Solid donut place! They have a huge selection of donuts as well as croissants and bagels. All of it looked great but I was in the mood for a donut. They’re a good thickness and airy as well. Perfect donut in my opinion. If you’re looking for something with lots of frosting this isn’t it because the donuts are so big you don’t get enough frosting for the whole donut, but if you’re like me and don’t like frosting it was perfect!Will be back to try the other stuff!

I really enjoyed these donuts. The iced coffee was ok. The strawberry and cream donut sandwich was really good. The strawberries were fresh and delicious. The blueberry and cream cheese croissant was pretty good. The strawberry crueller was decent.

I lived down the street from this shop for ages. I love their crullers, ham and cheese crossaints and the blueberry donuts. Everything is made fresh and with care. Nice local family business 👍.

I have been going to this place for years, and it never disappoints! This place is a local favorite of mine, and a hidden gem for all special occasions. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding! They truly work hard to bring any custom orders for desserts to life! I highly recommend this place for birthdays and other occasions but also for their amazing donuts and bagels that are offered daily.

So delicious!!!! So many options. Some really fun flavors. Definitely loved the fresh strawberries and cream and the mocha cream. All of them were tasty though. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The strawberry split and the French toast donut were excellent on the taste and presentation front. The French toast donut is made to order and the staff is really friendly. I cant think of any reason why you shouldnt come here if youre in the mood for donuts.

Im sure the donuts and pastries are fine, but I come here for the sanwiches. The sanwiches are big and delicious and theres a good variety. You can get croissant as a bread option. They come with pickles and dirty potato chips. This is the place for lunch.

This review is crazy LONG OVERDUE but I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I took advantage of Linda Loves amazing cake designing services for my daughters 1st birthday and it was PERFECT. Originally, Pre-COVID we had planned a more extensive spread of donuts, cakes and cookies but because of the shut-down we opted for a cake and zoom call party. Although it wasnt the party we had dreamed of, it was everything it could have been because of the amazing unicorn cake Linda Love designed. We are forever followers of her and her work and will return for more special occasions. Also noted: she was polite, fast and very easy to work with---did I mention she made the most amazing cake in the entire world too? Highly recommend!

This place has amazing donuts, better than the big named places nearby. They serve breakfast here too (like egg/ham/cheese bagels and stuff). My one complaint is that the coffee doesnt seem caffeinated enough, but thats less a complaint and more of a testament to my coffee addiction. So with that said, this place deserves 5 stars.

Apple fritters are the favorite for our family but everything is really delicious! We had super hero themed donuts for my 4 y/o birthday and were a huge hit! Looked really cool! Cookies, cake pops, strawberry crepe filled donuts, and regular glazed donuts. They’re light, fluffy and not too dense. Kind of between your Krispy Kreme and your Dunkin’ Donuts. So you know everyone is going to like them!

Lets talk about the main event here: yeast products. Their croissant is basically savory cake. The French crullers (the swirly ones) and the plain donuts are both traditional yeast donuts and super doughy. Nothing is over sweetened. Everything is consistently great including the coffee

Havent tried the donuts at all I go in for the cheese cake an strawberry glazed donut with whiped cream. An I have to say it is amazing an super delicious. Then keep it cold so it taste even better when its cold.

I ordered donuts and macarons for my daughters Birthday and these were incredible!! Originally I chose them because they had good reviews and a good price, but once I picked them up, I was blown away. Everything was delicious too! We had so many compliments from kids and adults.

Its a great place to grab breakfast and lunch. They also cater to events per request. Some of the most economic and tasty treats in all of the greater San Diego Area. Fresh bread made daily and with the utmost quality. The sandwiches are all really great with fresh ingredients served in generously sized portions, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Great place for donuts during the week, but you have to get there early on the weekend or they can run low. Their selection is limited to mainly what they carry in their enclosed cases which are few. This neighborhood donut shop caters to North Park and City Heights and is a solid fixture in the neighborhood area. The owners are kind to those who are homeless and thats one of the reasons I return again and again.

The only place I found in San Diego that still has French cruller donuts every day. Im sure there must be others, but I just havent found them. And, I found their donuts quite good

Finest Donuts of San Diego is centrally located in the City Heights area between the 15 and 805 freeways. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by the staff with smiles and conversation. Their menu was extensive with donuts, several gourmet coffee choices, and lunch items to choose from including sandwiches and other delicious on the go items. There were several comfortable seating areas for sipping on a tall cup of joe while enjoying some of the best donuts in town. It’s a popular destination for all your donut needs. My favorite feature was being able to use my debit card to make my purchase. I know this sounds odd or petty but the other donut shops within a two mile radius only take cash. Enjoy!

DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! We came to this place expecting delicious donuts (the name is very deceptive) but we were disappointed not only by the quality of the donut but the poor customer service and the up keep of the establishment. The windows and walls were visibly dusty and dirty. When it was our turn to order the woman behind the counter was rude, she told us to hurry up. When I asked questions she gave a short response and seemed very irritated to have customers. The donuts were cold and didn’t tasted any better than a typical donut, I’m not sure what the hype is over this place but it is not worth it.

These donuts really are the best in San Diego for freshness and flavor. Only Roses donuts beats them for variety of selection. They are a lower price than Roses and more delicious. They always give you free dont holes too.

And watch out, you start getting addicted to their iced coffee w/cream and sugar. And yes, they are the finest; luckily, theyre very close to (my) home :)

Definitely a jewel of a donut shop! When Im treating myself, I usually grab a bacon+egg+cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant; its made to order! The variety of donuts range from all your usual cake raised to some fun, unique specialty donuts (like m&m or fruity pebble) as well as a sliced glazed filled with strawberries & whipped cream... My fav. Yum! Note: the specialty selection changes daily & this place is busy as early as 5:30am. Your best best for a full selection is to come early, especially if its a holiday.

Re the Apple Fritter comment from another poster: If you think they suck I would love to sample the fritter youre used to since it must be amazing. I honestly havent tried many of the more mundane donuts since I absolutely love the cinnamon crumb cinnamon rolls and the apple fritters. Take a regular cinnamon roll, amazing in itself, and roll it in cinnamon crumb. I lack the words to describe the goodness. The apple fritter has just the right amount of icing, a slight crunch when you bite into them, and soft and light in the middle, everything an apple fritter is supposed to be. Friends and co-workers rave about the fritters. The coffee here isnt bad but if you want great coffee, go down the street to Claire de Lune. If you want great donuts, go to Finest Donuts of San Diego.

I have had a bit of a hard time of finding quality donuts after having moved to South Park. Problem solved!Really simple, classic donuts in a glass case just ready to go into a pink box.The only thing that is kind of a bummer if youre using a credit or debit card, no matter the value, its going to cost an extra $0.50. Not a huge deal, but Im not sure thats how much their processing fee is.

Maybe be the finest but not #organic or #glutenfree friendly.
