They are no longer a Ford dealer. Referred me to a Fontana Truck dealer. They need to clean up their web presence that is all Ford Ford Ford.

Outstanding service for a Class A coach with a Ford F550 underneath.

The one star is for their HORRIBLE answering system they have....tried about a dozen times to get to parts dept. but was sent to sales 3x, then four random voicemails for random people that work there, then twice to service, then someone that answered in service again....and apologized for their horrible answering system...he said hed transfer me, but i was sent to another random persons voicemail. Finally got connected to the parts dept....an answering system telling me they were busy and to leave a message...that was 2 hours ago....Get a clue!! moving on

This is a place to get your truck fixed semis transit buses and anything on body work do engine repair

So much paperwork problems! Velocity ruined this place.

The techs are knowledgeable and do good work, but Management is very disorganized, recently acquired by VVG and dying a slow death

Velocity has very bad customer service
