They followed up every time we made an inquiry. And ultimately their units had the best value. I would definitely recommend going to Sorrento Valley and checking out the units there, you will not be disappointed. Their units are concrete and steel and stay cool.

Since 10 years that I am at US, went to several self storage, but ended here with 3 storages. The place is super clean, the stuff is Greg, Michael and 3rd persons a young lady that l did not had the opportunity to know her name, are very professionals but also very helpful and vigilante. Dont know much about the price .because. the first and last one were promotions, and honestly the middle one cant remember. Remark If it was excessively expensive l would remember. You have lots of choice of different square footage which is very practical.

This was a first time experience for me to find a storage unit and I was definitely very concerned about finding a storage unit that was in a facility that was secure and clean. Greg and Michael’s customer service was excellent as they were wonderful to work with and did everything they could to help me find an appropriate unit to meet my needs. They put me at ease, and really listened to me to help me find the storage unit that would be best for me. I never felt rushed to make a decision and they were extremely patient with answering my multitude of questions! They were kind enough to pro-rate and refund me payment as I moved out of my unit a few days into next cycle. They didnt have to do that but they did. Just renting a unit here and the facilities appear to be in top shape, very clean and well maintained. My unit is in good shape and came clean with cold ac (internal storage unit) and a working light. The parking lot is also well paved (important on a hill) and appears very clean as well
