This store has continously underserved its local customers by understaffing the hearing aid department. Only one booth and one overworked audiologist has been this way for years. This has driven me to use other stores for my needs as they are properly staffed. Poor guy who works here is always helpful but is constantly forced to apologize for not being able to clean my hearing aids whereas with other stores I can walk in, drop off my aids and shop while they are being cleaned. Appointments are also backed up. Its been this way for at least 10 years and Costco needs to fix this for its customers.

The most wonderful place I have not seen, wholesale prices and a multiplicity of products, all that comes to your mind you will find here, its only flaw you need to pay 60 dollars in order to have a membership and can buy from it.I recommend visiting him and obtaining a membership card for those who will stay for more than 4 months
