Gavin was honestly great. I called him on a Saturday and he made an appointment and came to my house the next day. Test drove the car and signed all the paperwork. The whole process took approximately 15-20 min. It was super simple and Im glad I was able to get rid of the car and get a good deal for it as well. Will definitely recommend

Could not have been happier with my car czar experience. Would 100% recommend over larger companies like carmax. They gave me a higher quote and were incredibly accommodating with my specific pick up time request, as I needed to keep the car until a very specific date. They drove to me to pick it up and even threw in the cost of my Uber to the airport in the sale. Chris was incredibly kind and could not have asked for better communication throughout the whole process.

Gavin and his team were great! I had already received an appraisal and offer from CarMax and took this info to the CarCzar. Gavin met me at my apartment and did a quick visual inspection as well as 3 minute test drive of the car. The owner has had a junky mini van parked in my neighborhood for months. Parked it, slapped a sign in its window and walked away. Months we have been looking at this junker every time we come home. Have some respect for your customers and dont trash up the neighborhoods.
