Smells of what the groups so loudly hang late night in parking lot is quite Putrid, but what am I to say about the smells of marinara and burning flesh?! compliments of fulllerton militia and INs, INSA organizations as I’ve come to comprehend as a power greater than myself. God be with you! !! On a more positive note between the young running wild and the police cheering them on with such proud laughter and if I am Caught being too interested, I am ticketed as a 35 year old old maid who is just getting in the nerves of both types or threatend jail or theft or bodily harm for such interest. It’s still a beautiful store with clean and cheerful presence even when the outbreaks are at its most dominant. I take the opinions with lots of teeth rotting sugar I promise! Lol as a homeless woman, yet a paying customer it’s been the one place that I can charge a phone in an emergency and people will ask if they can buy me something. Or lend a hand by insisting I take at least a bus trip of money from them or else they couldn’t live with themselves. Lol sweet they are as

Super nice grocery store - not so huge it’s a drag / you get lost / too overwhelming, huge produce section with variety compared to other stores of that size, and 6 self checkouts make it super fast and easy. Ralphs are related to Krogers, so you can use your card here, too

This store doesnt enforce the mask policy they say they have. I asked if it was okay for me not to wear shoes if they werent enforcing there mask policy. They said no. I took of my shoes and handed them their cart full of food I didnt buy. I went to the Commissary on Camp Pendleton. I would rather be surrounded by selfless people who understand what sacrifice is. Ralfs has the right to refuse service. Profits are more important than shoppers or their own staffs safety.

The conditions in the Service Deli are terrible. They leave the meat out of refrigeration and the slicer is filthy. This a violation of HACCP guidelines. Customers are at risk for food borne illnesses. Alsomost of the staff including the store director (Kathy) does not offer any sort of greeting. If you look like you need help the will not ask. They do not say hello or ask if I if anything is needed. This happens at every visit.

Staffs are kind because not Irivne and sanitizers are everywhere and restrooms are clean

This store is like visiting a movie set. It is definitely the nicest Ralphs Ive been to, provably the nicest grocery store as well. The selection in many areas is better than most other stores - particularly in produce. They also have a very good sushi counter, which is unusual (to me) for a grocery store. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant.

Decent prices for a beach town, has everything you need and is clean. Parking lot can be tough but take your time and know your dealing with tourists. They have boogie boards and BBQ stuff and a great produce section!

Smaller store, but still a good selection and decent prices, especially with digital coupons and gas rewards. Never in line long and employees are all great. Parking lot is the biggest challenge and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5!

Do not offer grocery pick up. The next nearest Ralphs that does is 40 miles away. Say because they are a smaller store? Do not see how that matters when its the same people coming into shop that would also use the pick up. Will help disabled people be able to pick up their food with less problems. Consider getting the grocery pick up at this store as I for one would use it.

Ralphs has the best customer service. The prices are actually very good, and the deals are fantastic. They put a lot of time and effort in the stores appearance. The parking is a bit hectic but worth the shopping!

Staff always working so hard to take care of customers. Shelves always stocked and their specials are on hand. Today was Oscar Meyer Bologna for $1. They should have gone 2 story when they remodeled. The only big market right in SW San Clemente. It gets busy, but the nice employees always keep it going. They are used to the high vol....

The summer after my freshman year at San Clemente High School, the Triton Marching Alliance got to perform here for its grand opening! This included me! I am greatful that I got this experience! Even though I havent been inside this Ralphs location, just by looking at reviews, it looks like a good location!

Overall a pretty average grocery store. I wish the staff would be more attentive and forward about trying to help me out as I wander the store looking for something. They have a great selection and have good produce as well.

Some of the items seems miscategorized and the meat selection was poor. On the other side, wide selection of organics and a lot of fresh foods. The deli stayed reasonably busy.

Ive had a lot of good experiences at this Ralphs. Ive only come late at night to buy alcohol, so I dont know much else about the store. Theres one young man cashier Ive seen and one older women with dark hair. They are both so kind and sweet to us when we go there. They can take a joke and look like they enjoy their jobs.I cant remember if it was the same old women or two different ones but one night I went to check out and I had always had good experiences with the cashiers so I was expecting someone at least polite. At the time I only had my military ID and in the past A LOT of people dont realize the birthdate is on the back so super petty and nicely I had her my card and say the birthday is on the back. Not rude, not condesending, patronizing or anything of the sort.Rudely she barks I know! Normally I just let stuff go but I was super nice to her and didnt want her to think she could talk to me like that. I also tend to where my emotions on my face. But I tried to still be nice. So I said something like okay, just letting you know cause A LOT of people dont. She continues with an attitude well I have to look at your picture first! Like WTH? Duh you have to look at my picture... I was letting her know where the birthdate was. She ends the conversation with Im just doing my job... trying to make it seem like I was giving her a problem. ...like I gave her my ID without her even asking.. I know shes gonna look at the picture and birthdate... there was no need for all the attitude. Her job is to check me out and check my ID not give attitude... I was in shock by how she acted. If I see her again Ill probably just walk out honestly but if the manager is any good he should fire her or put her to work away from customers. Even the guy at the doors face was like WTH lady...

Dont forget you can use your City Market/King Soopers/Krogers card at Ralphs. The Dude would approve.

Apparently its totally okay to walk your dog around the store. A customers dog went to the bathroom on the floor in front of the meat cooler. Employees were indifferent and even though multiple people complained the person was allowed to continue shopping with their non-service animal.Absolutely disgusting.Wonder what the health department would think of that?So again... Some entitled jerk brought their dog in the store. And again, I witnessed Ralphs employees doing absolutely nothing.

The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the store is a zoo in the late afternoon and early evenings. Parking is also tough at those times.

Best Sushi in town, made fresh in front of you by licensed Sushi artists,. Yes it is a grocery store but The deli Sushi chefs are the best in town comparable to what I was used to in Japan working for Minebea Co. Ltd.

Customer Service is outstanding and always willing to help. Only downside is the design of the parking lot, or I would give them all five stars.

My home away from home. They have the best prices (almost always beats out Albertsons), the shortest lines (i always wait at Albertsons and never at Ralphs), and the friendliest employees. Clean and bright. The best grocery store in San clemente (besides Trader Joes).

I brought my service dog in here and I had one of my headphones in and I didn’t hear the cashier ask me if my dog was a service dog I heard do you have a Ralph’s rewards card. So I said no and then she gave me a whole damn lecture !! Like girl come down, she’s my therapeutic service dog....
