Went here for a smog test a while back after my original smog check place on g street and 11th ave shut down and recommended me the arco place. Oscar was great, gave me an accurate wait time and i was pretty much in and out despite all the cars there. Price seemed reasonable.

Great experience here, was a bit nervous about going to a smog place because of bad stories Id read online. Oscar was fast and efficient. Took less than 20 min from the time I arived.

The WORST! Needed a very simple fix & was told NO! WOULDN’T do it! COULDN’T do it! SORRY! Ironic since I wanted to use their services from good reviews, I now am writing a BAD review. Maybe because it wasn’t a $$$ repair. No fix for me, no referrals from myself/friends = no $$$ for them.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and beyond just changing the oil, they looked over the car, checked all the fluids, and pointed out a problem with my tires that needed to be fixed even though they dont sell or replace tires! They obviously take care of their customers.

Be careful with this station a lot of things happen on its property that shouldnt Like illicit drug use and sales by homeless people as well as one person who was stabbed in the neck here.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I was yelled at by attendant for asking for air. I have purchased gas here in the past, NEVER AGAIN. Does not deserve my business ever!!!
