Their manager here, Scooter, hung up on me twice.I asked him about storing the water bottles in the heat (plastic leaks into water), and he said there is no other place for him to put them. He also said no other people have had problems with this, other businesses do this, and he needs to make as much money as possible.The manager is not friendly, professional, or respectful. I wasnt able to finish a sentence before he spoke over me and when I did get a chance to speak, he hung up on me.I was very respectful throughout the entire process of asking questions, asking for a solution, and the number to corporate.Unfortunately, I will not support a business that does not care about their consumers and that allows a manager to stay in a position that displays disrespectful customer service.

Spice grinders, and some locations have sushi rolls and baked chicken! Cant go wrong.

It great but they are losing their flat carts and thats not good for business and Smart & final isnt getting them new ones and that makes it hard for everybody

This is my favorite grocery store in San Diego.The staff is very relaxed and friendly. Its never crowded, there is rarely a line and the prices are great. Seriously every time I leave I think how much I love this store.

Great Greens and Wonderful meat selection. Fruits are better than COSTCO.

Great price! Plenty of sellections. They now have sushi made fresh and it was not bad. I got spicy tuna for $5+. Great after shopping snack! They also have great Asian selections. This is where I buy my spring roll wrap, wonton wrap, Vietnamese sweet and spicy sauce and char siu powder for a lower price.

Low on fresh vegetables 🤣 but they are handling the pandemic just great!!!

I stood by the bathrooms for 10 minutes. I went looking for an employee in every aisle. I needed the bathroom. I asked at the register and was told they were both out of service. Put up a sign then!

I planned to have some groceries for my one-week vacation this morning, which is why I went to a certain grocery store. At this moment, I realized that I was lucky enough to visit that shop today.

Cheap prices, no membership needed, and good variety of products. Every cashier Ive interacted with has been pleasant. I wish they had some more exotic produce but I can live without shallots and beets or just go somewhere else for that stuff, they have all the basics.

All my shopping needs at one store with a very helpful staff. The only downside at this Point Loma location is the small parking lot.

The store was smaller than the usual ones but everything very easy to find along with been very clean . Also great customer service. The interior cleanliness of the store like floors, restrooms, immaculate and that makes me a highly satisfied customer. The ease of shopping throughout the store like racks being organized by size, aisles were easy to shop. The friendliness of the employees on point and ready to help you find an item or answer questions. The speed of the checkout was excellent.

Today we visit this store for the first time and when walking towards the register to pay my daughter slipped because the store is very filthy and ofcourse there was liquid soap on the floor. I told the person who was on the register and he didnt say anything very rude. I told him to send someone to clean and he ignored me. No one came to check on my daughter to see if she was fine felt so discriminated and offended. Never going back to that store. Worst customer service!

Even when lines are long, employees move quickly and get you out of there quickly. A+ job, guys

I love the prices and varieties of items

The store is clean and wearing a mask is required. Everything was nicely stocked. At check out you observe 6 feet distancing. The staff is very friendly.

Their prices, for the most part are low low. Big selection and clean. Friendly cashiers and checkers/workers. Compared to where I used to shop, prices are much lower. Parking and the best time to shop for me is around 9:00 P.M.. Parking, and a bathroom inside for customers.

Well stocked. Good variety. Today I bought a whole case of fresh plum tomatoes for $4.70. 5 pounds! And several other really good deals as well such as avocados for $0.60 each and some glass storage containers with nice lids. Plus the staff is very helpful.

Love Smart N Final. Know that this one is mainly for restaurant/retail owners. So produce, fine cheeses, and beer selection is low. But it doesnt matter. Youre near Barons with the best and cheapest produce as well as cheeses and beer in the county. One horrible employee/manager. Think her name is Tamara or such at Smart N Final.

It’s a smaller store and an older one. Parking is kind of tight. They had a few things on clearance.

Smart & Final has some really good selections, from craft beers to specialty cheese trays. There are always weekly specials with no coupons or membership needed. Plus you dont have to buy in big box store sized portions.

I shopped the add for sale items and was happy with the products as advertised. The staff very helpful and the cashier very pleasant. Parking was adequate with near shopping carts. A+

If you dont have a Costco membership this is your place. No membership required and cheaper than most grocery store prices, plus you dont have to buy in bulk. There are certain items I get at Smart & Final so I just go once a month and load up.

The cashier was very efficient and polite.

It is always fast and easy at Smart & Final no matter how much stuff you have or how long the line is. As soon as they notice the line is long they open a new register. If you want savings without the line and club card this is the place to go.

Smart & Final is my favorite grocery store for 3 reasons -1) They carry only the highest quality foods.2) They have the best prices.3) They have great customer service by very friendly employees.I am glad they are in my Point Loma neighborhood.

I feel guilty revealing this hidden gem. Always on point, well stocked, and most importantly very friendly.

The store has everything . Just is not enough parking space, and not enough cashiers ... But still are good prices.

Have largely switched to Food-4-Less since prices at Smart and Final seem to increase with every visit. Paper products from here are about all I shop for these days at Smart and Final.

Had everything I needed

Only inexpensive when buying very large amounts of each item. If buying single items even if many of them they are as expensive as regular supermarkets.

Although I was disappointed because this location didnt have the half-gallon fruit punch Gatorade, I was happy to find a lower price for cold cereal and 2-liter soda bottles.
