This is a Stellar company, from the initial call to the sit down appointment to the installation. I took them about an hour to install with absolutely no mess. I absolutely love the APP to arm and disarm the system and is great when you need to let someone in while your not home without having to give anyone your code. A++ all the way around. Tom and his crew from Halcyon installed my business video surveillance couple years ago, after few break-in incidents in the area i contacted Tom to install intruder alarm and have it connected to a 24/7 monitoring station, the rates been very affordable and the system was even able to connect to my pre installed lock i have at my front and back doors fro free, the system works great, the app is very easy to operate and i even setup custom alerts every time the back door left open more than 5 minutes. thank you

The installation process was great! They explained the security alarm well and how to use it. I loved how the installer explained the difference of our security alarm and monitoring options and was not pushy about selling it to us. The remote control app on my phone works great and is very easy to understand Im now able to know when I forgot my garage door open and close it from my phone all that with lower monthly cost I used to pay ADT until now

Halcyon did a great job installing our home alarm security system and its very easy to use. Had an issue with initial install of the home alarm system, but they quickly corrected the issue, actually I did something wrong using the app.The home alarm system works great!Highly recommend!!!
