This is a large very light and airy room with lots of space, so wheelchair access is available.Paul the owner, is a lovely man and nothing is too much trouble.There are a great many objects to choose from and everything is free, you only pay for what you have chosen to paint.There are refreshments and, I have to say, the milkshakes are delicious.There is also coke floats, also delicious.There is also coffee, cold drinks and a choice of cakes.I took my 12 year old nephew with my partner and we all had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.I hugely recommend it.

It was my first time visiting here to do pottery painting, the man who works there (or maybe owner) was very helpful and told us how it all worked and gave us painting tips. There are lots of different things you can choose to paint and lots of paints available. We easily spent a few hours here, I really enjoyed it. The music they played was good too! I will definitely visit again.

Really great place to release your inner artist 😊 young children really enjoy it and can take a break in the cosy corner with books, toys and games. Great choice of drinks, snacks and plenty of cake.

I came in with my 2 nephews for the first time to do pottery painting and I am totally shocked. They had a lot more options to paint than I thought they would. The owner is really friendly. He gave very clear instructions to the kids and was patient with them. Nothing was too much trouble. The customer service is some of the best I have seen in a long time. I will definitely be back. Couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

Love this place, the staff are wonderful. We had a little hiccup with booking but the staff quickly rectified the issue and went above and beyond. Lots of fun for the whole family.

A great time painting pottery was had by both children and adults. Reasonable prices, tea and coffee etc available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great little spot for more creative fun with the children - especially on those rainy days. Lovely clean and bright environment. And access is very good with a free car park immediately adjacent.

Very nice place, my kids enjoyed it and so did I, its quite therapeutic painting a little china animal for a couple of hours. The place is friendly and welcoming and they explained how the paint/glaze works very clearly.

Held my daughters 7th birthday party here and she and her friends loved it! Great experience and great hosting.

My son attended a childs party. Very organised staff. Beautiful decorations. Staff had full control at all times and children very happy. Everything explained really well to the children. Lots of choices at different prices. Party food was lovely and well presented. A great alternative childrens party.

Was able to make anything I wanted to do so at a very reasonable price and tea was lovely.

Great craft experience for all the family. Reasonably priced and friendly and experienced staff. Well worth a visit with free parking and lots to do.

Recently took 16 Beaver Scouts and 8 leaders for an evenings pottery painting. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be returning

This is an amazing little independent pottery painting shop! would totally recommend as a nice day out or to throw birthday parties here, as I have had one myself here and it was so good.

Held our daughters 9th Birthday party. Absolutely beautiful. Loads of pieces to choose from. Plenty of nice finger food and the squash kept on flowing. Very helpful friendly staff. Would recommend and use again.

The place itself is lovely. Bright and airy with modern furniture a comfi sofa in one corner. Ample tables and chairs. The idea of the business is amazing in my opinion and different and painting is very relaxing and enjoyable. In my honest opinion what lets it down is the staff. It was my first visit with my 5 year old and 5 month old baby. As we walked in I was not greeted as you would be expected or asked if I had been there before. I was unsure what to do and nobody explained it to me. In the end I had to ask a young girl who looked about 16!! She spoke to quietly I couldnt hear her and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. She didnt really explain anything to me. There is a guy that walks around and looks like he owns the place but looks scared of the customers!!! He doesnt speak to any of them and walks round aimlessly. Its a shame because the whole business idea and set up are excellent. They need to make sure when people walk in they are firstly greeted and asked if they have been before and then clearly given details on how it all works. Otherwise people will feel like me.... ignored. So for this reason I wont be back in afraid. Oh and also nobody offered ANY help with my pushchair on the way out up the stairs. I have left 2 stars but that is ONLY for the pottery and business idea. The lack of stars is due to the lack of customer service!!
