Never using Mrs.Fields again! Had a cake delivered to my friend for her birthday, cake was left outside apartment building. I figured when you place the individual’s phone number into the order that you are sending it to (as Mrs.Fields requests on their website), they would call, never called, so my friend never received the cake. I called to tell someone at Mrs.Fields, the woman rep told me it’s not their responsibility to call (why would this be any different from sending flowers). Then told me she was doing me a courtesy sending out a new cake. Then I told her this was ridiculous to not call the recipient, because how is my friend going to know there is a cake outside her apartment building... then the rep hung up on me. Horrible customer service, and overpriced. Surprised ruined for my friend. Do not use Mrs.Fields unless you want that special someone to NOT receive the expensive customized cake you ordered for your special someone.

I give this place double thumbs up. Ill return family next time. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

How could you not love Mrs. Fields cookies? I like to get Mrs.Fields cookies and then get some sort of dessert and mix it in. If Mrs. Fields served ice cream, theyd be even better. LOL
