Definitely not a traditional cookie. the texture and shape is interesting. Crunchy on the outside, very soft and moist on the inside. they don’t look too large but they’re very filling, 1 cookie is enough for 1 person. We had the doodle and the lady, both were flavorful.

Good luck choosing a cookie as they are all delicious. And if you are planning on sharing - dont!

Been seeing the cookies on social media and decided to swing by today and pick some up. They are as yummy as they look. I have a wicked sweet tooth and these cookies hit the spot! I loved the Wonder with butterscotch and dark chocolate morsels, coconut flakes and toasted walnuts! So good, I cant wait to get back around the holidays to try out some of their holiday treats. We got a box of 6 for $18 and for the size of cookie and taste they are well worth the cost! It is especially cool to walk in and the bakery baking your cookies fresh. And who doesnt love the smell of fresh baked cookies?

These are seriously the best cookies Ive ever had. My favorite is the sugar cookie by far. Its moist, doughy, and sweet with a surprising salty aftertaste that enhances the flavor. Every cookie Ive tried has the same salty feature, something I havent tasted anywhere else nor do I know how to replicate it. If youre still deciding whether to grab a box, drop what youre doing and get it. You wont be disappointed!

An absolute must to visit when in the Del Mar area. We got to meet the owner/head chef and she explained some of her processes and her start in making the best cookies in the nation.We had the classic and cocoa Wally. These cookies melt in your mouth and the chocolate is dry/bakes on the outside and absolutely gooey on the inside. You will not be let down.

BEST. COOKIES. EVER! No exaggeration, they are the incredible.I heard about Batch & Box and did my first order online a few months ago. Amazing!I was in San Diego yesterday and immediately had to go to their storefront to satisfy my craving. The store was clean, staff was friendly, and the cookies were fresh and mouthwatering delicious. Their Cool Lime Pie, tastes like summer... delicious!! Their store also had a fun wall you can take pictures at and numerous picnic benches in front to eat your cookie at and enjoy the weather. I packed home a dozen with me that will be gone as soon as I walk in the door.

Wow! The pumpkin special cookie for October is so freaking amazing. The pumpkin spices and oatmeal and center cream filling is just perfect. Yum!!

These are by far the best cookies ever! I really like the Pink Lemonade and Sugar Cookie, but thats all Ive ever tried. Definitely going to try all the flavors, and then hire a personal trainer.

As I was making my way to Handels, I saw people walk by carrying long boxes with the words Batch and Box. I knew immediately it was gourmet cookies and decided to give it a try. I couldnt help myself and got the dozen cookies which was a bit pricey but worth it. The cookies have very good consistency and all the flavors are unique. I love the fact that every bite I get the right ratio of dough and ingredients, and how the outer edges of the cookie is crispier and as you get to the center its a soft doughy cookie.

Probably one of my favorite cookie places in SD! the texture is exactly to my liking: crunchy on the outside and chewy/doughy on the inside. will be back 🥰

Great cookies! A bit overpriced but the whole experience is awesome!! We try all of then but the classic since they where out!Some of the are a little bit to sweet!The packing is like you are unpacking the new iPhone so nice and sophisticated!The flavors are so particular and creative!!Highly recommend all of them!The staff was really friendly and they can give you a cockie tour with the explanation of the cookies and the flavors! Bravo!

Updated...After writing this review, I was contacted by the owners and they rectified the situation and I would try them again for a larger group.I was these cookies are delicious. I was excited to have them at my husbands surprise birthday party with over 60 guests.The customer service however is horrible. Do not plan to use them for large parties.I placed and paid for the cookies weeks earlier with the manager, Amy and when my son went to pick them up so our guests could have hot and delcious cookies...he was told they couldnt find his order. He proceeded to call me, taking away from my guests as I had to look up emails, paid receipts and order numbers etc. After over 20 mins of this they finally found the order and my son was told he needed to wait an additional 20-30 mins. Ultimately the cookies were late, I was upset and several of my guests left.Amy the manager called the next day and offered nothing for compensation for all the stress etc.. we had to go through... I will not use them again!

I saw the lines and my daughter talked me into trying them. My god there delicious. The peanut butter cookie was incredible. They are addictive. Don’t miss out.

If I could give more than 5 stars i would give them 10... They have the best cookies, I highly suggest you get the 6 pack of cookies because you need to try them all..

The most addicting cookies ever. They are almost like mini cakes but they are soooo good! You can order online too to bypass the line and I like to throw them in the oven when I get home to get that fresh cookie smell and taste. I am not the biggest chocolate person, so I go with The Lady and never can get enough

This is THE place to go to for cookies in San Diego and quite possibly SoCal. I love that they are not just sweet. You can really taste the quality ingredients in the cookies.

Cookie was good but it was like $3.50. It sure wasn’t worth that. 6 cookies are $18. No idea why anyone would pay that much for 6 cookies but this is Carmel Valley.

I love them all. All the cookies are SO delicious. They pretty much melt in your mouth. I love their snickerdoodle and they are great to bring home, pop in the oven for a few and put ice cream over it. Seriously the best way to get your sweet fix.

Had these for the first time and holy cookie.... these things were absolutely frickin amazing!!!! Wish we had one in LA!!!

History books will one day say of 2020 that this was the year the art of cookie-making was finally mastered in a little shop in San Diego. Wow. I have a hard time picking a favorite, but their perfectly doughy chocolate chip and snickerdoodle seem to be the first ones I reach for when I open a box. Top-notch customer service and a great location complete the perfect cookie experience package.

We stopped by on opening day to try these cookies out, and I havent been able to stop talking about them since! A-MAZ-ING! We bought a box of 6, with the plan to make them last a few days. Fast forward a few hours and they were all gone.Just writing this review makes me want to go back and back some more. 11/10 would recommend! 👏🏼👏🏼

Its refreshing when you visit one of the very few businesses that are ran correctly. The service and cookies are excellent here, highly recommend.

These are THE BEST cookies in San Diego. You can tell they have done their research to create the perfect combination of crisp on the outside and chewy and soft in the center. And they’re warm when you get them. Cant recommend them enough! The Lady (white chocolate raspberry) is my family’s favorite.

I was so excited to finally try this place out. I went in on 3/12 purchased 6 cookies the place is super cute and employees were really nice... But I am disappointed the cookies were RAW. The inside of the cookies were really raw. I called to speak to someone on Saturday they told me that their cookies are meant to be chewy. But I told her I know the difference between chewy and raw and these cookies were raw. The shift supervisor said someone would call me about the problem and it is now 3/16 and nobody has called. I won’t be going backUpdate - after I wrote this review I received a phone call from batch&box unfortunately I missed their call. Left a vm to call them back.

I just had been there and got “The Lady” (White chocolate with raspberry) Cookie. The cookie was warm and it had a crispy outer and soft and chewy inner, sugar was apt and the cookie taste still lingers in the mouth. A bit overpriced but an excellent taste. Next time I would be happy to hear their cookie making process..

Cookies are delicious and HUGE!Took one star off because I ordered two boxes with special message sleeves (extra cost) plus asked for a special message to be included and they were not included. Its only $3, but it was still disappointing.

These cookies are unbelievable. My husband and I always crave a good cookie for dessert and there hasn’t been a descent one in town... until now! Every flavor is outstanding. The Lady (raspberry) takes the cake for us. And on top of that the location is ideal. A perfect place to bring friends and family, or girls night. Seriously can’t wait to go back. I crave them.

Someone brought a box of cookies as a treat for our family and they were fantastic! I am super picky and love chewy cookies. When I saw the large size I was worried but they are so deliciously baked to be ideally soft in the middle. I can’t wait to go back and support Batch & Box’s perfect operation.

Honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ever had!! They are SO delicious. I honestly think these are better than Levain in NYC. Highly recommend the snickerdoodle and ginger flavors. Pro tip: ask for icing on their original chocolate chip for extra deliciousness!!

I am Santa Chuck, after all of these years of eating every kind of cookie in the world, I stopped by Batch & Box for a quick snack. Ill never be the same. All of the cookies I get to eat on Christmas Eve will be great, but Meghanns are awesome!

Overpriced and under-flavored. Would not recommend, especially when you can get a cookie that tastes better for a fraction of the cost. The box was nice, so there’s that.

Amazing cookies! My kids go crazy for them. Also, they have a gluten free option (they seem aware of cross contamination and keep them separate from the others) which was killer.
