Dont waste your time. Bought a groupon and stated you need to make an appointment. Getting through on the phone is impossible (text or phone calls). So I went there and they told me I need an appointment. I told them how can I make an appointment when no one ever answers the phone or returns messages. Waste of time and unprofessional. Got a refund voucher and bought a repair from a competitor which the service was impeccable.

Tint is not their forte and getting refund is slow and painful. Update: been over 3 months and still have not received refund, cant get a hold of manager for weeks now after leaving many messages.

WOW! These guys really suck! Had a Groupon and came in to redeem it, Once there they stated in order for me to get the tint I wanted it he was going to cost me another 75$ on top of the original price. WHAT A RACKET!

I can’t express how satisfied I am with the work done by Empire. I called and inquired about their window tinting service and was given all of the information to any questions I had. My vehicle looks amazing. The service was fast, affordable and the employees were very friendly and professional.

Upon making arrangements. The appointment was set up. And everything was great. I came home from work early so I can be there for them. Then 10 minutes after the appointment time. They messages me to say they were not coming. That is very unprofessional of the business as I had plans that were cancelled and work was left early. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they had called a couple hours prior to the appointment time. But instead they waited until they were past the set time to cancel. Has this happened to other people before? The reviews say it’s a great company so I am confused as to why this happened. I feel it was very unprofessional of the company. They could have communicated a lot better and for this reason they lost my business. I hope to whoever does deal with this company they do not have the same experience.

I got my Corolla done from here. This was my forth time that I have gotten my cars tinted, but this was THE BEST tinting job I have recieved so far. They have amazing customer service and hospitality. I went in as a skeptical customer and left as a permanent one.

Owner owes Bradford Powder Coating some money and has refused to answer his calls or come pay balance due. very bad business man.

Was shopping around for a replacement for my front windshield after it was struck with a rock on the highway and ended here.I set up am appointment on Saturday for Monday and all was set but when they received the glass they found a chip and called me immediately. They ended up setting up a time to meet up with the car to replace it. It was very convenient and they were very professional in the whole process.The new windshield looks great.I recommend them over their competitors by far.

Have used them three times over the years and have been so happy with the service and work. This place is very reasonably priced and easy to work with. If you are in the area they are the best I have found for windshield replacement.

I placed an order for glass replacement online, and Empire Glass was the first to contact me. Jay was great, got me a quote really fast and an awesome price. I had contacted another company who had quoted me at least $100 more than Empire. I paid a small amount more since I was outside their free mileage area, which was fine. When putting tint on my BMW the tech scratched two windows. Jay said he would replace the windows. Month’s when by nothing said it was taking long to get them. It has been over 10 months now and they won’t even give me a call or up date. I’m waiting Jay for your return call. Jay assured me he would replace the windows.Charles T

I do not trust this business. Noticed some shady moments here.Took in my car for a window tint and it had bubbles, edges not matched up, and creases. They also got my seats all dirty with some green stuff. Wont be coming back, not even for the warranty.

Great working with this business. They were knowledgable on the phone and quoted exactly what I needed. They arrived on time in the window of time provided and finished in a timely manner. I was on my way to the airport to start a long overdue vacation when all of a sudden... CRACK!!! My brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee had been struck in the lower left part of the windshield. Instead of freaking out and getting angry, I knew that Empire Glass would take care of me. They had done it before with my Infiniti G37. Sure enough, I called them DURING my vacation, and as soon as I returned relaxed and recharged, Empire did it again. They fixed my windshield at my work with no hassle at a great price.

Hit these guys up after looking around. Jay was real informative and professional. He explained to me the difference in the performance and purpose of different films then worked with me on the price. Cheapest place I found and good speed of service. Finished my car in a couple hours. (All five windows and visor strip for windshield.) Defiinently recommend these guys if you want your windows tinted at competitive prices.

SCAM !I bought the deal on Groupon for $125 towards the windshield replacement. Called the company and asked for the full price out the door. It was $175.So, anyone can do the math that the difference will be $50.But when I mentioned Groupon, the price suddenly jumped to over $350 minus my voucher.This is not how a company stays in business. This is a rip off.

They were quick and efficient. When I initially had questions they got back to me promptly and weren’t overly sales-y, which I tend to appreciate.

Amazing customer service, I did their online quote system on a Friday at 7pm and got a response back 30 minutes later with a quote and someone helping me schedule an appointment. They arrived to my home early which worked out great for me and the work took less than an hour.Price wise I could not be happier. I found them via Groupon but contacted them before buying the Groupon deal. They gave me a Memorial Day discount which was a better deal. Even without the Groupon or Discount they were cheaper then all the other places I contacted. The glass looks just like the one I had replaced which was great I thought it was going to be a different tint, but nope its an exact match.Thanks again guys it was awesome working with you guys.
