These guys are by far the best and most trustworthy mechanics I have ever worked with, and I absolutely adore every single one of them. If they tell you they can do it, they absolutely can, and if they tell you they cant do it, they will tell you someone good who will. Best ever.
Went here to have a front end rattle inspected after reading many positive reviews on Google. I was not disappointed as they identified the problem quickly and were able to get parts an fix it all in the same day. Now my car is back to smooth rattle-free driving! I highly recommend 👌
This place has always got it right the first time, has Never let me down in the 30+ years I have been going here. They are the very best and a good price on good rotors as well! They give you options to get you going again if youre on a budget. I will always bring my vehicles here.
Beeline is the only place I trust with my vehicle Trooper. Hes an 08 Toyota with 350k+ miles and runs like the day I bought it! Danny, Duane and everyone else here are so nice, informative and treat your vehicle as if it were their own! I appreciate everything they do for Trooper and will definitely be back for all our needs!
THE best experience Ive ever had as far as someone working on my car!! Very professional and inexpensive (at least to me). Im a female and from out of town on a job assignment. Big Red (my car) required some tender loving care. I Googled one place but the reviews werent up to par or up to my standards. BeeLine was my 2nd option...read the reviews...the customers were VERY impressed/satisfied...now, so am I!! I was going to sit and wait for my car but I was told that it may take a while for my car to be finished. Uber services were provided from/to. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!!
I love this place the staff is helpful and always tell me what I need now and what can wait till later.
Nice guys. Excellent Service.
These guys dont try to nickle and dime you and they work quickly
Very professional, reasonable priced and timely
Had to have my car towed there over the weekend. They looked at it first thing Monday and gave me honest diagnostics and good pricing. Danny was super friendly on the phone and very easy to deal with. When I picked up my car, again everyone was super nice! Will definitely be a regular customer here!!
Very good service, quality job, good price.
Jesse aligned my 2000 Tacoma 4x4, its driving straight. After dropping off the truck I was given a call notifying me of slightly worn tie rod and some rack and pinion bushing wear, accurate diagnosis (nailed it). I was then giving an option to wait for the alignment or continue with the current parts. Thats honest accurate diagnosis, very appreciated. I told them to continue with the alignment and its now is driving great. Thank you Bee line team 👍
Very good service. In and out in no time fixing my brakes and adjustments on rear pads. Nice people. I recommend them.
I needed an appointment for my brakes, since the alert pin was making noise. A few places were slammed after the holidays but BeeLine was able to get me in in a few days. They were great from start to finish. They gave me a quick rundown and asked if I was waiting or leaving (I was leaving). They said they would call to confirm any work or updates they had, that call came an hour or so after I had left. They let me know of an issue my EPB system was having and the rear caliper wasnt releasing. They coded it for me, found some service bulletins about it, and recommended I take it to a Mazda dealership. They said that the dealership may be able to cover the expenses if anything was recalled or under warranty, possibly saving me the expense. They printed out what they found, the bulletins, and even aligned my tires for free. They charged me nothing for the inspection in the end which I really appreciate.Every staff member was friendly and helpful, all covid regulations were followed if thats a concern as well. Just a good, honest shop and I will be getting any future brake work done here.Only downside is the driveway is easy to miss and right in the congestion of the entrance to the 5 south. Also only 2 chairs to wait on, if you choose to stay there, which I assume is just due to social distancing.
I was looking for a shop that could be trusted to align my 1970 Ford Econoline van and BeeLine were recommended by a few fellow vintage van enthusiasts- they did not disappoint! Great customer service, very fair price and quick turnaround/quality work. Couldnt give em higher marks!
One of the oldest and best in the business. People in the know get their work done here.
I’ve had my cars serviced by Beeline for 12 years and I highly recommend them for quality of service and professionalism. Danny was honest and up front from Day 1 regardless of the car issue. If it wasn’t a crucial repair he would tell me. If another auto business was more of an expert for the job, he happily referred me to make sure I was in good hands. Much thanks to Danny and the crew for keeping my family and I driving safe.
Quality workmanship and customer service. Very reasonable prices. Family owned.
Was referred to BeeLine from a co-worker for a 4 wheel alignment. Very grateful for the referral. First and foremost, the staff was awesome. Friendly and wanting to make sure I was well taken care of for my custom alignment. The assigned tech explained to me what exactly needed to be done and the result was on-point!You can bet that Ill be coming back from this point on for all my alignment needs and referring my friends as well.
Danny has excellent customer service! He was delightful to talk to on the phone and just as friendly in person. I was pleased to find out that BeeLine has a free Uber service if the work on your automobile will take longer than expected. They ordered an Uber to take me home and bring me back. I also appreciated that the team took me down on the floor to explain what I needed to have done and why. (I went in for an alignment, but also needed my front tie rod to be replaced.) I highly recommend BeeLine Brake, Alignment and Auto Repair.
Although I didnt use these guys they were through when they examine my 2001 Toyota Avalon for a brakes. I just didnt want to put any money into my old car.
I have fond memories of Beeline Auto. My father worked here in the 1960s. I was very little when my father worked here. They were great back then.
They are excellent and they take their time to fix your car and test it before they hand it over
Great place. I have been going here for over 25 years.
Ive been going here almost 20 years. Theyre always super fast, friendly, professional, dont try to sell you anything more than what you need. Years ago on one car I brought them, after looking at it they sent me off to get new tires before doing the alignment and didnt charge me until I brought it back. I brought my BMW for alignment sometime last year and they found a torn CV boot, which is a common issue. They quoted me ~$500 to replace the whole axle and recommended not to just replace the boot because of possible damage, but they were not pushy about it. The dealer quoted $300 to replace the boot and $1200 to replace axle completely. I would have gone back but I had to get a lot of other work done. I just took my honda in and they did an alignment in 1.5 hours.
Super professional, quick, affordable. I dont trust a lot of people with my brakes but these guys are more than qualified in my book.
The best. Local shop doing top quality work for three generations.
The guys at BeeLine are top quality professionals. They do fantastic work, are always friendly and are very affordable. I am glad a review like this one led me to them. I hope it does the same for someone else. Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else.
Great customer service and way more reasonable than the chain places! These guys are super nice. I like that I can make an appointment, and that they complete the work in the time frame that they say they will.
Awesome service, these guys did a great job on my alignment.
These guys did an awesome job on my car! They were the second shop I had to take my car to. The first one did not know what they were doing and failed on a grand scale, sad. Price here is reasonable and they have a team of great people. Cant go wrong! My ride is just how I want it!
This place rules. Nice professional people. My car was out of alignment so I took it to an alignment specialty shop, and they tried to tell me I needed to replace the entire steering rack! I said no thanks and took it to another mechanic and they aligned it. I put aligned in quotes because the car still didnt drive straight. I took it back a couple weeks later to the same mechanic and they re-did the alignment, same result, car wouldnt drive straight. A neighbor told me about BeeLine so I took the car there, explained the situation, and an hour later they called me saying the car is ready. I didnt need to replace any ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rods, steering rack, nothing, they just said it was out of alignment. Car drives perfectly straight now. I will only go to this shop from now on.
Very affordable. The guys at Beeline are knowledgeable and friendly.
Great shop, everyone who works there is excellent. They’ve worked on my 98 Jeep Cherokee ever since moving back to San Diego. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Fast, fair, honest. Words seldom used in the auto repair industry truly apply to Beeline Brake Alignment & Maintenance. Such an awesome experience to always be able to trust their word and their work. To know the charges are reasonable and fair and that they only do what is needed. Reasons my wife and I have had work done by them for over 35 years!
The guys at Beeline are fantastic, knowledgeable honest professionals. I have been a long-time dealer guy for service, but have grown tired of all the add-ons the dealerships charge. It seems they always crank up the cost for minor services by finding additional work that really should be done. They guys at Beeline have always done excellent work and have advised me that in some cases work was not needed.Note that they are very capable and I have not had them do my brakes yet (although I will!) They do much more than just brakes! I will continue to bring my truck to these guys for service and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Note there is a rental car agency a short walk down the block so you can easily ditch the dealership and their complimentary transportation.
This place is amazing. I just sat 4 hours watching them put on brakes and rotors on all 4 corners of my 97 grand prix. Awesome work. Looks like this place has been here for decades. Huh? Of course Ill be back!
Had my rotors machined here. They told me it would be a few hours, but after dropping it off, they called me in 20 min with an update prescribing exactly what they think would be best (machining just the front rotors, no need to do the back), and 45 mi uted later they called again to let me know it was ready for pick up. Super great experience, will absolutely be back.
I owned a transmission shop for 18 years and used to send all of my customers to Beeline, Clarence Brown, or East County Alignment, because they were all good honest shops. Last year I noticed that my tires were wearing on the inside, it was due to negative camber. I brought my car in for an alignment before buying new tires. I was sold new control arms along with an alignment, to correct the problem at a cost of $750.00. Then I went and spent $800 on new tires. Im the only one that drives my car, having been in the business, Im very easy on my cars. I did a lot of freeway driving cross country trips over the past year and so put 20,000 miles on my vehicle. No pulling, no indication that there is anything wrong. I just happened to notice that my new tires are wearing exactly the same way the old ones did. I take it in and they tell me I probably hit something. That tires need to be aligned every 12000 miles. Im pissed, not only do I have to buy $400 worth of tires, but they want to charge me for an alignment that wasnt properly done originally. Im sure they set the toe and sent me out the door. I could go on about the details, but it doesnt matter. They seem nice and honest if you dont know anything. They are not the shop they used to be, go to Clarence Brown in Kearny Mesa, its worth the drive!
Fantastic work very fast and knowledgeable alignment guys.
They are so nice and helpful here.
We were able to get an alignment done here on our class C motorhome we just bought which was great. $108 for the alignment, not too bad. Only down side is that tires needed to be inflated to 50 psi but were only around 30. For $108 I would expect to have the tires properly inflated...
My car was pulling to the right after a service & new tires, so I called Beeline and got an appointment just a couple hours later. They only took an hour to test+fix my alignment and cross two front tires for a better ride - about $70. They also do major milestone services for less than dealer service shops. The shop is not much to look at, but totally functional. All the guys were very courteous as well.
This establishment has been in business for as long as I can remember. The most honest of any company I can recommend. Top notch work, top notch personnel.
This is a very professional auto shop that is run with integrity (a very rare commodity anymore). I have used Beelines superior services and recommend them as often as I get the chance.First time in they inspected my vehicle and told me how to get what my vehicle needed for great price (way less than I thought it would cost). They charged me nothing for the inspection and didnt create something for them to make a single dollar). I really like that. Besides they are very friendly. Love this place.
Initially we went there because we needed to have the alignment checked, but they also told us two tires needed to be replaced which we havent noticed before (as it turns out the tires were pretty bad to the point that it was dangerous to drive, but none of the other places we used to go to told us that!). We really appreciated that they told us, plus everyone was super helpful and nice, so now we go there all the time. Highly recommended!
Been doing business with Beeline ever since I can remember. In my past association with auto repair shops as an avid (non-pro) auto mechanic myself Ive often had the impression of pro auto mechanics hesitancy to engage in intelligent discussion with customers with some auto mechanic experience. Not so with Beeline. The mechanics were responsive and willing to discuss in simple terms that the customers can understand what the problems are and how to solve them in a cost-effective manner. So there are some reliable trustworthy auto repair shops out there. Beeline is one of them.
My experience at BeeLine is limited as today was the first time I used their services. From the moment I called them for an estimate in the morning and until I picked up the car after the service everything was above average - very friendly and pleasant people, detailed explanation of what had to be done and why and quick turnaround. They also worked with me on the price and managed to get me a significant discount, which of course is greatly appreciated. The mechanic explained which part of the work had to be done immediately and what can be postponed so I dont have to spend too much at one time; that also gives me a chance to shop around and compare the price first.Good place, will continue to use.
Toyota said I needed to change the boots on my front axles come to find out all I needed to change was the CV clamp for 1/10th the quote I got from Toyota of Santee. Car runs terrific and plan on going to BeeLine for brakes and oil change service. A raving FAN!
Best in town. Not just alignment. Fast service.
Alignments brakes and anything with the car frrame. We have a small driving school and they seem to understand any problem with a quick resolution. We like this place.
Great group from mechanics to office personnel. Professional and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Overall a great place to get your car serviced.
Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Easy to make an appointment. Finished early & offered up a coupon discount that I had forgotten about. What more can you ask for? Ill be back!If you are looking for somewhere close to wait, I visited the Muscle Mill restaurant just down the street for a snack & wifi. No regrets.
Great service.
I had some front end work done at beeline. This is probably the most honest shop Ive ever worked with. I would recommend beeline to anyone.
Go NOWHERE else!Ive been going to this family-run business for >25 years!! When I first met them they took care of me while I was a starving college student. They cared for my old junker back then with the same excellence that today they care for my Lexus and Infiniti.Everything thing you need. I trust them totally. They have found and corrected numerous problems over the years created by big dealerships, where Id paid a tremendously greater price. The quality of their work is terrific Ive never once had a complaint or problem. They do all this at a great price point as well. They have saved me thousands over the years. Their lounge might not have a selection of lattes and chocolate chip cookies but with the money Ive saved and the phenomena quality received I can go buy my own latte. Danny & Bud have become friends. They are my car counsellors & advisors.
Honey guys
GREAT GUYS WHO RUN THIS AND WORK HERE.I was on my way to Disneyland with my daughters and we broke down. got it towed here and they took care of everything. very honest !! I wont ever go anywhere else. I dont trust auto shops but these guys I do trust. do yourself a favor and go here if you need a good repair shop. you wont be disappointed
Brought my camper here for an alignment prior to a 3000 mile cross country trip. Drove it home and it was still pulling to the right, brought it back and had them check it again. They said it was fine and blamed my steering box and drag link (new) and swore that it was within specs and my new, expensive tires wouldnt wear funny. Well here I am in Virginia at an alignment shop now with badly worn and my drivers side tire towed in 0.3°Oh yea, I brought my wifes car in prior to this for an inspection and had similar results. They said all was fine. Took it elsewhere and found that a bad rod end was the source of it wandering the highway. That should have been my warning sign. Im pretty peeved and Ill never go here again. Be warned
Best in show! The guys at the airport turned me onto BeeLine 20 years ago. I wouldnt use anyone else.
I thought these guys were good people, and seemed like very nice family style business and that stood behind their work. I had my front brakes and rotors done at Beeline and they made a slight adjustment to my rear brakes too. Later, when the rear brakes started squeaking they made a second adjustment to fix the problem without charging me... but that adjustment was simply taking some sand paper to my break pad, a technique I would not recommend if you give a damn about your vehicle.
Top notch service. These guys really know the side of the car that we usually dont see. I had an annoying pop in my steering of my Saab that nobody else could track down nor fix. BeeLine did it! Professionals who take pride in their work and put the customer first. Really nice guys too! I recommend without reservation. Trust your car to these guys. Youll be glad you did.
Brought my sons car that was recently a used purchase. The breaks seem super hard to make the car stop. We had taken it to a Mazda specialist and they claimed nothing was wrong with the brakes. Apparently solvent used to clean the car from the previous owner was what was causing the problem and Beeline was able to rectify.
A great trustworthy place to take your vehicle in for automotive repairs.
Our 1996 Subaru had been leaking oil for months, because Id been told at other shops that it was an expensive repair, mostly labor, to disconnect and remove the engine in order to install an nexpensive gasket beneath it.At Beeline they were able to stop the leak without removing the engine. There have been no further loil drips for months. This place is like an old-time garage, one with high standards, and knowledgeable mechanics who have worked there for years. Trustworthy.
Real good and honest guys that have seen it all. Best in town.
After several hundred in unnecessary repairs by other mechanics, I finally tried Beeline. They found the split bushings causing my alignment and vibration issues and FINALLY resolved a number of concerns plaguing me for several months. It wasnt a cheap repair but worth every penny. These guys know their business!!
Very professional work& guys I care about my clients thats I come to Beeline I have a piece of mind my Limousine is safe to operate I been coming to Beeline for the last 3 years they are the best in San Diego.
Straight up diagnostic. Reasonable price.
Realign your ride with a fine local family, whose roots go back to the 40s!
I have been going to Beeline since the 80s.. They always do a precise job. Great company.
Honest people and good service. 10/10 will recommend
Ive been around, countries, cities etc. The only time I felt totally in the loop, I was explained the situation (Im no mechanic), the only time my guard came down and I felt total trust was at Beeline in San Diego. I see now why they have generations of customers coming back to them, and drivers bringing their cars from other cities as well, not just locals... Im hours away, but next time my car needs attention, Im driving back there.
Excellent work and personal service. No upsale. Honest. Family business.
They are best!!!! I trust them with all my cars. They always do a great job and dont try to upsell me with things I dont need.
I have been a BeeLine customer for years with a variety of vehicles. There is no other alignment shop in the county that I would take my personal or company vehicles to for service. The staff is always honest & thorough.
Very courteous, they knew what had to be done, and did an excellent Job, at a good price, converted my air Ride to springs on my SUV along with new shocks, rides even better nowWalt. San Diego
They do such quality work, I go out of my way and drive out from east county just to get my vehicles service by them. When I was growing up in that neighborhood, my parents always took their vehicles to Beeline. Im a second generation Beeline customer!!
Excellent workmanship
After a bad experience in the past many years ago, I was in the area and decided to give this place another chance. I brought my car because my steering wheel was not centered (I had done some mods to my suspension) after about 30 min they called me back and when I picked up my car they said they did not take care of the steering wheel problem there and I had to take it to a mechanic. I specifically said that I was bringing it in because of the steering wheel issue. I took a look under my car, and there are no visible signs of any adjustments being made. So I basically feel Ive been ripped off and they should have told me that they didnt take care of steering wheels not being centered. WORST PLACE EVER, UNLES YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, AND IM SURPRISED THEYRE STILL IN BUSSINESS
Im normally a do it yourself person. And with a solid axle truck primitive design and time Ive aligned them myself in my drive way. I recently bought this truck and knew some of the steering gear was worn.so ordered in all the steering gear, end to end. Along with a adjustable track bar as the truck is lifted and will help in bringing truck in to proper alignment.Truck drove fine, but was getting lose and even with the track bar drop bracket the track was off About 7/16.From my research Not bad within tolerance to be OK in the pepboys its in the green. But why just have OK when easily corrected and easier to correctly align Id think when you do this work day n and out.I broke my collar bone and couldnt do much for awhile, and all my parts were sitting on the garage floor.Good friend offered to swap out the parts for me, If youve never had a broken collar bone, its like living with a Taser implanted in ur body that could go off when ever it feelsNew steering gear and track bar on, And a quick good enough one over with the strings and tape To make the truck drivable, went on the hunt for a shop that shouldnt just say, well its in the green. Or say you can only set the toe as a factory adjustment. Like most the toe and go corporate chains.I needed a tech with the nearly lost talent of doing alignments with out lasers and windows with green zones. Back to the days of tape measures, string lines and levels. Or even someone that really knows how to operate the cool laser set up.An older friend brought up be line in his ramblings of the past. Been around since the 40s,but clean across the county from me.Having good and bad days with collar bone,i gave them a call. 79 bucks. Fair price mom and pop shop, didnt see a darthvader 4000 with self adjusting drone alignment rack. So I signed to a work order. Even assured on zero in track bar,toe set, caster checked adjusted if needed.a s they are all adjustable on a 99 dodge 4x4.dropped off the truck and went to lunch. Know what its like when customer is pacing about, whying and how coming you to death. Hour n half later got a call truck was done. 430ish so shot back paid the man and picked up the truck. Service writer notes of rotate and balance tires, shop notes about pull to right and death wobble, such notes dont think I was supposed to see.. Service writer reply with has radial pull tires need balance. Granted truck is on 37s bfg ATS I could see that.I live about 35 miles from bee line,oh yeah a pull, more like set up for a Australian NASCAR race. Takes a 1/4 turn to left to go straight. And a hobble like a tire out of balance. That was trying to create a death wobble.wow,ok pro knows so need to balance and rotate.Collar bone issues,Just dealt with it till I could get tires balanced. After driving to store and tired of truck going in to a death wobble only when going straight or left and a bigger and bigger dead spot and Finally able to get under truck and poke and prod around,i found the track bar lose and pivoting at the adjument points. tire side locking nut is a little hard to get to but no reason to leave finger tight.tightened locking nut to take play out, noticed track bar ball stud pivot end is now lose, trashed. As truck sat front track was off 3/4 of a inch. Truck still pulled just like it did coming out of shop, but gos in to death wobble all kinds of random times now.Since able to prob around set up the strings for a quick n dirty check. Right side toed out about 1/4 inch drivers side toed in 1/8Understand it was Friday, last job of the day,and sometimes just a doah moment happens...humans.Usually I give 2nd chances before Ill rant,i know the truck is lifted high in the air pain to climb around big payment princess, but instead of using a steering wheel lock to hold wheel center looks as a pair of vice grips were locked on the steering shaft, after tearing out the proactive shields for easier access.the shields more superficial then anything,in exchange could have told me the steering shaft was lose and column bushing
Ive been taking my car to Beeline for around ten years. I have had good service, they have always been courteous and helpful, and they referred me to other good services for car repairs that they dont do.
Went to getcan alignment told me they couldnt do it that I needed repairs that would cost close to $600 to 800 and still got charged for the alignment
Ive been bringing my cars to Beeline for over 20 yrs.Ive never been disappointed with the customer service or their work.
Great people who know what there doing
Best alignment place in San Diego.
These guys are no joke.
The best thing I can say about Beeline is that I trust them to fix whatever my carissue might be and not try talk me into paying for something I really dont need.
Awesome service and honest crew!!! Thanks Beeline:)
