Had a good experience here. booked a uhaul, got the truck, did my thing and brought it back. i didnt use a few of the items i rented, but sam made sure it was taken care of for me. shoutout to her!
I had quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life from this location. We reserved 2 U-Boxes from this location and when they arrived on Friday, one of them was broken and the door wouldn’t shut or lock. We couldn’t get anyone to answer their phone and couldn’t have anyone come fix the door so we had to leave our things in a parking lot overnight in a ubox that wasn’t locked. I was able to call at 7am when they opened the next day only to find out that the pick up date we arranged for was a day that the store was closed and they wouldn’t pick up the boxes on our requested day (a Sunday). On the same phone call, I made an arrangement with Allison to have someone come and fix the door and take away the ubox that day. Of course this meant that we had to finish packing our ubox in a rush and when someone came around around 2pm, they weren’t told that the door was broken and didn’t have tools to fix it! What an extreme lack of communication. I called the office and was GUARANTEED that someone would come later that day (Saturday) to pick up fix and pick up our boxes. 6pm came around and no one showed up to fix or take away the full uboxes and when I called the office again, I spoke to someone named Annie who said she didn’t see any issues or pickups listed in our notes and that they sent all of the workers home already and no one would be coming to fix my box or take it away. We were planning on diving away the following morning, so I’m sure you can understand how we were very upset that because they don’t pick up on sundays and they sent everyone home early on Saturday that no one would be able to come and fix the door or pick up our boxes by Monday when we were leaving Sunday! It was a mess! We ended driving to the office ourselves and met staff in person who were able to get us the phone number of Travis who is the regional manager as well as the locations manager, Kayla who I was told was going to call me back with a way to correct the issue by closing that day. Of course, we don’t get a call back from Kayla and she isn’t answering my calls or returning my voicemails but I got through to Travis who told me he was going to dispatch someone to our uboxes the following morning to help us. Well now our travel plans are delayed and when someone shows up the next morning, THEY DIDNT KNOW THE DOOR WAS BROKEN!!! Of course terrible communication and fortunately I was able to get a hold of Travis again and he was never told about the broken door which ultimately comes down to a colossal failure on Kaylas end. So we have to wait an additional hour for the driver to go back, get the tools, return to fix the door and take away our uboxes. Honestly I don’t know if our ubox is going to end up at our locations and I really wish we went a different route with another company, but by the time we had these issues it was too late and we were delayed enough as it is! I did get a phone call back from Kayla almost a week later offering my a $50 refund which is a joke! Kayla should be fired for this and I’m thankful for Ron and the lady at the front desk of the office for helping us out because without getting Travis’ number, our things could’ve been stolen or worse. I don’t recommend this location and honestly I won’t be giving U-Haul another penny in my entire life. It’s a company I don’t trust and I really hope our things arrive at our location in one piece.

One word perfectly describes this location: Incompetence.Its hard to know where to begin. The staff seems totally lost. They accidently canceled our Ubox order, assured us that it would still ship and arrive on time, and then promptly forgot to ship it. Our ubox is now several days late, and it appears that it will be several more days - or even weeks - late. Ive tried calling the office, including the manager, but all my calls have been either ineptly handled or, in the case of the manager, never returned.I dont expect a lot from uhaul. I get it. Its a minimum wage job, reserved for people who can only get...minimum wage jobs. Ive never felt that uhaul had good (or even passable) customer service. I still use them because...better the evil you know, right? But this location takes the cake. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.
The Branch Manager, Kayla, is awesome. She has gone above and beyond to assist us with our U-boxes. There was a scheduling SNAFU in the beginning and she handled it with professionalism and care. KUDOS to the complete staff and drivers.
The manager was the most awesome person ever! She was such a pleasure to deal with during such a stressful time. Ill only come here for all my moving and portable storage needs from now on!
Girls at front desk are absolutely the most pleasant. Super smart problem solvers. I rented a truck and was late getting back. No one was angry. Just communicate. Be nice to them and they will help you. I saw too many people come in and were just A-hokes to them but they always had a smile. Wow!!! Thank you
This location was off the trail a little bit, but made up for that by not being busy at all. Fastest service Ive ever had with U-haul. Thanks, Jim! For delivery on semi truck with trailer its very tight place to park. Keep in your mind. Be side that people very friendly, hard workers, unloading and loading take about 5-15 minutes. 3 Stars due the space for delivery and backup.
This place is the WORST. Do not use U-haul here.We ordered their boxes for delivery and storage. On day 5 of them not showing up to deliver the boxes. Costing our family now over $1000 in extra fees.They act like your moving date is not a big deal. When pods were canceled on Friday. Fine. I kind of understood mistakes happen. Still cost us over a thousand dollars to stop the move. That was on a friday. The following Monday pods were again to be delivered. Oops. No. They were busy and it wasn’t on their order. I have the reference number. Now 5 days after they first did not show up we are forced to hire movers fast. I am filing with the BBB. My card was charged and it’s “you have to call this office is another state for that “.Do NOT use them.Also, all of this after I beloved they got rid of the bed bugs in the pods. Sure.Actually i would rather deal with bed bugs than the customer service i received there. Really horrible.Try for yourself. May be great if you have NO issues.
Great service and sound advice from the staff here. Their showroom had all the packing materials I needed. Rental equipment was available.
U-Haul should just scrap this location and start over with new, competent staff. In addition to being hung up on when I asked for the rude guys name (Fabian, by the way) I’ve heard two different stories on whether or not their delivery truck is actually broken and still haven’t confirmed if my boxes are actually there or not— at this point 7 days late. So much for a “shipping guarantee.”Penkse is looking well worth the money.

Internet was down at the store. 5 stars for the staff working through it, 1 star for uhaul taking over an hour to get to us with only 2ppl in front of us, only 1 person working the front desk...
If you dont want to have your entire family almost killed when one of the tires blow out on the freeway, and then be stuck on the freeway for 2 hours awaiting assistance, dont trust them to check the tires of your trailer. Check the tire sidewalls to see if theyre white. Oh, and check the trailer connection because that might be jacked up too.
