The worst experience of my cell phone life. Beware of charges you’re not told about. Beware of trading in your phone, but then you’re charged full price for your phone and your trade in is nowhere to be found. Beware if they actually see all the so called mistakes that they made in overcharging, they will not reverse any charges. Just be aware of Verizon on Clairemont Dr. San Diego.Emailed go wireless no answer. I feel like I was allegedly working with loan sharks.

Showed up at 3 PM Sat 8/14 and no one is there managing the store. The sign says open. Knocked a couple times and left. Someone must be enjoying getting paid while at mission bay

The young lady working in there seemed quite knowledgeable and able to help.

Incredible customer service! Davante went above and beyond to solve our complex issues that we had, which stemmed from a different customer service rep. He advocated on our behalf and really pushed to give us the best customer service possible and get us out in a timely fashion. I came to this location because of the previous positive reviews and can absolutely confirm that this is the best Verizon location in San Diego. 10/10 recommend!

I went into Verizon yesterday, I really had an amazing salesman, Jonathan Ledan. He explained everything in detail, helped me set up my phone applications, very efficient and knowledgeable. I wasn’t ready to buy actually but ended up getting a IPHONE PRO MAX. I have never had an IPhone. I was a Galaxy gal, this phone hopefully will be worth the money. If I could give a higher rating I would.Decided to update my plan and update my phone. Normally I am nervous updating. Last time I did it the salesman screwed me over. Was in a huge rush and I wound up overpaying for everything.Today I had the pleasure of working with Maria who was amazing. Not only did I wind up paying less for my monthly plan, Maria didn’t try and push the most expensive products. She explained EVERYTHING for me and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend going to this Verizon and hopefully you will have the pleasure of working with Maria like I did.

Christmas Eve I walk in 15 minutes before closing. My phone had died the final death and family phone calls would be tomorrow! Thankfully I had done research; thankfully Andy Williams was there for the seamless transfer from my cloud holdings (thank heavens!) to my new Pixel 2. The case is a perfect choice also! The whole transaction kept Andy to after closing though we worked quickly. He was cheerful the whole time. I appreciate his kind and professional service. The best. Andy as Santa! This was the best experience Ive had at Verizon in a long time. Other locations seem to have sales people who are just out to get you and help themselves. This location brought Verizon Backup a notch in my book. Andy was particularly helpful in helping my mom get a new phone and took the time to set it up for her. Very patient and helpful!

Gary is the BEST! My boyfriend and I were both looking to upgrade our iPhones. Gary had so much information and knowledge to share with us. Came in to get my information transferred from my old device to my new one and Andy was amazing!! He also helped me put on a replacement screen protector with no bubbles which was fantastic! Going to a Verizon store is not always the most pleasant experience because typically you will be there longer than it takes to purchase a car!! :-) My son and I went in there yesterday, to the one in Bay Park and we were so lucky to have Clarissa help us. We were there for quite some time, not her fault, but she was caring, helpful and shed help others in between while we waited for our phones to update and do what they needed to do. I went into the store and I was immediately welcomed by a man named Ralph. What I enjoyed about his customer service is he didnt even act like a sales person. He treated me as if I were a part of his family, he helped me out with my phone problem and even took the time to back up all my family photos. Thank you for your patience and kindness!

Just had great service with Andy and Kim at Verizon. They were very patient while we switched back Verizon and picked out 2 new iPhones. This is a new store which is easy to get to and parking is great. There’s a Starbucks and Sprouts across the street so you can get a lot done in one stop! Happy to be back with Verizon. Alberto and Clarissa have been wonderful. I came into the store a few nights ago to look at possible upgradimg to a new phone and Clarissa was great to me and my young boys. Today, Alberto was fabulous. He helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and helped me sort out everything I needed for the transfer. He made the process easy and was attentive and informative the entire time.

I typically go to the Verizon store off Clairemont Mesa Blvd and Ive always dreaded going in for anything.... even something as simple as a bill payment. I stopped by this location earlier today.. not for any particular reason but just to get acquainted with the new location and found the staff are new, lively and full of information! I gladly left this review just to Welcome Clairemont staff to the area! I felt so serviced walking in for absolutely no reason at all! I had an amazing experience at this store, Ralph help me upgrade my Samsung S3 to a S6. He had backup all my contacts and my messages because I needed them so bad. He even took the time to restore all my apps, pictures. Thanks a million Ralph for doing that for me. The store is very convenient for me because I live down the street. The store also looks very professional and clean not like other Verizon stores.

I recently went in to have an Iphone activated. I was helped by a nice woman at the store. The reason for the 2 stars is during the activation process I noticed that she added Equipment Protection without ever asking me first. Keep in mind I was activating a $100 Iphone 6 for my daughter. When I noticed what she had done I asked her to please remove that so I dont have to call Verizon at a later time to have them remove it. She assured me that she had removed it. Of course I get the bill and the equipment protection charges are on there. And of course I had to call Verizon and sit on hold to get them removed. The reason I took the time to write the review is because Im almost certain she did that to get some sort of compensation/commission for the upsell.

Purchased a new phone and ordered an almost $300 accessori, had it shipped to my apartment and noticed in store my apartment number wasnt added. Informed the manager Alberto that there was a mistake. He told me he added the number and it would be fine. The product shipped to the wrong address. Went in to inform them I never received product and they acted like it was my fault it didnt show up even after the store manager said he made the mistake. Now its been a month and I still have not received any product. I have to literally walk in to find out whats going on at which time Im always told its on its way but no tracking number or any information is given to me. At this point I have no idea if Ill ever get the projector I ordered of if Im just out of the money I spent. Worst experience ever.

Just left this Verizon store. I had an extremely good experience here, I went to pay my bill but I also had to find out why my data was used up so quick. They sorted out that my plan just expiered, offered me a new deal and shazam, I was done! It does take awile with all the agreements and plan coverage disclosures but it was a pleasant experience. I am so glad this location opened as it is very close to my home! Andy and Alberto the store manager were extremely attentive and knowledgable, I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for help or another phone!
