Their rework was some of the best I have experienced. Great Aluminum body repairs to the hood.Only problem was the first attempt was very unsatisfactory (see photos).After my inspection, a week later, the end result was like new.

Taylor was my go-to guy. He was super nice and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and my car was finished on time like he said. I would highly recommend them. 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m leaving this review for Brian Archer... he isn’t on google and I am. We both are amazed at the work they did! Someone ran into him which caused a lot of body damage. Not only did they Finnish the work early but they did such great work it looks like a brand new car! They also fixed a couple things that were little scratches ... etc!!!! Taylor was his contact there and he was amazing to work with! Wish I could add pictures! If u need any work done this is the place to goto!!

My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed to drop my vehicle off 2 hours before my flight. I contacted Fixed auto and they allowed me to drop off my car earlier then scheduled. We were in and out very quickly. Bryant was very helpful and so friendly. He had excellent customer service and made the process very easy for us! We got our Camaro back and it looked brand new. They even cleaned our vehicle for us. I got lots of compliments when I got my car back. I highly recommend using Fixed Auto Mission Valley to fix your vehicle.

My husband had his car towed there and not only did they have it for a month with zero updates. They did not have us sign any paperwork okaying the work they did, it took 1.5 weeks for them to even look at the car, and then they tried to tell me it would take 3 days to put a tire back on the car. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone with a car. The customer service was appalling and I will never use them or this retail chain again.

I had a small dent and paint chip in my car and I had originally taken it to a different auto body shop that the dealership recommended. After that shop dropped the ball and ended up not doing the repair in the allotted time they gave me (they waited until the day I was supposed to pick my car up to say they hadn’t even started yet), I decided to go to Fix Auto Mission Valley because I had taken my old car there twice through USAA. Wyatt was my technician and he has helped me in the past, and he is the best! He was so sweet and funny and he offered to match what I was quoted at the other shop! My car was also ready for pick up sooner than the original estimation, and they cleaned the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. I cannot recommend Fix Auto Mission Valley enough! Their professionalism is outstanding!

The time estimates change when dropped off told 5-11 days instead of the 3-5 and had to ask to have it done sooner I am cash pay and wanted it sooner then it was 2 days before work began on it it was done in5 days but I call 2-4 times very disappointed and it could of waited it was a cosmetic repair I will not return or recommend

Courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, coordinated with car rental company, followed COVID guidelines, always texted me updates, and were very pleasant.

My truck was damaged in a fender bender and they performed the repair. I was very pleased with the work that was done, and when I got it back, it had been detailed inside and out, which was such a wonderful surprise.I appreciated Bryant with Fixx because he knew exactly how to handle an insurance claim, while I did not, so that took all of the uncertainty out of it, and made it less stressful.

Excellent, A++ work done on my KIA Sportage after a mishap at a 4 way stop left me frustrated. Its like it never happened. I am so thrilled with the work done-they even cleaned my cars interior, as if it had been detailed before returning to me. Nice work and fantastic people. -Matthew

My drivers side mirror had been knocked off of my car one night while it was parked. My insurance company suggested Fix Auto, so I agreed. The customer service and communication was great. Best place for Shure. My Toyota Avalon was hit a week ago so I brought it in Monday and by Thursday the car looked better than wen it was new. My 2012 BMW was side swiped on the highway and the passenger side was pretty damaged. brought it into Courtesy talked to Dave and he got me all setup, just got my car back today and could not believe my eyes it actually looked better than before it got wrecked! they went through ever little detail and made it perfect. if i ever need any body work or paint done to my car i will bring it back here hands down! thanks again Courtesy!! i really am thankful!

Simply amazing service! Text updates and they will call you when youre car is ready to be picked up. They also provides me a free lyft to and from the shop! And they included a free car cleaning!(inside and out!)
