I have had my Yamaha 2020 212S into the service department twice in the last year. First time, I had an engine code come up. I called Brett in the service department and he said bring the boat in the same day. His staff diagnosed the issue within minutes and replace an O2 sensor under warranty. Total time in the shop was less than 30 minutes.The most recent experience was for substantial gel coat repair which was caused by exposed nails in a boat slip. Brett and his team worked with the insurance company and did an amazing job on the repairs. There is no sign of the damage and the boat looks like it did brand new. Brett and his team go above and beyond in a world where customer service is generally dead. Great JOB M2O!

We had an outstanding experience working with Trevor on purchasing a new Yamaha 212. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable about Yamaha boats. He did a great job answering all of our questions and providing a lot of extremely helpful information. He made sure we were all set up for success with the new boat. We just took the boat in for the initial 10 hour service. Brett with the service department is also extremely well organized and got the boat in and out very quickly. We are very happy we purchased the boat from M2O Marine!!

I just purchased a boat from a guy near Magic Mountain over an hour north of my home in San Clemente who thinks M2O is the best place to take his boat. H2O is probably 2 1/2 hour drive or more pulling a boat, this place must be amazing. I called them to discuss what I will need moving forward as the new owner of this boat and they have been super helpful and thorough. Following my very first conversation with Ian on the phone it was practically a done deal that I would be purchasing a boat from M2O Marine as an out of state buyer. Ian gets customer service and really wants you to be happy and end up with the right boat for you. I was overly delighted when we took delivery of our new boat as the whole experience was outstanding.Upon arrival on a Saturday morning Aaron met us and already had the Yamaha 242 Limited SE attached to his truck to take us to a local lake for a few hours to demonstrate how everything worked out on the water. What a knowledgeable and outstanding guy – he really carried on the high level of customer service that started with Ian. After our time on the water we went back to the office to finalize the deal – I was so pleased to see that all the paperwork coincided exactly to what Ian and I had previously agreed to on the phone. The part that really floored me was that Ian offered to store the boat until we were ready to head home so we could have a little long weekend getaway during this whole process. That was absolutely amazing and I cannot thank him enough.We had a small issue with a part after we got the boat back home and I had personally made a decision to not utilize my local dealer for service. I called Brett at M2O in service and he went above and beyond to help me out in every way he could to resolve my issue – things are now perfect and we wouldn’t be here without Brett’s help.Buy a boat from these folks, seriously. I have been loving my Malibu VTX 20`2019 so much. I bought it about 6 months ago at M20 Marine. I enjoyed that boat all summers with my friends for surfing, wake boarding, wake surfing. Aaron and the team have been super helpful with my wake boarding boat purchase!

Would be less stars if it was possible to post less. I’ve tried several time to give these guys my money but was ignored because I was looking at a used boat. Was told they’d call me when it was checked and ready. Came back a week later and surprise it was sold before it was even checked out. Today walked in looking for some info and maybe a part. Stood around for 15 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged that I was there. Maybe I should have tried waving at them with a $100 bill since big ticket items seem to be the only way I get their attention.

Had the service department inspect a boat I was buying from a private party in San Diego, they did a very comprehensive job. Unfortunately when the boat showed up to me a docking light wasnt working. I spoke with Brett there and he assisted me in getting a new one at no charge to me. We didnt know if the light got missed or just quit working and was bad timing but Brett helped resolve it. Thanks to the team down there I will be enjoying my new boat soon!

Friendly, professional and reasonable. It is easy to find marine businesses that are shabby and cheap and with them you will get what you pay for, which is a headache and more cost in the long term. With M2O you will get competent service, the correct parts, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. You cannot ask for more than that!

These guys are amazing! Were a Mercury & Volvo Dealer. One of our clients is having a problem with his Axis. We called them for help on the Axis because were not experts on that type of boat. Brett & TJ were unbelievably helpful, Very knowledgeable, and unusually kind people. I love these guys!

So I wasnt a customer on my visit but they gained a customer for sure! I went in with my buddy to pay a bill on the work he had done on his boat! Not only had they fixed the boat in an emergency but also let us use a surf board to do some river surfing for free to see if we wanted to actually purchase one! I have been a customer for over 10 years with M20 Marine. They have consistently provided excellent repairs and service for my Sanger boat. They recently repaired some of my neglected and overlooked items from lack of use and I was really impressed. The boat hasnt run this well in years! Like new again! The Service Manager Brett will never recommend unnecessary work and is honest and keeps you advised well of service schedules. Danny and TJ are awesome mechanics that get to know your boat well and take the time to show you all their quality work. The staff has all been working there for a long time, and little turnover. That says a lot to me. This is the place in San Diego to have your boat repaired.

So I purchased a boat from these guys and in the beginning all was great. They found financing at a rate that was a little high but told me that after 1 year they had lenders that would bring down the rate a lot. So a year goes by I reach back out to my sales guy Ian and I would assume now that I am not a commission for him I seem to get no help in dealing with the re-finance even though they told me that would help. Then I asked about getting from under the boat how much would they take on trade and they cant even seem to answer that. I have spoken to many people at this location that all say they will call back and never do. Customer Service Sucks. They say the reason they have not called back is because they have been super busy, probably leading others down the same road has they lead me.

I recently purchased a 2016 Yamaha AR190 from M2O Maine over the phone and had it shipped half way around the would to the island of Saipan.Before shipping it, I have them install an upgraded stereo, VHF radio, and a few other things. They sent me pictures, did 1st class installations, and helped expedite the shipping.When I got the boat, I was a little disappointed that the prepaid life jackets and boat cover were not inside. I shot them an email, and they again expedited and shipped everything out right away. TJ was very accommodating and fixed the issue right away.Their Administrative Manager Jessica is also great, and helped with all the paperwork. Brett in service gets back to you right away, and provided a lot of assistance with my questions. And Ian the Sales Manager was really good to.These guys know what they are doing, and are truly a dealership you can trust. Highly recommend M2O Marine, and would refer friends and family here.

I purchased a brand new Yamaha 242 from Ian...he is a great salesman until you leave. During the walk through we found some small damage to a seat cover. Ian promised to send to Yamaha and get us a new seat, that was two months ago. I have called and emailed. They just dont return calls. As far as contacting Yamaha, thats a joke too.

I bought my boat there because they had the best price in California. Excellent customer services and easy to deal with. Highly reccommeded.
