MY BEST EVER BUYING EXPERIENCE. Isaac and the team are just wonderful. No pressure. I felt like I was just hanging out with friends. They did everything they could to make it easier for me including getting a good deal on financing. I recommend highly.
Triumph San Diego is simply the best. Isaac and Jeff are absolutely fantastic. Top notch customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and passion for motorcycles. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. They found my dream bike, secured financing, and delivery in no time. There was no issues, headaches, or hassles. The entire process was quick and easy. They installed S&S pipes and bar end mirrors for me as well. It was a fantastic experience.I will only do business with them for all my motorcycling needs.
Purchased my new Royal Enfield here. Jeff, Isaac, and the rest of the team were super welcoming and helpful. The customer service is world class and made the process of getting a new bike that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting a Triumph or Royal Enfield.
This place is the best, I wanna shout Jeff and Danny. Jeff worked with me even when I got my application denied the first two times and than I finally got approved. He made the buying process super easy, simple, efficient. I loved his sales attitude and you can just tell he’s a humble person that really wants to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your bike.Danny was super amazing, within having my bike for 4 days I had a engine sensor go off and he was able to see me right away. Sadly I had a faulty sensor but danny was very quick to get the part and fix my bike right away even while being short staff.I def recommend this place!!
Really good service! I have 2 bikes from there. Jeff is the best
Great job servicing my tiger, and done way early. 😃👍
Great service, Danny, great bikes!
Got my Street Twin here in January. Good service. Good people. Love my new bike!
What a great staff. Isaac and Jeff were awesome to work with. First time in the store. Now I am a new first time Triumph owner. Very warm, friendly environment. They stayed late to get me taken care of. Jeff has already followed up with me twice. I couldnt be happier with my new ride. I just cant stop smiling. Only down side is I see a lot of my paycheck going towards goodies for the bike in my near future.. Sorry kids no Christmas for you. The Scrambler is the new favorite child!
Thief, dishonest, as greedy as they come. Mediocrity is king in that place, while attitud is their flag. Please take your business somewhere else.
Updated Nov 10thRequested info for a test ride. Provided contact info and exactly which make and model I was interested in. Have not heard back in 4 days. Will update review if they end up becoming more helpful.UPDATE FROM 1 STAR: After resubmitting my request on their website and hearing nothing again, I emailed their sales team and got an much more immediate response. It doesnt seem like the Contact Us section of their website is monitored, so I recommend direct email or phone call to get a hold of them.I also visited the store and was able to test ride a motorcycle similar to the one I am interested in (the one I want isnt in stock). The staff were helpful and accommodating in person, and the guy I worked with said he would contact their rep to get the bike I want so I could test ride it before I buy.Much better experience this time around!
I had a recall for my motorcycle. They were so nice and pleasant to work with. I ended up doing a complete service there. I can tell these are an honest group of people.
They are so rude here it’s unbelievable
The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with!
[updated] 08.29.2020I was initially referred here by Rafael at GP Motorcycles (who is awesome by the way) and initially spoke with Jeff, the Sales Manager at TRIUMPH SAN DIEGO). Came in to check out the Tiger series. Isaac was the rep that helped me on-site, once settled on the 900 series they were kind enough to let me take a quick test ride (which is a luxury because most dealers do not, especially on a brand new bike). In pinning down the specifics, found out that unfortunately they didnt have the color or version I was heart-set on (to be fair no one did at the time). Jeff stayed in touch with me and managed to order what is probably the last one to be had for the year (Tiger 900 GT LOW Black). It took an extra long time to come in due to covid-19 (6 weeks).... during the wait I started to consider going with a less expensive street bike rather than committing to the high-end tour style, Jeff was kind enough to let me check out what they had in stock and try another test ride (truly appreciated) ended up really liking the Street Triple. In the end I finally got the Tiger 900, Jeff and the team are all professionals and focused on building relationships with their customers. Ive recommended several people to come here since. Will note Danny and the service department team are all amazing as well. This is a legit shop that does things right.Keep in mind all dealerships that sell new vehicles have fees, Triumph SD is up front about theirs and are competitive on their new vehicles.
I enjoy Rocket motorcycles because they are honest and take care of their customers. They listen and ensure you’re back on the road quick fast and in a hurry. Service, parts, sales all A+ customer service. All of the staff set the bar high for customer satisfaction. Seriously, from purchasing to just getting me back on the road rocket motorcycles surpassed my customer service expectations. They even listened to my B***ing and complaining, all while remaining professional.Last visit I got a free T-shirt! Whats not to like?! Rocket motorcycles will be where my Tigers800xcx gets services as long as Im a local.
Great service experience today. I just needed a tire mounted and they were able to get me on the road real quick. I enjoyed the showroom and helpful sales staff who arent pushy. 5 stars! The new Street Scrambler sure looks fun. :-)Id like to thank the owner (Paul) who is just awesome. I had a difficult service issue in the past and he runs a first class operation. They always strive to keep all of the customers happy!
Good, and reliable motorcycles. Staff friendly but not to pushy. Always ready to answer any questions you may have about what they have in stock and more.
This place is super awesome! The service has been professional, and the prices they charge are at market (and if you happen to ride a bike they specialize in, youd be an idiot to take it elsewhere). Please dont view them as dealership (and all the negative feelings associated with that word), view them as a local shop that happens to sell super cool motorcycles (Im a little triumph biased :P)!Seriously, this is the first time Ive ever engaged with a dealership, and left happy. Thanks again!
I was here on 3/16/2019 for a Triumph Demo day. They had several bikes you could demo ride. They had a friendly, helpful, no pressure staff with a great selection of bikes. Prices seemed reasonable for the models available. I dont think Triumph bikes are a good fit for me personally. But I think they looks great. I would recommend checking this place out if you are shopping for a motorcycle and especially if you are looking for a Triumph.
Love, love, love this place!! Jeff, Chris, and Lance are all super helpful and respectful. We left with more than we planned to buy- not because there was any pressure to buy, but because we thoroughly enjoy doing business here with amazing deals. Will definitely be back!
Informative on available product
Awesome experience. I live three hours away and saw a bike I was interested in. A quick email and call was all it took to reserve the bike. Made the drive and Isaac and Jeff made the process very simple and the service crew even helped me load it on the back of the truck. Great service and they were very nice people. Id definitely recommend buying a bike from these guys...made the six hour round trip worth it!
This was the best dealership I have worked with to purchase a new/used motorcycle for over a decade. I viewed a motorcycle they were advertising through a 3rd party website and asked questions, i.e. what would be the out-the-door price, do you allow test drives, were there other interested parties. All my questions were answered first thing and it was none of the I am glad youre interested, why dont you give me a call so I can tell you about the bike and get your information so I can continue harassing you while you make a decision. There was none of it. Chris answered my questions and I was in there site a couple days later. I stopped by to ask questions and get more information, since I always want to ask too many questions and the staff was knowledgeable and very inviting. You may have to wait a minute or two to speak with someone but it will be worth it. They are one of the smallest shops I have been to and are customer oriented.Isaac, who typically works parts (I presume), answered all my questions in store and helped me secure the motorcycle until I could test ride it. I came in 3 days later, test rode the motorcycle and walked out the door happy. Jeff, was very knowledgeable in the sales process and moved through that process smoothly. He did not burden me with warranties but simply asked and explained what each one did, it made the prices of choosing a warranty simple and pain free. The staff checked back with me a couple days later to verify I was enjoying the motorcycle and reassured me that they were there to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Hands down, best customer service and customer oriented experience I have ever had from a motorcycle dealership or any auto dealership.Ill be looking for another bike here before I look somewhere else in the future.
Recently bought a Street Twin from here. The staff here are excellent. Had great experience overall for my first new bike purchase. Thanks again!
Knowledgeable friendly folks from sales to parts to service. Special thanks to Danny for great service and advice for my Bonneville. Highly recommended!! Best in the business!
Needed some advice on few different topics and let me just say.... Danny is the guy to talk to! He got me to who I needed to order parts and just over all took care of me. He is indeed the asst. service manager but the attention to detail he spent with me on such a small deal was impressive. I never felt pressured to get my bike serviced or anything like that. Just genuine wanted me to have a great exp and I did! Thanks Danny!
They had the best price on a new Zero motorcycle and were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Sales people were not pushy. They were very informative. They had some beautiful Moto bikes there. Looking forward to buying from them
This isnt some Harley dealership where you get pressured from the minute you walk in to open your wallet. These guys love these bikes and you can tell. Whether youre buying a bike or a part, youll be treated like a person, not a number. Partnering with rocket seems to have worked out very well for them. EVERYONE there is awesome.
Nice Folks!
Currently Triumph LT. Third bike from these folks. Personable, helpful, knowledgeable. Merging with other dealerships, I understand. Able to incorporate and renew services that evaporated when previous owner passed on. Righteous dude that impacted customers greatly.
If you own a triumph or are looking to get one, Triumph SD is the place to go. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable, they have helped me with parts and service. Id also like to give a Tim in the service department a shout out for the awesome customer service he has given me. He has personally checked my bike out when Ive had concerns or issues when all other technicians were busy. I felt that he has gone the extra mile to ensure that my bike was well taken care of. All of my services have been attended on time and they are fast.
After being garaged for over a year, my Street Triple R was in need of some general service and a check-up. The guys here at Triumph SD were all very professional and very helpfull. Danny (in Service) was the main person w/whom I interacted. He recommended some new tires (to replace my still original tires of 5-6 years) as well as talked through the details of the other items I was looking to get done (overall check-up, oil/filter and brake fluid change). He and Dan (Technician) also helped get the suspension adjusted to better suit my weight (rides MUCH better now). While I did not interact w/Dan all that much (outside of the supension adjustments), he did a great job on the overall service of my bike.On a previous day, Lance (in Parts) hooked me up w/a new battery.. and on a previous previous day (my first visit), Jeff (in Sales) helped show me the Zero bikes.Overall, my first, second, and third visits were all great. Thanks guys! :-)
Best dealership that my wife and I have ever dealt with. Everyone is super helpful and they really know their stuff. Lots of awesome bikes in stock too.
If u want to get tour Triumph repaired right, the first time, this is the place. Loads of experience in repair. Showroom is full of very cool bikes.
Great customer service. The sales people are honest and direct, they wont give you the common sales man runaround.
Awesome experience! Jeff was informative and fun to talk to, with an obvious love of triumph and zeros too. This place is special.
Fast service. Took my speedy in for some work. They updated the map at no extra charge!
Trophy is great! I drive from north county to have my bike serviced here or to buy whatever accessories I need. Friendly service, knowledgeable, and fair prices.
Very expensive.Nice supply of motorcycles on hand but the labor and parts run high. They will assist in financing but are tough to bargain with.Located in a easy to get to place..
Great service department 👍36$ to adjust the chain
Great bunch of guys and they go great work as well. I trust them always with my speed triple
This is a great motorcycle shop! The service and the staff are attentive, helpful and honest.
Very clean and well kept. Owner very proud of his inventory $$$
Small dealership. Excellent bunch of guys
Originally was concerned with new ownership as rocket was grade A+. Fortunately San Diego triumph continues with the great legacy..
I wouldnt buy a bike from anyone else in San Diego. These guys are the best. Mark is looking down proudly.
Nice staff! Isaac and Tim are great! Great sales staff as well!
Outstanding service from Danny and Tim.
Very helpful. I talked to Tim and he got my bike back up in working order. He was very thorough about checking everything and Im thankful for it.
Great sales staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. With the Service Department which I have not had an opportunity to visit after the initial purchase.
I have been purchasing Triumph motorcycles, parts, and service for years and by far the best place to go in San Diego or surrounding area, everyone here is awesome, the evolution of Rocket Motorcycles is alive and well, and striving, incredible selection of bikes and parts
Thanks for the firmware update on my zero and the quick shock adjustment.
Recently remodeled, so many more bikes on the floor, and a whole new attitude from this dealership. if i were to buy a triumph it would be from here, hands down no matter what.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Zero pressure whether your buying a bike, bike stuff, or getting service. I wont go anywhere else in San Diego!
Friendly sales folks, and no nonsense pricing. Great place to buy a bike
Great people to work with and are super accommodating
Great guys and service! They also have some really beautiful bikes for sale.
I heard how great this place was so I brought my bike in for service. I got the front brakes done on my sprint. When I pick the bike up I looked it over to see the work they had done. I noticed that the brake rotors had not been cleaned for my new brake pads.87.00$ labor 79.99 for pads 6.40 tax comes out to 173.39Not even halfway home while driving the bike gently so that the brakes can seat in. They start to squeal. I call the shop but they are closing for the weekend. When I bring it in I explained what I noticed and thought it was a little strange that there was no evidence of the rotors being cleaned. Instantly the mechanic Im talking to starts to talk down to me like I dont know anything. He says he did the work on my bike and that thats not the case. Then says theres a few things we might be able to do. When Im there I can feel the tension between me and mechanic. There was no sense of Hey well take care of you dont worry about this. It was more like ohh its this guy. I dont know what they did cuz he wont explain it just says theres a couple of tricks we can try. After all that the brakes where only quiet for one day. Ive never had these problems when Ive done my own brakes and thats what Im going to do from now on. It was a huge waste of time and money
Awesome place if love Motorcycles! Friendly staff! Bravo Zulu!
Formerly RocketNew owners, same great techs. Best dealer prices around.
Not only the only game.in town for Triumph. But theyre good people.
Cool place, cool people!
Great team and do very professional work.
Went for a Zero motorcycle demo ride. Electric bikes are impressive!
Excellent customer service and very clean and orderly shop
Amazing costumer service! They have an water desire to get to know you and help in whatever way they can
I found this shop by accident. Was wandering my way from Rosecrans to Morena when I saw vintage bikes parked in rows neatly in front of a garage- so I stopped in for a chat. Isaac and I chatted for a bit while I parused his shop and looked at the bikes he had staged for service. Overall the impression he left on me convinced me to trust my bike in his care for a suspension upgrade and some detail work I have been wanting to do, but had planned on waiting till winter to get done. I went back the next day to discuss the work I wanted, he agreed to the work and then I dropped off the bike. I wasnt in a hurry to get the bike back, so I asked him to take his time. He called me a few days later to provide a Progress report some feedback on a tire question I had. And then called again when the bike was done and ready for pickup.I like this shop. The staff are honest guys, working for a living and doing the work that they love. Isaac called me when he said he would, delivered the services he said he would, made solid recommendations, and handed my bike back to me with a smile and confidence in his work product. In todays world of exaggerated marketing schemes and typical sales staff using words like epic or life-changing, it was awesome to talk to people who werent trying to overinflate their product or service. They let the product and service sell itself- and it does.I recommend this shop to people who pay attention to detail and want things done right the first time.FIVE STARSthanks guys,DS
I stopped by to look at the new Triumphs. I spoke to a salesperson named Chris who took a full minute to act unprofessional and correct the way I pronounced Bonneville . He made me feel stupid and embarrassed. I took my $15K in cash down to the Moto Guzzi dealer that had treated me right earlier.
Nice guys! They know their stuff
I bought a new Thruxton R from these guys. I did so with major trepidation. Back in the 60s, I bought a new Bonneville that turned out tbe the worst motorcycle Ive ever owned. That bike was a complete pile of junk. I swore Id never buy a British motorcycle again. I stopped by Rocket to look around one day, and I was impressed. Not only were the people great to talk to, but the place had the feel of a real motorcycle shop.So when Triumph announced the Thruxton R, I fell in love at first sight. There was never any question as the where Id buy, and Im happy I did. A few weeks into new ownership, I tipped the bike over in my driveway. The only damage was a broken mirror and a snapped off brake lever. I went to Rocket to order a new one, and to my delight, they took one off a bike on the showroom floor for me! 99% of dealers would make me wait to receive an ordered part. Not these guys. They have my respect and admiration. As an aside, my new Thruxton is turning out to be the best motorcycle Ive ever owned. Thanks, Rocket.
Great place
I buy zero electric motorcycle parts, great pricing and service. the shop of the future.
Decent selection, primarily Bonneville line...
Friendly staff. Great bikes. Financing is cheap.
Small local Triumph store. Extremely helpful staff, knowledgeable.
Fantastic staff and service!
Always the best
I went here and was about to buy a motorcycle and then they told me it was already sold, which was a lie because it was obvious they didnt want to sell me the bike for some odd reason. It wasnt Jeffs fault, but some old tall Asian guy.
Awesome place and folks
I drive over an hour to bring my Norton to Trophy. If you have a vintage brit bike this is the place to take it.
If you are a fan of Triumph! This is for you.
Its Disney Land for triumph lovers
