Disappointed in the screen repair. My screen damage did not qualify the warranty so I had it fixed for about $170; its not flush with the phone so a part of the glass juts out, theres odd scuff lines running down the middle of the screen and if routinely glitches requiring me to restart. When I asked about these issues, I was told theyre nothing to worry about and standard. These issues continue to get worse. Next time, Ill either just buy a new phone or find another provider; either way, I recommend you save your money from getting your phone screen repaired here.UPDATE: Ive downgraded my review from 2 to 1 star. My phone has completely died at this point. I went to another repair service to get the issue diagnosed and they informed me that because the glass was not flush on my last repair moisture gradually seeped in and destroyed the screen. Again, I highly recommend you buy a new phone or skip the repair here because this service is not worth the time and money.

Chino was amazing and helped me when I was in a pinch. After getting water damage and doing the old fashion rice trick, a piece got lodged in my charging port & after several attempts to get it out, I only made it worse. I called the shop, unsure of if they could help & Chino was so friendly & assured me it’d be no issue and to come in. My phone was fixed in literally 30 seconds & he refused to charge me and said he was just happy to help. When my screen cracked, I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. I jumped on Google, and this was the first business to hit me back with a quote(best price of all quotes) and I was able to get in the next day. Jalen was friendly, professional, and was easy to talk to about the issue. Good to see theres still companies out there that can keep it real and be a pro at the same time 💯 I hope I dont need to fix any other screens in the future, but if I do, I am not going anywhere else but to this spot. I received different price quotes over the phone versus in person.Their hours online show they are open until 7. I arrived at 7:39 abd the guy was locking up. He said that was a legal requirement due to COVID. Clearly, he’s uninformed or just lying.

Unprofessional (poor communication), incompetent (shoddy workmanship), and dishonest (there are two individuals--depending on who you talk to, you may get a different story). If youre going to spend $150+ for repairs, just buy a quality budget phone (such as Pixel 4a) or previous years models on eBay.

If you need your cellphone repaired, look elsewhere this is the most unprofessional shop in San Diego. Their customer service is the worst, after replacing the screen of my phone it immediately fell off and after two attempts to fix it they told me to buy a new phone (of course no warranty).

I took my iPhone X max to be fixed because I dropped it and got a vertical bar down the screen. They fix this problem but created another one. Now I cannot wirelessly charge my phone because when I put it on the charger the phone starts to randomly open and close apps on its own. I took the phone back to them and they replace the screen. The problem at first seemed to go away but then came back later that day. When I called them back and told them that the problem had returned they said that the problem was not the screen and said they would need 5 to 7 days to diagnose the problem. They said after They diagnose the problem they would give me a price. I asked them if this work was covered under their warranty and I got no reply. This seems to me a classic case of job security. Fix one problem and create another. I was also charged nearly $200. The fact that they did not even do a proper inspection before giving the phone back to me says a lot

This place essentially stole my phone.I had a phone brought in for a screen repair, they ordered a screen for the wrong phone, then had to send it back and order a new one. the whole time this is happening the guy is telling me the part is out for delivery for days on end.All after taking a $50 deposit. What type of place has a deposit on a phone screen repair anyways?after a week and a half without a phone, i told the guy on the phone to not fix the phone and just give me my deposit back.I went ahead and bought a new phone, planning on recouping the money that I used on it with the returned deposit.When I called to say i was on the way to get the phone Fix4Less guy said they fixed my phone anyways and require me to pay them to get it back..So they fixed my phone after i told them not to and are holding it hostage, probably planning on keeping it when I refuse to buy back my own phone and re-selling it. After this post I will go to BBB.

Very bad experience.My galaxy S8 was not charging. Upon hearing everything over the phone, the guy told me that he is 99% sure its the battery issue and it will cost $70. After opening the phone, he said its not the battery but the charging port issue and will cost $95. In addition, while opening the phone, he CRACKED the back of my phone badly (SEE ATTACHED PICTURE) and never apologized for that.Instead, when I asked just ONCE to reduce the price, he was very rude to me and told me why am I harassing him! The reason I asked to lower the price is that another repair shop quoted me $60 if its a battery issue and $40 if its the charging port issue. If I knew he will crack the back like that, I would just repair it by myself. Very rude service. Sorry not gonna come here again. There are many other options in SD

So I can cracked the screen on my iPhone 7 (I know devastating) and I was looking around for a way to replace the screen. I first inquired with the Apple Store, and it seems they want to charge you an arm and a leg. I found this place and I thought Id give it a try. Fix for less and we are the best ! That’s what they are ! The owner and his girlfriend waited more then 30 minutes past opening hours to allow the recovery of the backup of my iPhone X to be done! Literally saved all my data by putting temporarily a screen on (original was totally broken) so I could unlock my phone and do a backup of all its data before getting a replacement one from the Apple store. SAVE YOUR WALLET AND DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a minor crack in my IPhone XS and ever since i got it fixed here i have had SO MANY ISSUES with my IPhone that i addressed with Apple and they said it’s due to the 3rd party screen replacement. I have been to the store 3 times to get this fixed and to get a screen protector i already paid for and when i asked for a refund, i got screamed at and hung up on. Do NOT waste your time here, it’s worth it to pay extra at Apple and know that you won’t walk out with more issues than you started with. $156 wasted.

Iphone 6s plus screen replaced. They stole my 100% New OE battery and put a lower capacity used battery. I know this to be the case because I literally just had the battery replaced in frequently check my battery health.

Called this guy and he gave me a quote over the phone, much lower than I expected although it was for an iPhone 5. The website says they fix Androids and iphones, yet they only have iPhone options to fix when you are booking and not single one for Android. And for less? oh no it is definitely not less than many other places just to repair screen. Just like iPhones its overpriced.
