This place is so neat! It’s the perfect spot for gift ideas (and the actual gifts). It has everything you want but don’t necessarily need. The most notable section is the succulent plant DYI corner. They have various containers and pots, and you can choose your own plants as well as bedding color/material. You get to build the exact succulent display cluster of your dreams!

Awful customer service. Followed all the provided instructions to keep my beautiful plant alive and it died. The planter was quite expensive and I was told I could not replace the plants/planter (I needed to pay for them) or get store credit. Will never buy at this store again.

CLEAN WELL PRESENTED STORE ! My wife and I had a browse in here this morning soon after they opened. They have a nice childrens section and lots of great gift ideas around the store. Maybe next time !

I was gifted a plant subscription from Shop Pigment and they are the best. The plants are high quality and their customer service is fantastic!

I saw this shop on instagram. Definitely worth visiting. Many options of plants, containers. The aesthetic of the shop was very inviting.

I recently just placed another order with this company because i wanted to give this small business a second chance to make it right after the terrible shopping experience in July.Yet again, Pigment failed to meet the customers expectations. I ordered 11 items total for an event, emailed to follow up 12 days later and then 1 out of 11 items were shipped and the remaining 10 items are being collected for shipment. A few hours later, I received the email stating that the store doesnt have any string of hearts in stock or available.If I didnt follow up, my order would never get shipped or I wouldnt receive any response from Pigment for the out of stock items. So after 3 months, this company still hasnt improved. This is unacceptable, do better!

Horrible customer service. Do not go there is you had kids. Lady was mean and did not help us or the kids when we were making our own selection of three pots. She obviously did not want kids in there although we sat on the tables outdoors. Super expensive too for stuff you can get at other stores for third the price

Different, and thats not a bad thing. Primarily garden decor, pots, and plants, with some purses and other wearables for the plants caregivers. I found it to be overpriced, but I tend toward thriftiness, so I may not be a good judge.

The most prettiest plant/decor shop I have ever been too!! Im not from San Diego, but I finally flew over for a wedding and I went to Pigment right away. They helped me potting up some cacti and succulents as presents for my cousin.

PRETTY STORE ! My wife and I had just had lunch nearby and decided to check out this new store. We knew the North park location quite well from years ago but this one appears larger or maybe less cluttered. We had a lovely chat with sales assistant Kristen after buying a few cute items for our 2 little grand daughters. Im sure they will do well here !

Love his store. Pot your own succulent with cute mini pots and beautiful colors of sand or just shop. A little bit of everything.
