In town for a wedding and my left hearing aid stopped working. Was immediately able to get an appointment Very friendly and competent staff as well as owner/audiologist. Fixed hearing aid at no cost, and sent me home with parts, saying first appointment is always free! I felt well taken care of here.

Ive had very difficult issues with my hearing for the past 8 years. The care and service Ive received from many ENTs and audiologists has only been fair. Somehow I felt that I deserved better, so I launched a search to find the provider who could take care of my needs in every way. Extremely happy to say that Ive found Dr. Linda Oliver. After just a few visits, I knew that Id found my needle in a haystack. Her knowledge, empathy, patience and complete care is truly fantastic. I have been coming to these guys for 4 years now. They are always engaging, friendly and welcoming. Christina the receptionist is an Angel! The Doctor is amazing and super smart. She always takes the time with me to make sure everything is perfect. They even make the hearing tests fun. And they just added another hearing aid test booth so as to accommodate their clients more efficiently! AND they have chocolate chip cookies out, whenever it is safe to do so again. Don’t look any further, just go see them and you won’t be disappointed I promise! Thanks guys!!!

This is a wonderful audiology practice. I called on Christmas eve to have my hearing aid checked and was promptly seen and helped, all within COVID 19 guidelines. My hearing aid required cleaning and I now know exactly how to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend this practice if you need help with your hearing aids. I will definitely go there again for my hearing needs.

From the onset, Dr. Linda Olivers passion for audiometry was evident, complemented by caring and professional staff. Im convinced that my new hearing is as good as it can be. Cant speak highly enough of this facility. We were spending our winter in San Diego (from Minnesota) and I ran into a problem with one of my hearing aids. I called for an appointment late in the afternoon, explained the malfunction and concern. I was booked immediately the following morning! Dr. Oliver spent time with me in consultation, procedure and explanation afterwards. She did not rush me. She was completely thorough and informative. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company and their accessibility and care! If anything pops up again while we are in San Diego, this is the #1 facility I will go to and recommend highly!
