Great place. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
This place is a bright spot in my daily grind. Get a coffee and a scramble. Sandwich and a soda. But they offer so many healthy options in additions and unique takes an traditional foods. It satisfies all the criteria: fast, affordable, delicious, and healthy!
Excellent small business cafe!
Really liked this place. Was able to make my own completely Keto breakfast bowl
By far, one of my favorite lunch spots in my work area! Fresh, healthy, and delicious foods. Great selections for anyone on Keto, Paleo, or Whole 30! Easy ordering system on their website; place your order, pay, and receive a text when your order is ready for pick up. This whole staff is awesome! Super nice and never misses a mark on my and my co-workers super complicated order.
Consistently good. A bit more pricey, so I consider them a treat, but you definitely get a very fresh and flavorful meal. Plus everything is independently sourced and local, so thats a plus as well. Tender bellies be warned, if they indicate a sandwich is spicy, they mean it. I love the Chipotle chicken, particularly because of the spiciness, but it packs a little bit of a punch that may be too much for some people. Though, it fades very quickly. Keep up the great work, 160!
My friend who recommended this highly understated how good Café 160 is. Vegetarian and vegan options as well as chicken turkey, and tuna options. I love veggie sandwiches and the vegan sandwich here on Cook’s gluten free sourdough bread was amazing. Tucked into a little industrial park it’s a little hard to find so look for the address on the big building, park in the lot and walk to the back of the building. Oh and did I forget to mention they also disclose where they get their ingredients? That’s a huge plus for me! I love knowing that so much care goes into choosing the foods that are being prepared for me! You have this RD’s blessing!!!Thank you Café 160 for having gluten-free options and even gluten-free cookies! I will definitely be back!
Food is always healthy and delicious. The staff are friendly and always appreciate when we come in. I recommend the chicken pesto bowl.
Locally sourced food and the owners are some of the best people I know! For real, Ive known them for years and theyre AMAZING!
Love this place. Good food and drinks.
Fresh ingredients and made to order sandwiches and salads. Creative menu with specials provide a great selection of items to choose from.
Great place, great food and awesome employees, thanks for the great service.
Stopped for only a few minutes and loved it. Great burrito, everything felt fresh, even the spinach was perfectly cooked. All organic and well made. Coffee was decent. Is not visible from the road, you need to go into the parking and than its in the back side of the building but its work the minute search it took me to find it. Fast and healthy food.
Quite possibly the coolest deli youll ever visit. I have a tendency to order the lunch special with either a giant cookie or a coffee, and it usually costs right around $10. Its a little pricey, but for gourmet food made from the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, I am willing to part with a few extra bucks. So far, my favorite sandwich is the roast beef and cheddar with horseradish (Im swallowing one whole as I type this), but Ive never had a sandwich here that I didnt love. All of their menu items are different from the usual, so Ive never grown tired of eating here. This is my go-to place for all of Lunchs hardest questions... Nothing sounds good? Go to Cafe 160. Only have 30 minutes to get something to munch on? Go to Cafe 160. Feeling like a fat ass from a weekend-long binge on a pack of Oreos, four pints of Ben & Jerrys, half a dozen California burritos, and a handle of Jim Beam? Maybe go to the pharmacy for some ipecac, but afterwards, get your ass to Cafe 160.
One of the best places in San Diego if youre looking for great vegan options.
Love this place! Organic coffee, gluten-free sandwiches and wraps, really good smoothies with collagen and great options for vegan, Paleo and other healthy stuff. But not so healthy that I cant bring my husband.
Goodonya Deli is a nice, little during work lunch place that offers a good selection of organic and vegan food. If you work in the close proximity and you do not want to drive, this is the best option.Theyve recently upped their prices and made changes to their menu. I typically get their Cobb salad and Im not a big fan of their changes. Its now goat cheese instead of blue cheese and their turkey is basically sliced deli meat. Add avocado and youre in for $12 for the salad. Before the changes and price hike, it was $10.
The breakfast burrito is awesome! I add bacon because everything is better with bacon. The burrito has fresh ingredients and doesnt get watery.
Cute little cafe. Good egg sandwich.
Best sandwich ever! I had the turkey so-cal and it was so fresh and flavorful. The veggie posole was okay, it was dry no broth whatsoever (Im used to the traditional posole which is soupy). Will definitely stop by again whenever I come to the area.
Love this place! quality food, super cozy ambient, friendly people and on top of all they support local farms, bakeries and other food businesses...
Great place for a quick lunch. They have a good selection of drinks.
This is a hard one for me. I really enjoy their breakfast items, but the staff has been consistently forgetful and inefficient. Its nice to have organic and healthy options at work, but almost every time I go here (even when I order ahead!) I regret it. One time, my order sat behind the counter while I waited out my already-short morning break. When I asked about my order, they sheepishly told me itd been sitting behind the counter the whole time. They didnt apologize. The last time I went there, they served up almost everyone that had been in line BEHIND us before they got to our orders. Lots of room for improvement, in my opinion.
Nice place. Kind of difficult to see the door.
My new favorite healthy restaurant for breakfast and lunch organic coffee coconut wraps and way more
Good coffee and healthy menu choices. Nice to have them close to the office.
Best place organic and green place ever!! I love it the staff is really friendly and the food is healthy and deliciouss !!!
The sandwich was good however the menu was a bit confusing cuz it was splattered all over different places and there was no one cohesive place to read the menu. I like that they had healthy sandwiches and meat the bacon was not nitrate-free which I would have liked but I got over it
They just cant seem to get it right! A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a soup, salad and coffee. The coffee and soup was awful and I had to throw it away. Today I order toast with butter which was burnt and cost $3.24 for two slices. Bad food...high prices...not a good combination.
Great food order online if you dont have time to wait a bit
The food takes awhile if you go during the lunch rush but its all really tasty. I like the smoothies and the albacore tuna sandwich.
Too expensive. Good food. But 150% of other organic places.
Had a great plain jane breakfeast burrito! And they serve breakfast all day, big win!
Awesome food that is made fresh!I will say it would be hard for just a passing by customer but for those who work in the area know of this hidden gem!
Ok, actually Ive only had one there.I find it interesting that they are green/use local sources as much as possible.Besides all that, the sandwich i had was really good, #8, roast beef with mushrooms on a ciabatta pannini. Wow, very yummy. Not a bad portion of meat, and it balanced well with the sandwich - i.e. I could taste all the flavors in the sandwich, which I think is a good mark of a well made sandwich. There were a ton of mushrooms and a good portion of cheese (which most delis try to skimp on). So all in all, a good portioned sandwich for the price ($7), which wasnt bad....though with chips and a drink, the meal will set you back about $10.Service was great, very friendly helpful staff, and fairly quick. Letting me even know that my sandwich was in the pannini press. The deli is located in a building complex, so finding it, and parking, the first time is a tad confusing, but not bad. They have a sign out on the sidewalk in the complex that helps in locating them. Check out the menu online before going, as the only menu I saw was posted on the door before going in.The place is very small inside, so dont expect to stay there, as there are only a few 2-person tables.
Great food and coffee
I was a little skeptical about this place at first, but after the delicious Boston style clam chowder, the ease of customizing my sandwich, the near 100% Eco environment, and friendly staff, Ill be back... a lot.
Hard to find in office park, little overpriced for my taste
Best coffee in San Diego and gluten free items, too.
Always friendly, and the food is always delicious!
Nice healthy options for lunch.
Good, and very fast service.
They have Vegan options, but it just isnt as good as I expected.
