.
