I was going to fix a flat tire. I call ahead to ask if the offer that service, the person who answer the phone told me that they did and told the shop hours was until 5pm on Saturday. I got there and enter the office (around 3-3:15pm)the person on the desk was busy with a costumer. 15 minutes later he decide to call someone to help me out. The guy was polite but he informed me that they didn’t have anyone to do the job and also told me they closed at 4pm.

I arrived looking for a hard to find tire size, 235 55 16. They attended to me quickly, looked in their inventory, found the tire, and quoted me an awesome price. They got right to it and in a few minutes my tire was changed, balanced, and mounted. Thanks a lot guys. I will definitely be bringing my business to you.

I was a regular customer for years, Until Now. took my car for some work, Jesse quoted me. It was tough to accept the price, but I decided to pay just to get my car running again, and since i had to tow it there, I felt my options where limited. So I said fix the car and Ill pay the asking price. An hour later, Jesse calls me to tell me his mechanic does not want to do the work, it was too much work. Are you kidding me?...you cannot tell your employee to do his job? I was willing to pay the asking price knowing the work involved, I just said, Im coming back to get my vehicle with a tow truck. So I went there with my dad and I the first thing i saw there a guy with regular clothes and he saw me and he just ignored me and I was hey sir hello?. So I asked him that the car was shaking a lot on the freeway so he told me that it was the wheel balance but the car got new rims and already got balanced so my dad payed 210 dollars and 1 day after driving it it felt weird so my dad tooked it to another mechanic that was like family to us and he checked it out and said it was

BST came in $200 less than any competitor for tires on my F-150. The best part was that when they were mounting the new rubber the tech noticed that my rear brake pads were thin. I told I already knew and had just purchased replacement pads and was going to install them when I got home and that I had them in the truck. He put them in for me NO CHARGE! Thats customer service! I wont go anywhere else and I recommend BST to everyone that mentions needing tires.

We had many years fixing the cars there, but lately they are charging very expensive and over and leave the cars with bad jobs and more in something as delicate as the brakes ... I recommend you be careful ...
