I bought a Certified 2018 Maserati QP GTS Memorial Day weekend. I did trade-in my 2016 QP S as well. Sasha Cesarman was the sales associate who sold me the car. She made the process as smooth as possible. I drove down from Los Angeles so I arrived there late on the Sunday and the dealership was actually closed, but Sasha stayed there to help me with the purchase. I think the dealership was highly professional and they had a great inventory of cars. If I lived closer, they would be my main dealer for services on my car. I would highly recommend working with Sasha at Maserati of San Diego.

I had the most amazing experience at Ferrari & Maserati of San Diego. I initially talked to Alex and she referred me to Dale Gagner in service center who took the time to understand my needs regarding my Ghibli guarantee and service. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and accommodating to needs. The dealership was clean and well taken care of. I will definitely be going back the next time for my car routine service.From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Dale was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. I was referred to Maserati of San Diego by a colleague and he connected me with Nick the GSM. I called from my home state in Arizona (wanted to buy a Maserati from a dealer and not a used car lot but nothing available in Phoenix that I wanted) and Nick called me immediately back. I said I have been looking for a Ghibli with white interior and he said they just took one in and was in fantastic condition and will be a CPO. He sent photos and gave us a great price quote over the phone. We left on Monday and came in Tuesday. Car was in PERFECT condition and they put new brakes and tires on the car for us. No sales tactics or pitches. Just real people with up front clear communication. His team with Sarah Antonopoulos (sales) and John (Finance) took amazing care of us and were in no way pretentious or snobby. This was by far, the best buying experience and doing it from Arizona was actually easy without any car sales BS (I know car sales BS...I used to sell cars!!!). They were so friendly and professional. We are so happy with our Maserati and especially the service provided by Nick, Sarah, John and the whole team. I highly recommend the team and the dealership.

Brought our new car in several times due to excessive loud brake noise. They never fixed them and then didnt return two follow up calls. Needed to contact Maserati directly to get them involved and resolution was not satisfactory.

Purchased a vehicle back in Nov 2020. Still can’t get an email response from them regarding obtaining plates. Terrible customer service. Don’t pay them for registration. Do it yourself, it’s faster and more reliable.

Larry is authentic in caring for his customers and is always ready and willing to go over and beyond whats expected of him. Theres also Diana in service that is also as diligent and amazing. The service department is amazing. Diana was my service coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. Diana kept me aware of all details in depth and ordered the necessary parts as needed. I also want to mention Erik in the part department who also made sure all parts were ordered and arrived on time.The service department in this dealership is amazing and I highly recommend them. This dealership is excellent especially Diana!I brought my Maserati in from a bob baker dealership that was closer to my house who completely screwed up my maintenance and Diane fixed their screw up without a problem! Definitely worth the drive out to San Diego if you want your vehicle in good hands and properly worked on by professionals! Amazing customer service, fast and efficient. It was definitely a great experience will come back for future repairs and maintenance thank you Maserati Team and Diana!!!

My local dealer made promises they couldnt keep, so I started calling around. From the first call with Sasha to the final #s with Tami... these ladies know what they are doing. I wanted a rare car that only they and one other dealer in the country had, and not only did they make the #s work for me, they put me in a fully loaded Sport model at a lower price than the other dealers were quoting the base models for. Trust them with your business and they will not waste your time, I promise!

Do not do business with this dealership! They ripped me off to the tune of nearly $1,500 and could care less. Im located out of the area, so they know I cant easily stop by to resolve an issue. No returning of emails and phone calls. Pretty shameful behavior. In order ro resolve the matter I need to spend the time to take them to court.

No complaints with the dealership itself but the service center is another story. Mediocre facility and experience, nothing like BMW or Mercedes service experience. Ive called the service department twice in the last month to schedule routine maintenance. No one answers the phone or calls me back after I leave a message.

I really appreciate how well Diana Marenco takes care of me in the service department. She updates me on the status of my car and I can rely on her estimate of when my car will be ready. Also, I never have to wait for paperwork when I pick up my car. She is always ready for me and it takes less than a few minutes for me to sign paperwork and get my car.

Being an Out of Town Buyer of this Fantastic Shelby GT500, I was concerned about the accuracy to the cars condition and drivability, but Frank was an excellent sales professional, described the car very accurately, what a pleasure it was to arrive at the dealership and the car was exactly as described. My experience at Maserati was exceptional. Scott and Jeffery treated me very well from start to finish. I came in one day and told Jeffery what I wanted. Jeffery followed up daily helping to negotiate a complicated sale with my corporate CEO. Scott found the right car for me with al the options I wanted. I showed up and the paperwork was ready to go and signed in minutes. I also dealt briefly with the service department to handle some ad on features. I walked in with no appointment and the worked me in and got my car back spotless. Great work!!!

One star is the best I can give after multiple times calling their service department to schedule an appointment. I left two phone calls for their service rep to call me back along with one call to their service manager (over a 3 week period) They never return your calls. The old days wed make an appointment when you called the first time. I purchased my Maserati from their La Jolla showroom and they sold me an extended service contract that is useless unless I can actually make an appointment. I really dont want to have to drive to New port for service but thats what it looks like. Ill let you readers know how their service is there and whether or not it may be worth buying your next Maserati from them too since ill be buying a new one within a year.

When most people talk about a car buying experience is congers up negative connodations. The experience is meeting a pushy sales person in a hot car lot and feeling pressured from the minute they say hello. The experience we had at Maserati of San Diego was the complete opposite. Sasha Cesarman was our salesperson and was absolutely amazing. She truly cared about our needs, never pressured us and helped us pick out the perfect vehicle. My first review was a positive one but after I bought two Maserati I am forced to change my rating to 1 star or less if it was possible. You would aspect a great customer service from a company that represent such an important brand and also considering the fact that I am a returning customer but that didnt happen! They wasted my time with false informations with a behavior that belongs to a small used car dealer and NOT to Maserati. I still love the Brand so from now on I will make sure to buy my Maseratis in LA or everywhere else. Very sad!

My husband and I went to Maserati of San Diego to just get a quick look at the new Levante, our salesman Scott Gorski let us both drive the Levante S. What a ride, even though we had just put a deposit on a new Cayenne Turbo, we quickly changed our minds. Well, it was a great experience at Maserati of San Diego dealing with Sasha and Jeff. I owned a Maserati Ghibli earlier and wanted to trade in for a Levante S and approached most of the dealers in Northern and Southern California and I can tell you no other dealer got close to the numbers that Sasha and Jeff provided. Both of them blowed me up with the no.’s not sure what backend magic they had to do to make me happy and own my business. They were extremely professional and helpful all the time and earned my business, I enjoyed working with them and will definitely recommend these folks as well as the dealership to the prospective buyers. I recently purchased 10/19/2017 bought a Maserati quarto Porte from @maserati of sandiego and this car is nothing but a piece of junk, has been to shop for service twice, just noticed they missed stitching on the middle back seat and other issues very poor build quality what a junk, I will loose few thousand and get rid of this junk, I hate @maserati Don’t buy Maserati.

I have tried to call this location 2-3 times in one day, leaving 2 voicemails one for a general mailbox and one for NICk, and no one returns calls. I dont necessarily want to call this location but the Trade location is even worse! I tried calling a few Euro motor places in N. County and none of them service Maserati, UGH. If this is the service you get, gives me a break! update it is now april 1st...: Still waiting for a call back....but obviously wont be getting one... How are you supposed to get your car serviced?! if no one answers the phone??
