I had a rattle noise on passenger side. They identified the issue as a strut mount ....but not entirely upfront....as they initially said it was the strut...then quoted $2,000 for repair to replace struts, strut mount, strut bearings on both sides of the car. After this quote, I inspected the car at the dealership and they came clean about it being not the strut....but only the strut mount. Only after I inspected and inquired about not replacing the strut (which was perfectly fine) or anything on the driver side of the car....they did say they would repair only the strut mount on the passenger side for $600. This is like going to the dentist with a minor pain on one tooth that needs a filling...then the dentist recommends a root canal on that tooth and a root canal on the same tooth on the other side of your mouth, because if one side hurts....the other side probably will have the issue sometime in the future. Im not a fan of this type of practice....because if aint broke, dont fix it.

Traded in my 2020 Tacoma for the same year Tundra they had on their lot. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new vehicle as well. After driving the truck for a day, I noticed it had a pull to the right and the steering wheel was not quite centered, from the lift that was on the vehicle. Todd, my sales person, sent me a text to see how the new vehicle was. I explained what I had discovered and he said he would speak with the Used car manager in the morning. He was prompt on getting back to me first thing in the morning. After I explained what is was doing they sent me to get an alignment done at the cost of the dealership. Truck was aligned and works perfect now. Todd and the dealership gave top notch customer service that I have never seen before. I would highly recommend them for vehicles.

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 39000 miles just had over $12000 of warranty work. Never off road kept under cover. So far, motor mounts air shocks thermostat steering rack. What else?On a positive note I bought the 7 year warranty and my service representative, Topher worked with the insurance company and address all issues. He kept me calm and focused including arranging a rental car and provided progress through the repair. The Jeep product is in question but the service I highly recommend.Thanks for the support sure I will be back.

Took my 2021 Wrangler Rubicon with under 5000 miles on to ODO, into the dealership on 16sep2021 so that they could diagnose/repair my concern with factory rear shocks. I dont abuse my Jeep and drive it the way it was intended. Both rear shocks showed visible signs of leakage, looked like a line of dirt or grime running from the shock cover down to the bottom shock bolt. Not a great first impression with the service advisor. He asked, Whats the concern? I said, the rear end sags and the shocks look like theyre leaking. He responded, What did you? Both sides dont go bad unless you did something. All this happened even before he looked at the vehicle. He already operated under the premise that I was at fault rather than a manufacturers defect. There are a lot of reports on the forums that Rubicon shocks leak. They kept my Jeep all day, then I find out the technician reported that both shocks leak, but only the passenger side needs to be replaced. I asked the advisor why only one side. He said that he just goes off of what the tech tells him. Then advisor tells me that maybe the one side is bad enough to get replaced and the other side is not bad yet. Advisor told me that when they send in the bad parts and they are inspected by corporate Jeep, but the parts are determined to be good, then the dealership will get charged for the replacement part. Sounds like the dealership is not trusted to make the right call, and every bad part has to be approved by someone else? The part was not in stock so advisor told me that they ordered the part and to bring the vehicle back when the part arrives, and when the other side gets bad enough to replace, then theyll address the other side. So thats potentially 4 separate visits, that could be reduce down to only 2 had they ordered and replace both sides. That is either a poor business model for customer service, or the dealership is too lazy to make things right.

I went to shop for my jeep and was greeted by Jeff. He was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. I told him that this was my first stop and that I had plans to check out other places and he said “no I will take care of you, no need to go anywhere else!” And did he do just that! We walked around the area and I couldn’t find any that I liked so I was starting to feel disappointed. Jeff kept doing his job and I was seated in the waiting area, he basically did it all. He would come back and ask me questions and provide suggestions to make sure I am getting the most out of my money. Finally he talked to his manager and they told me about this jeep hybrid that just got to their shop that morning. Jeff and I immediately walked to the back to look at this jeep. Let me preface the next part by telling you all that my previous car was a Prius that I love so much and I was not aware that jeep made hybrid ones. Double win right. We get to the back and the jeep is gone. Jeff tried locating the vehicle and it’s being test driven, by a lot of people. I’m in the waiting room just watching all of these people drive my dream car. Jeff worked his magic and started the paperwork. Basically everyone was driving the car that I already bought. I am so happy because this is now my forever car and Jeff Salimi made it happen. Please do yourself a favor and go see him because he really does stand by his word and he’s one of the few good guys left. Jeff thank you for everything! You made not only a lifelong customer but a lifelong friend!

I went in to get some recall work done for my Jeep. They were insanely busy but they got me an appointment within a couple of days. It only took them an hour to get the work done. I worked mainly with Yousif and then Billy helped me out at the end. Those guys were down to Earth and very easy to work with. Glad I have a place to go get important issues taken care of that has great employees like those gentlemen.

Recently had work done on my sons 2005 Jeep Cherokee with an ignition switch and other repairs and the whole experience was very positive. The tech advisor Topher was very professional, accommodating, and helpful on all aspects of what was needed for this older car. He offered great advice on what was necessary for the safety of the vehicle and repairs that were needed to keep the car in working order for the 6 months before deciding to sell our car. I brought my 2020 Promaster 3500 in for an inspection. The online scheduling was intuitive and I was able to get an appointment in the near future. The intake process was well organized but still takes 30+ minutes due to photos and attentive service techs (a good thing). Alex was great. He was transparent about everything and intentional about understanding the problem. Despite being visibly overwhelmed with business, my van was ready to go in a couple days at a very fair price. They are open early and pick up only took a few minutes. Couldnt be happier, especially with service Alex provided.

We worked with a salesman named Jeff who was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and wasn’t pushy at all. I took my car in for multiple issues and Bill was beyond helpful. From the moment I met him it was like talking to a friend, he took the time to listen to my concerns and make me feel at ease about all the work I would need done. It’s evident that theyre salesman “Daniel or David” enjoys candy bars more than selling cars (Im unsure of the name because he had half a milkyway in his mouth when he said it). He was eating while we were asking questions about the cars and even though we asked him a couple times to open one of them to see the interior he wouldnt do it. He acts as if he owned the dealership and didn’t want to sell any of the cars.

The dealer had posted a used jeep for sale, I stopped by and it hadn’t been prepped for sale. However George kept me up to date with the process and I was able to make the purchase a week later. The did a great job with their communication, flexibility on when I could get back there, financing was quick and easy. They worked really hard throughout the process as I never felt ignored or that it was just a transaction. A lot of personal care and I’d buy from them again.

I put a three because its the average between the 5 star service advisor and the one star policies for repairs. Bill Hunter is the service advisor who is knowledgeable about the product and a nice guy (5 stars). The dealership policy of having you leave your car, then it sits for 7 days (last time), or over 2 weeks (first time) until they can get to it for diagnosis of the problem is crazy. Why store a large number of vehicles? Just be agile and figure out what cars can be gotten to in the next 2 workdays and call people on the list when you are ready to see the car? Only if it is undrivable should you have to leave it.

Im new in the area, and the check engine light on my Durango turned on, so I looked for a Dodge service. I have to admit I was a little scared about coming to this dealership after reading a few of the most recent comments on Google. However, Junior was great taking care of my car. They solved the issue on the same day, final price was slightly under the estimate, and they gave me a nice summary after the job. Id only recommend this dealership to improve their response time when customers call, and also to provide real-time feedback on the progress of the works. Ill bring my car here next time.

I just recently bought a jeep gladiator and had the most amazing experience. Jeff was very helpful over the phone guiding me through their selections and when I went in he referred me to Todd Derovanesian who was the most pleasant salesperson I have ever dealt with. Super poor customer service at service desk. I had an appointment and already ticked my battery issue during online appointment process. However I have been told no one was there to check my battery. Only they could do was changing oil. Moreover they told me I had to leave my car 2-3 days to diagnose then they could repair in another 2-3 days!!! At the beginning I thought the young boy was kidding. No he was not kidding and he asked me couple times if I would leave my car by not a good attitude. No need to lose time and money. Find somewhere else which I did and saved a lot of money.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment 15 minutes prior, it took an additional 20 min to check in the vehicle. After 20 minutes I was informed the machine used for the repair wasnt working. The appointment was rescheduled. The one star rating is due to trying to reschedule my appointment from the scheduled time. After an hour of phone transfers to voicemails that were too full to leave a message to actually speak to someone to reschedule the appointment. It is the following day and have yet to a confirmation the rescheduled appointment change and will have to call to confirm it was actually changed in their system.

Very unimpressed with this place. I brought my car in complaining of two problems. They fixed one and not the other. They told me to bring it in the next day. My car sat at the dealership for over a week. No one would call me back, so I had to go in and pick it back up. I went to tire depot though on Adam’s and they were great.

Overall happy with my purchase. Easy transaction even with my sub pat credit. However, the windshield on my 2016 jeep is very foggy. Basically like my window is permanently wet, even when dry. It refracts and bends the light. I don’t feel unsafe but it is a real bummer.

It took two full days to find out that not even an estimate of repair costs had not been determined for my vehicle. Very poor communication between service dept and customer. No one answered phone calls. Response to texts totally inadequate. What happened to this dealership? I wonder if the technical expertise has also fallen. I retrieved my vehicle unserviced as I didnt really want to find out.

I have tried for 48 hours to see if my flat tire is covered by my warranty. I have called 10 times. I have been directed to Mark Whatever His Name Is multiple times. I have left messages with him, the Customer Service Director or Whatever His Title Is, multiple times and asked for someone somehow to answer the very simple question. He hasnt called, nobody has helped, everyone keeps transferring me into black holes and inboxes that wont take messages. I am worse off now than I was 48 hours ago when I first called with a very simple question. A W F U L.

The reason I am giving three stars isnt because of the service I recieved once I got there but because it took nearly one month to get ahold of anyone over the phone to make a service appointment or get any information. The Ill have someone call you back then they never do. HOWEVER, when I finally went in to service my vehicle, I worked with Yousif and he was amazing. Good customer service. No pressure felt. I guess the tedious process of completing the paperwork is universal. It feels like Im totally useless as human being while waiting for hours in the lobby. But patience is a virtue while the staff is working in the background. Maybe need more staff to speed up the process. Not sure... Otherwise, staff is very attentive.

I brought my Jeep in for an 11:00am oil change appointment. I was told it would take a couple hours and they’d call me when it’s ready. By 4:00pm I hadn’t heard anything and called them- was transferred to several departments and finally was told to leave my name and number and they’d call right back to give me an estimate on how much longer it would take. At 5:00pm I still hadn’t heard back, called them again and was told the service department is now closed and to call back in the morning. I explained that I need my vehicle to get to work and was told that once the service department is closed, there’s “nothing they can do”.Lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. No reason a scheduled oil change should take all day, no excuse for them to not keep their customers informed on their vehicle. I do not anticipate returning here for any future services.

Let me start off by saying that thanks to KMCDJR I was informed on my car structure’s instability. In a moment when I wasn’t trying to get a new car but needed one, & Todd my sales agent was there to help. I’ve been played by dealers before that lie and sneak their way to a sale, but dealing with Todd really made me happy I chose this dealership. He kept great conversations, he was very positive he could help me in my situation (no matter how negative I was at times) and genuinely got me into the car I came in search of.Each step of the process was smooth and each person there was kind and ready to help. Amazing service all around 10/10 recommendations to anyone I know.

I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a couple of months and this Dealership pulled through with making a deal even though I lived out of state. It wasn’t without its headaches but regardless, Dale stayed in touch and even picked me up at the airport so I could test drive it. A very personable guy and appreciate Jesus’s help in mixing some discrepancies found. I’ll definitely go back to Kearney Mesa CDJR for my next car if I can!

Honestly not a great experience and as a result I won’t be buying a Chrysler. Took the car in for electrical issues. My wife told me they were taking walk-ins but when I arrived in the morning, I was turned away and said they are booked 3 weeks out. I went home and made an appointment for the next day. I attempted to call the dealership and talk to someone to make an appointment but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I eventually gave up and called an alternate dealership to make an appointment. I got a text a few hours later confirming my appointment for the next day. I showed up early for the appointment, I was the first one in line. When I arrived I watched the technicians help other people in line before me, but I figured they didn’t know maybe and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Talked to an agent eventually, he said my personal agent wasn’t around but he would check me in. I explained my issues, he gave me a pretty good guess on what the problem was, he heard of it before and it was simple fixes (calibrate the system, install updates, replace the battery). I went home around 730 and didn’t hear anything regarding the status of my car for 9 hours. I began calling attempting to get ahold of my personal agent. After calling for 30 min through various lines, leaving voicemails on both my agent and the supervisors phones, I finally talked to another agent. He told me my agent would call me back in 5 min. 20 min later, I still hadn’t heard anything so I again began the process of calling back. After another 30 min of dealing with various call lines, I finally got ahold of another agent who wouldn’t provide me information on my car. After I begged for an update, he transferred me to my agent and I found out my car hadn’t even been looked at. I was told there was no promise for them to look at my car even with an appointment, which seems absurd. I thanked him for an update and then asked for a realistic timeline, And was told 2-3 days. I heard back today at 12, and got a voice mail. I called back my agent, who I again couldn’t get ahold of, and left a voicemail for him to call me back. 3 hours later I realized I never got a call back, and began my 30 min expedition to get ahold of someone. FINALLY got ahold of him, asked if ever checks his VM’s and was told “oh yeah I got your VM I just didn’t have a chance to call you back”. At this point I am irritated at the lack of communication. We talked about the cost to perform tasks, which seems absurd and absolute theft and I asked to get my car back and I would fix the problems on my own.All this to say whoever runs this shop is terrible and needs to refocus on customer service instead of numbers. Appointments shouldn’t be made available if cars can’t be looked at, without some sort of expressly stated warning of the length to have your car checked. I’m still disputing the cost to have my car looked at dispute finding warranty related issues but that will be resolved through alternate means. Overall I won’t be returning for any work at this shop. Disgraceful to treat customers in this way.

First time visiting. I used the maintenance department. I have a jeep and have a warranty on it. I made an appointment prior to visiting so upon arriving I had no issues with other waiting excessive amount of time to be checked Friendly and courteous staff. Will return.

Horrific Customer service, came in looking to purchase a vehicle today!!I’ve heard of the horrible experiences at this specific location even though I’ve purchased and leased cars from sun road auto family of dealerships yesterday i sent an email asked for the Sales Manager & he wasn’t available called the sales manager and he wasn’t in today even thought I called in today and the sales manager was in a meeting when I requested to speak with him I had an Igor kunsminzkyi call me back whom told me that it wasn’t his name because the name was his dads since the plan appointment and when I arrived for my appointment the same Igor somehow greeted me, I asked for the manager again for whom he claimed he was off for the day, I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 6 years for SunRoad family of dealerships from Hyundai, to Nissan, Infiniti, purchased and leased 4 vehicles and today the streak came to an end due to lack of experience coming from both Management and Sales. Long story short the old advertising scam of putting a car at a good price on their website for sale is being played, when you get there to look at the car it literally sells within 5 mins of you arriving.Waste my time, Thanks for the last 6 years of a good relationship I’ll be taking my business elsewhere maybe they will like to have a good relationship with a long standing customer and have me continuously coming back for my vehicle purchases every other year!

Great experience. Worked with Aldo in sales and Elma in finance. We got as close to the right build on our Gladiator as we could, and they were willing to deal with us. All in all a pleasant experience, and we hate buying cars. Highly recommended!

The people here were nice. I had an appointment and it was not honored as i had to wait 45 minutes until someone talked to me about my truck. then they could not get the part to fix it. the service rep told me it would be there in two day days called me back in three and told me three weeks and i am still waiting with one day left to go.the part has to come from back east, i think it could be her eby now.

I had been shopping and researching for a new Jeep Wrangler for months and had not been having luck with the other dealerships in San Diego. All of the salespersons I interacted with at this dealership were much more professional than other dealers and as a female it was nice not having any condescending sales persons to have to interact with. Everyone I spoke to made the effort to keep in contact and try and help me find the exact Jeep I was looking for. Daniel was the sales person I ended up making the sale with and he was very nice and willing to work within my budget. Would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

Called service department today at 4:15 waited 30 minutes for pick up. I was told after many questions answered including the fact my engine light is on the next available service date was October 28th. I replied again my engine light is on and reply was sorry were really busy. Ive been going there for years when Troy was my service rep...hes gone maybe a reason? So disappointed Ive spend many thousands of dollars over the years anyone out there have suggestions?

The service department is horrible to say the least. It took 2 months to get my car repaired. When I received my car there were bolts missing and loose, no oil in the engine and bent brackets. I believe they were the cause of the issue initially as they didnt put the coolant reservoir cap back on during my previous service. This is a dealership service department, they are supposed to be the best. They offered to fix the issues immediately, but at this point Im under the impression they are incompetent or purposely sabotaging my vehicle for additional repairs.
